Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) pengaruh sosial media marketing instagram terhadap minat sewa, (2) pengaruh e-service quality terhadap minat sewa, (3) pengaruh testimoni terhadap minat sewa, (4) pengaruh sosial media marketing instagram, e-service quality dan testimoni terhadap minat sewa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen pada White Bride Kediri sebanyak 99 konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sosial media marketing instagram terhadap minat sewa. Nilai thitung 2.746 nilai sig 0,007 < 0,050 (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan e-service quality terhadap minat sewa. Nilai thitung 1.672 nilai Sig 0,098 > 0,050 (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan testimoni terhadap minat sewa. Nilai thitung 2.256 nilai sig 0,026 < 0,050 (4) terdapat pengaruh sosial media marketing instagram, e-service quality, dan testimoni secara simultan terhadap minat sewa nilai Fhitung 13.709. Nilai sig 0,000 < 0,050. Perhitungan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = 0.256(X1) + 0.157(X2) + 0.252(X3). Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of business risk, company size and sales growth on the capital structure of automotive sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of financial management science, and as input for company leadership in making decisions related to business risk, company size and sales growth. The population in this research is the financial reports of automotive companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. This research uses data analysis, namely panel data regression analysis which is used to statistically test the hypothesis model, as well as the extent to which the proposed capital is consistent with the data sample. The results of this research show that business risk has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of automotive sector companies listed on the IDX. Company size and sales growth have a negative and insignificant effect on the capital structure of automotive sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kualitaskinerja pegawai pada kantor kecamatan pagu kabupaten kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa Kualitas kinerja pegawai memiliki kecenderungan bervariasi dengan beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi dan membaik seiring berjalan waktu. Diperkuat dengan strategi pemimpin bimbingan mental untuk setiap individu, pendidikan formal, dan peningkatan sikap pengabdian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of marketing content on purchasing decisions, (2) the influence of the physical environment on purchasing decisions, (3) the influence of marketing content and the physical environment on purchasing decisions. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 130 Deathless Kediri consumers. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. The research results at a significance level of 5% show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The calculated T value is 3.554. sig value 0.001 < 0.005. (2) there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The calculated T value is 6.453, the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. (3) there is a positive and significant influence of the physical environment on purchases with a calculated T value of 1.241. Value 0.000 < 0.005. Calculation of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 4.356 + 0.324 + 0.462X 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : ( 1 ) pengaruh konten marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian, ( 2 ) Pengaruh lingkungan Fisik terhadap keputusan pembelian, ( 3 ) pengaruh konten Marketing dan Lingkungan fisik terhadap keputusan Pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Deathless Kediri sebanyak 130 konsumen. Teknik pemgambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliablitas nya. Teknik analisis data di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji ansumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikan 5% menujukan bahwa : ( 1 ) terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai T hitung 3.554. nilai sig 0,001 < 0,005. ( 2 ) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai T hitung 6.453, nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. ( 3 ) terdapat pemgaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan fisik terhadap pembelian nilai T hitung 1.241. Nilai 0.000 < 0.005. Abstract

In this era of globalization, Indonesia faces strict industrial competition, especially in an increasingly open and independent culinary industry. The Son of Nirwana is the largest rest and by-by center that has the most complete facilities in the Magetan area. Strategic action needs to be taken by managers to always be innovative, understand market trends and adaptive in order to survive the Covid 19 pandemic era. The study aims to analyze the Promotional Strategies on Resto and the Nirwana Son Magetan Center during the Covid pandemic period in increasing product sales. The study used descriptive qualitative methods and triangulation data validity analysis. Data collection is done through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that Resto and the Center for the Promotion of the Son of Nirwana Magetan implemented several promotional mixtures, namely: advertising, sales promotion through the provision of product samples, discounted prices and free shipping costs, public relations, individual sales and direct marketing, In addition, the promotion carried out by Resto & the Center by the Son Of Nirvana Magetan through the use of promotional media such as the internet (social media) through instagram and the group of whatsapp tourists (table top) so that resto and center by the son of Niriwana can survive in the pandemic era.

Abstract

This study aim to explain the significant influence between physical work environment and communication on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. The sampel in this study was 36 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling technique in which the determination of the number of samples with ertain considerations, namely the criteria of civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument validity test, instrument reliabiity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing which is tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The result of the study show that the physical work environment partially has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. Communication partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. The physical work environment and communication simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.397 or 39.7%. This indicates that the performance of the employees of UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri is influenced by the physical work environment and communication variables by 39.7%. While the remaining 60.3% came from other variables obtained from previous studies suh as motivation and discipline which were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Teamwork and Work Facilities on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. The sample in this study was 40 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling in which the determination of the number of samples was based on certain criteria, namely civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis test tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The results of the study show that Teamwork partially has a significant effect. on Employee Job Satisfaction and Work Facilities partially have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. Teamwork and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.503 or 50.3% is also obtained. This indicates that the Job Satisfaction of the UPTD Public Health Center of Pesantren II Kediri City is influenced by the Teamwork and Work Facilities variables by 50.3%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is 49.7%.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employee engagement, digital training, and reward systems on employee productivity at the Central Statistics Agency of Kediri Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A total of 33 employees participated as respondents, determined using a saturated sampling technique, which ensures that all members of the population were included. The instrument utilized was a Likert-scale questionnaire, designed to capture perceptions and experiences related to engagement, training, and rewards. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to measure both the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on productivity. The results reveal that employee engagement plays a significant role in enhancing productivity, with a significance value of 0.003. Similarly, digital training and reward systems also exert a positive and significant influence, with significance values of 0.037 and 0.0002, respectively. When tested simultaneously, the three independent variables collectively demonstrate a substantial impact on employee productivity, as evidenced by an F-value of 76.069. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value of 87.6% indicates that the research model possesses strong explanatory power, meaning that most variations in productivity can be explained by employee engagement, digital training, and reward systems. These findings highlight the strategic importance of integrating engagement initiatives, continuous digital skill development, and fair reward mechanisms to foster higher levels of productivity. For organizations, particularly government institutions, the study underscores the necessity of adopting a holistic human resource development framework that addresses both intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors to maximize employee performance.

Abstract

Business competition in the agribusiness sector demands that every entrepreneur formulates and implements effective marketing strategies to maintain consumer loyalty and increase sales. This study was conducted at UD. Dua Putra Nganjuk with the objective of analyzing the influence of social media, price, and product quality on consumers' purchasing decisions specifically for corn ose products. The research population consisted of 140 consumers, and the sample size was determined to be 84 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, targeting individuals who had made purchases and met specific criteria relevant to the study. A quantitative research approach was adopted, with data collected through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, and included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that all three independent variables—social media, price, and product quality—had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with respective significance values of 0.006, 0.001, and 0.009. Furthermore, the F-test confirmed a simultaneous significant influence, with an F-statistic value of 534.263 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.952, indicating that 95.2% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by these three variables. The remaining 4.8% is attributed to other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

A company's productivity is greatly influenced by the quality of employee performance, which makes employees an important asset in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of job skills, work experience, and work commitment on employee performance on CV Medali Mas. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were carried out including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously, the three independent variables, namely work skills, work experience, and work commitment, had a significant effect on employee performance (F count = 6.788; Sig. < 0.001). However, only work experience showed a significant effect on employee performance (t count = 2.765; Sig. = 0.009), while work skills (Sig. = 0.072) and work commitment (Sig. = 0.531) had no significant effect. These findings confirm that work experience is a dominant factor in improving employee performance at CV Medali Mas. The implications of this study suggest that companies pay more attention to the track record of work experience in the recruitment and human resource development process to increase productivity optimally.
