Abstract

The village apparatus is part of the government element at the village level whose task is to assist the village head in carrying out government duties at the village level. Guworejo village officials are located in Karangmalang District, Sragen Regency. In carrying out their duties, village officials are required to have a humane nature to the whole community. So it takes appreciation of village officials who have a high work spirit and responsibility. To determine the best village apparatus, the Guworejo village government is still not optimal, this is due to the absence of media that can process the assessment of the apparatus and determine the best village apparatus. Therefore, this research is expected to help the Guworejo village government in determining the best village apparatus. In this study, the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method will be used. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes.

Abstract

Plants are one of the living things that can grow anywhere, whether it's in the home environment, yard or garden, and even though the forest. Characteristics of plants are distinguished by type, namely, Trees, Medicinal Plants, Ornamental Plants, and Grass. Toga plant is a plant that functions for the treatment of diseases. While ornamental plants are plants that function to create beauty and attractiveness. The many benefits of plants, this further increases public interest. However, when people want to plant plants but do not understand what plants are suitable, a decision support system is made to assist in determining the types of plants that are suitable and at the same time determine the level of interest of the society based on five criteria, namely price, treatment method, quality, weather, and soil conditions. By using the calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the calculation is carried out by determining the pairwise comparison table, normalizing the pairwise comparison matrix and calculating the weight of each criterion. The results for the Toga plant, namely Pandan, were in first place with the highest weight value of 0.337692572 while for Ornamental plants, Aglonema was in first place with the highest weight value of 0.225819915.

Abstract

Toko Sahala merupakan usaha penjualan Alat Tulis Kantor di Jalan Talang Barat II, Kota Semarang. Saat ini sistem penjualan pada Toko Sahala masih menggunakan metode konvensional untuk melayani pembeli, dari pengelolaan stok, transaksi hingga laporan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan situs web penjualan online Alat Tulis Kantor pada Toko Sahala dengan menggunakan Framework Codeigniter 3 dan metode pengembangan sistem Agile. Proses pengembangan nya mencakup perencanaan, implementasi, testing, dokumentasi, deployment dan pemeliharaan. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, studi pustaka dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu sebuah sistem yang dilengkapi dalam pengelolaan stok, transaksi hingga laporan penjualan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pada Toko Sahala Semarang. Abstract

SMK Negeri 8 Semarang merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan yang masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pencatatan pada buku tamu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membangun sistem informasi dalam pendataan buku tamu berbasis situs web agar memudahkan petugas dalam mengelola buku tamu serta memudahkan tamu dalam membuat janji kepada guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan agile yaitu tahapan pengembangan perangkat lunak diawali dengan merancang sistem menggunakan DFD dan juga merancang database menggunakan ERD serta pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP pada framework CodeIgniter serta PHPMyAdmin untuk basis data. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Kotak Hitam menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat digunakan dengan semestinya serta berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan, pembuatan sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan dapat memudahkan pengunjung dalam membuat janji temu maupun petugas dalam memasukan data serta mengelola data, penerapan sistem ini di SMK Negeri 8 Semarang diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi institusi pendidikan lain dalam manajemen kunjungan dan administrasi yang lebih baik. Abstract

Purwoyoso Health Center, located at Jl. Siliwangi No. 572, is a non-inpatient health facility that provides medical record and laboratory examination services. Currently, the patient data recording and search system is still done manually, resulting in difficulties in finding patient data who do not bring a medical book (KIB), as well as increasing the risk of data duplication and loss. To overcome this problem, the development of a web-based medical record service application is proposed as an effective solution, by following the waterfall method and using tools such as DFD, flowchart, and MySQL database. Application testing will be carried out using the black box method to ensure its functionality. The advantages of this application include increased efficiency of service time, ease of searching for patient data, and better data storage security. With the implementation of this application, it is hoped that Purwoyoso Health Center can improve the quality of medical record services and provide faster and more accurate access to patient information, as well as support better decision-making in health services.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of integrating ITIL and COBIT frameworks in enhancing IT service quality in the "ICRM Plus" application and supporting organizational strategic goals. Data were collected through user surveys, measuring the consistency and variance in perceptions of service quality. The results indicate that the integration is not fully effective, with overall perceptions being neutral to slightly positive, suggesting significant room for improvement. Key areas requiring attention include strategy communication, incident response, and continuous service improvement. Statistical analysis of mean scores and standard deviations highlights inconsistencies in implementation and communication, which may hinder optimal support of IT services towards strategic objectives. The study emphasizes the importance of better coordination and consistent standard application across departments. Practical implications suggest the need for improvements in IT service management to achieve higher service quality. Future research could explore deeper correlations and conduct longitudinal studies to assess the impact of the recommended improvements.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Indonesia semakin pesat, kebutuhan informasi yang cepat sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat untuk memberikan data yang akurat khususnya di dalam instansi. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Demak adalah sebuah organisasi perangkat daerah yang bergerak di bidang penerbitan perizinan sesuai dengan peraturan daerah. Pada saat melakukan absensi masih menggunakan metode lama yaitu fingerprint dan absen manual menggunakan kertas. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam melakukan laporan absensi terkadang tidak akurat, karena absensi manual tidak langsung direkap di buku besar sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya kertas absensi hilang, selain itu pegawai juga harus datang ke kantor apabila akan melakukan absensi. Berkaitan dengan itu maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi absensi online berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode Linear Sequential Model. Aplikasi absensi online memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan absensi karena tidak perlu pergi ke kantor dan memudahkan pencatatan data-data absensi yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Every sale of goods, sales report the number of goods sold to the warehouse admin. Because of the many types of goods being sold, sometimes the warehouse admin forgets about which items are almost out of stock and should be ordered. The aim of this research is to produce a goods ordering system with the EOQ and ROP control methods to overcome the occurrence of stockouts. The author uses the research object of employees who work at PT Kimia Farma Plant, namely sales, warehouse department, admin and HRD. With this system, the warehouse admin can see the number of items in real time. The EOQ method generates a report on the number of economic purchases (EOQ), the total costs that must be incurred by the company to reorder an item, the duration of the EOQ, up to the reorder point (ROP).
