Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah guna menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kemudahan  dan kegunaan teknologi Learning Management System (LMS) terhadap niat mahasiswa dalam menggunakanya selama masa pandemi COVID 19. Variabel bebas adalah Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Kegunaan/kemanfaatan teknologi LMS, serta variabel terikatnya adalah Niat Pengguna LMS. Jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research), yaitu melalui pengujian hipotesa dengan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel. Responden adalah mahasiswa Universitas Stikubank Semarang yang tersebar di 4 fakultas. Sampel sebanyak 93 responden dengan menggunakan teknik insedentil non propability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Kemudahan Penggunaan terhadap Niat Pengguna dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,207. Sementara itu variabel Kemanfaatan terhadap Niat Pengguna juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,664. Niat mahasiswa menggunakan LMS pada e-learning sebesar 68,8% (Adjusted R2) dipengaruhi variabel kemudahan dan kemanfaatan, sisanya sebesar 31,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Selain itu, manfaat yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh paling besar pada niat perilaku untuk menggunakan LMS.

Abstract

A village that has the potential as a tourist village for community-based touristdestinations based on the local wisdom of its people, as one of the triggers for theeconomic growth of the community in a rural area that offers an atmosphere of ruralauthenticity both from socio-economic, socio-cultural, customs, daily life, and spatialstructures. a typical village, or economic activity that is unique and interesting and has thepotential to be developed for various components of tourism, such as attractions,accommodation, culinary specialties of food and drink, souvenirs, and other tourist needs.Jatirejo tourist village as one of the tourist destinations is a village in the Gunungpati subdistrictthat is directly affected by the Jatibarang reservoir construction project. A total of62 hectares of agricultural land and plantations owned by residents are affected by thereservoir project. The area of Jatirejo Village in 2014 was 238,130 ha which wasdominated by yards, rice fields and mixed gardens. The large area of land affected by thereservoir project has an impact on activities in the agricultural sector, considering that theagricultural sector is the main source of income for residents in the Jatirejo sub-district.Livelihood data recorded as many as 234 people who work as land-owning farmers, 33people who work as sharecroppers and 427 people who work as farm laborers.With theconstruction of the Jatibarang reservoir which is intended as a tourist destination, theJatirejo village which is located around the reservoir is expected to have a positive impacton the development of the reservoir as a tourist attraction by elevating the Jatirejo touristvillage as one of the village tourist destinations in the city of Semarang. Existing potentialcan be explored without leaving the existing culture. Assistance and facilitation by theservice team in the form of building a community-based mindset and good governance isexpected to grow the existing potential and capabilities to optimize the management ofJatirejo as a tourist village.

Abstract

UMKM yang sudah mulai terjun ke digital marketing dan perlu meningkatkan branding dilakukan dengan dikenalnya oleh mesin pencari supaya bisa selalu muncul teratas di halaman pertama, diperlukan satu teknik optimasi website yang tepat untuk meningkatkan trafik. Optimasi website sebagai salah satu strategi khusus yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan user experience, aksesibilitas, performa, traffic, dan tingkat konversi website. Strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kecepatan pencarian berdasarkan tingkat dan ketertarikan pengunjung web berrdasarkan jumlah kunjungan yang dilakukan. Peningkatan trafik pengunjung dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu pertama konten yang berkualitas,kedua penggunaan Search Engine Optimization supaya situs web mudah ditemukan oleh mesin pencari google dan ketiga dengan promosi secara aktif melalui mediasosial, forum online, dan iklan online. Pengukuran keberhasilan metode dilakukan dengan menganalisa dan melakukan visualisasi pada Access log, sebuah catatan yang menyimpan informasi tentang akses yang dilakukan oleh pengunjung ke sebuah situs web atau server. Access log berguna untuk memantau aktivitas di situs web atau server, menganalisis lalu lintas web dan bisa mengidentifikasi masalah yang mungkin terjadi. Rentang waktu pengukuran adalah 30 hari, dan didapatkan hasil peningkatan pengunjung web. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan optimasi website bisa membantu meningkatkan ketertarikan orang untuk mengunjungi web yang akan berdampak pada lebih dikenalnya UMKM dalam  mempromosikan produknya.

Abstract

Business development can be done in many ways, one of which is to increase product variations. This method was achieved by the business unit of the Fastabiqul Khairat Foundation by developing a printing business in the form of making marchandise pins. The limited ability and knowledge of business managers becomes an obstacle for the business development plan. Based on these problems, this Community Service activity aims to provide training with pin graphic design material using the corel draw application device. This activity is carried out in several stages, namely the planning, training, and mentoring stages. As an evaluation indicator, pretest and posttest questionnaires were filled out. The results obtained are that the corel draw graphic design training activities have a significant impact on the knowledge and understanding of participants in making machine pin designs

Abstract

Information system success evaluation research is not a new research topic. However, studying the factors that influence the success of information systems in universities is one that is quite interesting for some researchers. This study aims to examine how the influence of information quality, system quality, and service quality on satisfaction and the effect on net benefits perceived by users of university information systems. As many as 180 undergraduate and graduate students from 6 faculties at Stikubank University taken part in this study. The partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach is used to validate the research model. Empirical results show that information quality, system quality and service quality have a significant positive relationship with user satisfaction for using university information systems, while user satisfaction also shows a significant negative relationship with system user perceived net benefits. The results obtained from this study provide reinforcement of the findings from previous studies related to the evaluation of information system success models. Keywords:.

Abstract

Bahan pewarna alami umumnya berasal dari tumbuh-tumbuhan, seperti kayu, kulit kayu, akar, kulit akar, biji, kulit biji, daun, maupun bunga. Proses pewarnaan dengan menggunakan zat warna alam memang lebih rumit jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan zat pewarna sintetis dan warna-warna yang dihasilkan memang cenderung menjadi lembut serta bersifat unik dan eksklusif dikarenakan karakteristik dari tumbuhan dan faktor lingkungan lah yang mempengaruhinya. Lingkungan di Wilayah Kelurahan Sembungharjo terkenal dengan tanaman pohon kelapa. Dimana hampir di setiap halaman depan atau belakang rumah penduduk memiliki tanaman pohon kelapa. Penduduk setempat menjual buah kelapa dan membuang sabut kelapanya, sehingga semakin banyak limbah sabut kelapa. Dengan semakin banyaknya limbah sabut kelapa, maka limbah tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pewarna alam untuk pembuatan batik. Proses pewarnaan kain batik umumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan pewarna kimia. Dengan menggunakan pewarna alam ini, proses pembuatan batik tentunya menjadi lebih ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Every sale of goods, sales report the number of goods sold to the warehouse admin. Because of the many types of goods being sold, sometimes the warehouse admin forgets about which items are almost out of stock and should be ordered. The aim of this research is to produce a goods ordering system with the EOQ and ROP control methods to overcome the occurrence of stockouts. The author uses the research object of employees who work at PT Kimia Farma Plant, namely sales, warehouse department, admin and HRD. With this system, the warehouse admin can see the number of items in real time. The EOQ method generates a report on the number of economic purchases (EOQ), the total costs that must be incurred by the company to reorder an item, the duration of the EOQ, up to the reorder point (ROP).

Abstract

Purpose: The study’s goal was to analyze the adoption of online motorcycle taxi (in Indonesia it is called an ojek online) technology with the purpose to keep using the application.Methods: The study used the System Success Model to develop this research model. It was conducted based on the premise that information quality and system quality positively influence the ease and usefulness of the system application. The ease and usefulness of the system application have implications for user satisfaction and the intention to continue using the system. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS (SEM) 4.0 to test and evaluate the measurement model and structural model. A sample of 235 respondents who are users of the online motorcycle taxi system in Semarang City was used in the study.Result: Out of 10 hypotheses tested, 9 hypotheses were accepted and 1 hypothesis was rejected. The usefulness of the system had a negative and insignificant influence on the intention to continue using the system. The intention to continue using the online motorcycle taxi application was strongly determined by the ease of the application system and user satisfaction. The discoveredings also showed that the quality of the system had the strongest influence on the ease of the system. Novelty: This study was unique in combining the Technology Acceptance Model and Mclean Delone approach to test the quality of the online motorcycle taxi application towards user satisfaction and intention to continue using the application.

Abstract

A wedding organizer is a service intended to help someone realize their dream wedding from planning to execution. Princess Hanastari's wedding organizer is a wedding service in Grobogan Regency, which provides various types of wedding packages, the ordering process for Putri Hanastari is still manual via WhatsApp and comes directly to Putri Hanastari's place. Therefore it will have an impact on the duration of time for consumers to get schedules, price information, and facilities offered by the owner. To prevent this, it is necessary to build a web-based service system for wedding organizers. The system built uses the PHP Mysql programming language, the waterfall method and the FCFS (First Come First Serve) scheduling algorithm and uses blackbox testing. The creation of a web-based service system for wedding organizers is expected to be able to maximize services so that they are effective and efficient in disseminating the information offered and making it easier for consumers to order wedding packages.

Abstract

The use of the internet plays an important role in exchanging data and information. Ann printing is a convection engaged in screen printing design services such as t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and others. At the time of carrying out sales transactions, it was still carried out using a manual sales system such as the use of social media and did not have a personal website. Currently, the problems faced in making transactions are still done manually using sales notes, sometimes these notes are not immediately recapitulated into a ledger, resulting in lost sales notes, besides that consumers experience time management problems in getting a confirmation of receipt of goods. Based on the research results, it is proposed to create a sales information system website with built-in features that can generate sales data, print invoices and make it easier for consumers to get a confirmation regarding the estimated collection of goods in a timely manner.
