Abstract

This study evaluated the effectiveness of coagulants and flocculants in improving clarifier water quality, with a focus on pH, iron (Fe) concentration, and turbidity levels. In accordance with Indonesia’s Ministry of Health Regulation No. 32/2017 on environmental health standards for water, clarifier water samples were analyzed before and after treatment. The results show that the treated water complied with the specified standards, with pH levels ranging from 6.5 to 8.5, Fe concentrations below 1 mg/L, and turbidity under 25 NTU. The application of aluminum sulfate as a coagulant and polymer as a flocculant effectively reduced Fe concentrations and turbidity while adjusting the pH to acceptable levels. These findings confirm the critical role of coagulation and flocculation in industrial water treatment processes and demonstrate their potential for enhancing water quality in clarifier systems.

Abstract

Destitution is a fundamental problem faced by all countries, particularly developing countries like Indonesia. Destitution is a complex problem, so special attention is needed to overcome it. One of the poverty reduction efforts undertaken by the Government of Indonesia is through the Family Hope Program (PKH), which began to emerge in 2007.This research aim to find out and analyze the effect of the Family Hope Program on poverty alleviation in Woyla District, which is one of the areas that received assistance from the Family Hope Program. In this study using quantitative descriptive research methods. The object of this research is the Family Hope Program KPM in Woyla District. The data used are sourced from primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires, observations and secondary data from the government’s official website and the secretariat archives of Woyla District. Methods of data analysis carried out in the form of normality test and simple linear regression. The results of the analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 program indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the poverty alleviation variable with a correlation coefficient of 0.601 and a determinant coefficient of 0.361. This means that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has a positive and significant effect on destitution reduction in Woyla District, this means that if the Family Hope Program increases, poverty reduction will also increase.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of cocoa farmers regarding cocoa bean processing technology and the absence of process standards for producing quality dry cocoa beans and producing downstream products are problems that need attention. Efforts to overcome the problems faced by residents of Kreb Paloh Village and Capa Paloh Village, Suyo Paloh Village and Siron Village, Paloh Village, Padang Tiji District, Pidie Regency, through PKM activities it is hoped that the community will be able to process cocoa beans which have been directly sold to collectors after harvest. become a product that has high economic value so that it can increase people's income. Methods for carrying out activities include outreach, field observations, training in processing raw material selection, fermentation of cocoa beans in wooden boxes measuring 32 cm long, 32 cm wide and 42 cm high, with a capacity of 40 kg. Wet cocoa beans in each box. Drying and processing of cocoa beans is carried out under direct sunlight to reduce the water content below 7.5%. The production of quality cocoa powder is obtained by roasting and grinding it using a flouring machine. Cocoa powder is used to produce various products ranging from chocolate bars, chocolate cake, chocolate drinks, chocolate candy and chocolate jam. Monitoring and evaluation is used to monitor and evaluate the continued implementation of hygienic and quality cocoa bean fermentation by fostered partners on an ongoing basis after the operation is complete. 95% of target partners have the capacity to produce hygienic and high quality cocoa beans. 90% of target partners can trade various products produced from cocoa beans.

Abstract

Sumber Rezeki Group is a cattle farming group that has been established since 2021, located in Rambong Payong Village, Aceh Jaya. Despite the livestock system being a community-based one, all group members benefit from the income generated from the sale of cattle, which is managed collectively. The purpose of this service is to improve the knowledge and skills of livestock groups in managing the livestock system so that it is effective and well-coordinated. The method of implementing this service is carried out with several stages of implementation, including 1). Socialization, 2). Training, 3). Application of technology, and 4). mentoring. 5) The evaluation and program objectives, which are based on the program evaluation results, are inextricably linked to the indicators of each problem solution. This includes the evaluation of the pre-test and post-test results, as well as the analysis of the observation sheet from the six main indicators, specifically a) fermentation/concentrate formulation.  b). Prevention and control of disease. c). Utilization of livestock manure. d) Independent HPT production using the Silvopastora Agroforestry system; e) Bookkeeping and financial management. e). The marketing system, market analysis, and promotion obtained an average increase in knowledge and skills of members of the source of livelihood group of 80%, in addition to the increase in profits obtained by the partner group from the selling price of Rp. 1,200,000, - increased to Rp. 2,000,000, - per livestock within 7 months.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of human resources, but not all human resources are competent. People who are of working age are referred to as workers. Labor is every person who has the ability to do work that produces goods and services that are beneficial to society as a whole and to themselves. According to this understanding, the results of labor are not only enjoyed by workers, but also enjoyed by society as a whole. This shows how important labor is in people's lives and that many people enjoy its results. The absence of a competent workforce is one of the reasons why there is so much unemployment. One of the factors causing the increase in unemployment in Indonesia is a culture of laziness. This research aims to determine how foreign workers influence employment opportunities for local workers in Indonesia. This study uses a simple linear regression statistical model to test its hypothesis. The variables employment opportunities (y) and foreign workers (x) are used. Secondary data from time series was used in this study. H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.  Therefore, it can be concluded that the variable foreign workers has an insignificant and negative effect on job opportunities for local workers in Indonesia. The suggestions that can be given are: For the government, researchers suggest opening more job opportunities for the community, especially local communities, and reducing providing employment opportunities to workers outside the region

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor Online Customer Review, E-marketing dan Inovasi produk terhadap permintaan konsumen pada Usaha Nisa Pelaminan di Kecamatan Bandar Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Sampael dalam penelitian ini 100 orang konsumen, data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner, analisis data menggunakan regressi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 87,1% dapat memberikan pengertian ada hubungan antara faktor online customer review, e-marketing dan inovasi produk dengan permintaan konsumen memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan nilai sebesar 87,1% dalam katagori hubungan yang sangat kuat. Koefisien diterminasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,758 atau 75,8% dapat memberikan pengertian ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor faktor online customer review, e-marketing dan inovasi produk dengan permintaan konsumen sebesar 75,8% berpengaruh secara siginifikan (sig. 0,000). Uji F diperoleh F-hitung sebesar 100.416 dan F-tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 05% diperoleh sebesar 2.31 (tabel F). Berdasarkan hasil uji F tersebut maka keputusan penelitian ini diperoleh F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel. menerima hipotesis Ha dan Menolak hipotsis Ho.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk “Pengaruh Keunggulan Model dan Relationship Terhadap Permintaan Konsumen Sepeda Motor Roda Dua Dengan Keterikatan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dealer Motor PT. Cappella Dinamik Nusantara di Kabupaten Pidie. Dimana variabel independen (X) yaitu oriensi keunggulan model dan Relationship variabel moderating (M) yaitu Keterikatan Pelanggan dan Permintaan Konsumen (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Sepeda Motor Roda Dua Pada Dealer Motor PT. Cappella Dinamik Nusantara di Kabupaten Pidie. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Uji outer model dilakukan untuk membuktikan validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel. Uji inner model dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel sesuai hipotesis yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung Keunggulan model terhadap keterikatan pelanggan positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh langsung Keunggulan model terhadap keterikatan pelanggan positif dan signifikan pengaruh langsung Relationship terhadap keterikatan pelanggan positif dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh langsung Keunggulan model terhadap keterikatan pelanggan positif dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh langsung permintaan aksesoris terhadap keterikatan pelanggan pembeliann positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh keuanggulan model berpengaruh positif terhadap permintaan yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan pelanngan. Pengaruh Relationship berpengaruh positif terhadap permintaan yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan pelanngan. Kata Kunci : Keunggulan Model, Relationship, Permintaan Konsumen, Keterikatan Pelanggan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Store Display dan Dampak Resiko Terhadap Testimoni Pelanggan dengan Brand Switching Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Konsumen Tazzy Skincare Sigli Kabupaten Pidie). Dimana variabel independen (X) yaitu Store Display dan Dampak Resiko variabel moderating (Z) yaitu testimoni pelanggan dan brand switching (Y) sebagai variabel dependennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Tazzy Skincare Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Uji outer model dilakukan untuk membuktikan validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel. Uji inner model dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel sesuai hipotesis yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung estimoni terhadap testimoni pelanggan positif dan signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran teknologi artificial intelligence, personalisasi pengalaman belanja dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Pidie. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penggunaan aplikasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Pidie. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan sebagai berikut: Nilai konstanta sebesar 2,207 artinya jika teknologi artificial intelligence (X1), Personalisasi pengalaman belanja (X2) dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi (X3) dianggap konstan, maka loyalitas pelanggan pada Pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Pidie adalah sebesar 2,028 pada satuan skala likert, yang mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan (Y) pada Pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Pidie dapat dikatakan sangat baik. Nilai koefisien regresi teknologi artificial intelligence sebesar 0,305 dapat diartikan bahwa setiap 1% kenaikan Teknologi artificial intelligence (X1), akan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 30,5%. Ini berarti terjadi peningkatan Loyalitas pelanggan (Y) pada Pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Pidie.Nilai koefisien regresi personalisasi pengalaman belanja sebesar 0,239 dapat diartikan bahwa setiap 1% kenaikan personalisasi pengalaman belanja (X2), akan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 23,9%. Ini berarti terjadi peningkatan Loyalitas pelanggan (Y) pada Pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Pidie. . Kata Kunci: artificial intelligence, personalisasi pengalaman, kemudahan Dan loyalitas
