Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi kerja dan iklim organisasi dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pidie. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 pegawai, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien kolerasi diperoleh sebesar 90,0% dapat dijelaskan variabel rotasi kerja dan iklim organisasi mempunyai hubungan sebesar 90,0% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien diterminasi (R2) adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara rotasi kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien diterminasi diperoleh sebesar 81,0% dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor rotasi kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Dapat diambil keputusan bahwa, uji-T dan Uji-F diperoleh nilai lebih besar dari T-tabel dan F-tabel, sehingga dalam penelitian ini diterima hipotesis Ha dan menolak hipotesis Ho.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Sosial Media Marketing Dan Citra Destinasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dengan Daya Tarik Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Berkunjung Ketempat Wisata Water Park Kelapa 1 Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Dimana variabel independen (X) yaitu sosial media marketing dan citra destinasi variabel moderating (Z) yaitu Daya Tarik dan Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Ketempat Wisata Water Park Kelapa 1 Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Uji outer model dilakukan untuk membuktikan validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel. Uji inner model dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel sesuai hipotesis yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung Sosial media marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen positif dan tidak signifikan pengaruh langsung Sosial media marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen positif dan signifikan pengaruh langsung citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen positif dan signifikan pengaruh langsung Sosial media marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen positif dan signifikan pengaruh langsung daya tarik terhadap kepuasan konsumen pembeliann positif dan tidak signifikan

Abstract

This study evaluated the influence of work environment, engagement, and work-life balance on employee motivation. This study used a quantitative approach and involved 150 respondents. According to multiple linear regression data analysis, work environment, work engagement, and work-life balance affect teacher work motivation. Among the three, work engagement has the most significant impact on motivation to work. Work engagement plays a vital role in teachers' emotional and cognitive involvement in their work, making them feel more connected and enthusiastic about completing the tasks given. Teachers with high levels of work engagement tend to be more proactive, responsible, and satisfied with their work. This creates higher work enthusiasm and improves the quality of teaching. In addition, a conducive work environment, both physically and non-physically, also increases teacher motivation. A supportive workplace, with adequate facilities, a harmonious work atmosphere, and good social relationships between coworkers, can make work more productive and enjoyable. In addition, it has been proven that maintaining a balance between personal and work life is essential in reducing stress and increasing employee satisfaction. If educators can maintain this balance, they feel healthier and better prepared to face challenges in the workplace. Policies supporting these three components can positively impact achieving educational goals and increasing work motivation. Schools should create a supportive work environment, increase employee engagement through training and rewards, and create policies that support work-life balance.

Abstract

The agricultural sector plays a crucial role in the regional development of Aceh Province. Its contribution to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDRP) of Aceh continues to exceed that of the commercial sector. Economic growth, reflected in changes in GDRP from one period to the next, serves as a true indicator of the development of a region. The aim of this study is to assess the extent to which the agricultural sector influences economic growth in West Aceh district, based on partial hypothesis testing (t-test).The research method employed in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the hypothesis test (t-test) demonstrate that the independent variable, the Agricultural Sector (X), significantly impacts the dependent variable, Economic Growth (Y). Therefore, it is essential for local government support to foster the development of the agricultural sector in the western region of Aceh.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of some imports and exports simultaneously and the simultaneous effect on the economic growth of Aceh Province. The influence of imports and exports on the economic growth of Aceh Province is the aim of this research. The aim of this research is to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of imports and exports on the economic development of Aceh Province. The aim of this research is to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of imports and exports on the economic development of Aceh Province. Research methodology descriptive methodology is used .used . secondary data from the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency​​ Data on imports, exports and development is included in this time series, this time series which covers the years 2014–2022. takes place in 2014–2022 Documentation and a quantitative literature review are the methods utilized to gather information. Using the BPS program, multiple linear regression is used in the research analysis. According to the study's findings, both partial exports and imports have no discernible impact on economic growth, nor do they have any discernible effect on Aceh Province's economic growth.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the world and is a big capital for Indonesia in development. A large population if not managed properly will cause unemployment problems. The most remote province of Sumatra, namely the province of Aceh, is one of the provinces that has a high open unemployment rate. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence the open unemployment rate. This study aims to analyze the effect of the provincial minimum wage, economic growth and inflation on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Barat district. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression method with time series data (time series) for 2012-2021, namely 10 years including provincial minimum wage data, economic growth data, inflation data, open unemployment rate data, and processed using the SPSS program. 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the F test of the provincial minimum wage, economic growth and inflation together affects the level of open unemployment in Aceh Barat district. While partially, namely the t test, it is concluded that the provincial minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment, economic growth has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate and inflation has a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Barat district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Price Discount dan Bonus Pack terhadap Impulse Buying Memoderasi Purchase Intentions pada Pelanggan Alfamart Blang Asan Kota Sigli Kabupaten Pidie”. Dimana variabel independen yaitu Price Discount (X1), Bonus Pack (X2), Purchase Intention (Z) dan Impulse Buying (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Alfamart Kota Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Kemudian digunakan metode Simple Random Sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Sampel dalam penilitian ini adalah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis ini meliputi Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi berganda Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis melalui Uji f dan Uji t, serta analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = 0.987 + 0,678 X1 + 0,559 X2 + 0,109. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel Price Discount (X1), mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan sebesar 67,8% terhadap Terhadap Impulse Buying pada Pelanggan Alfamart Blang Asan Kota Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Pengaruh antara variabel dependen dan independen yaitu masing-masing variabel Price Discount (X1), Bonus Pack (X2), Purchase Intention (Z) terhadap Terhadap Impulse Buying pada Pelanggan Alfamart Blang Asan Kota Sigli Kabupaten Pidie dengan indeks korelasi sebesar 66,8% Ini berarti hubungan tersebut sangat kuat.

Abstract

Destitution is a fundamental problem faced by all countries, particularly developing countries like Indonesia. Destitution is a complex problem, so special attention is needed to overcome it. One of the poverty reduction efforts undertaken by the Government of Indonesia is through the Family Hope Program (PKH), which began to emerge in 2007.This research aim to find out and analyze the effect of the Family Hope Program on poverty alleviation in Woyla District, which is one of the areas that received assistance from the Family Hope Program. In this study using quantitative descriptive research methods. The object of this research is the Family Hope Program KPM in Woyla District. The data used are sourced from primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires, observations and secondary data from the government’s official website and the secretariat archives of Woyla District. Methods of data analysis carried out in the form of normality test and simple linear regression. The results of the analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 program indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the poverty alleviation variable with a correlation coefficient of 0.601 and a determinant coefficient of 0.361. This means that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has a positive and significant effect on destitution reduction in Woyla District, this means that if the Family Hope Program increases, poverty reduction will also increase.

Abstract

Digital financial inclusion has emerged as a strategic pathway to ensure that all segments of society—including those in remote areas—can access financial services fairly and easily. Despite the rapid growth of financial technology and increasing internet penetration, significant barriers still hinder the optimal use of digital financial services. This study develops an integrative model based on a systematic literature review of reputable international publications over the past decade, aiming to explore how financial literacy, attitudes toward technology, risk perception, and trust shape individuals’ decisions to adopt fintech services. The findings reveal that financial literacy not only drives fintech adoption but also enhances the quality of digital financial service usage. Meanwhile, risk perception remains a major barrier, whereas trust and positive attitudes toward technology act as key enablers. Fintech adoption serves as a crucial bridge toward broader financial inclusion, with open finance further strengthening this relationship by enabling more personalized, efficient, and integrated financial services. The study recommends strengthening digital financial literacy programs, enhancing consumer protection frameworks, and accelerating the development of open finance regulations as critical steps toward a safer, fairer, and more inclusive digital financial ecosystem in Indonesia.
