Abstract

Fifth generation (5G) cellular communication system needs more require higher data rate. One of the major innovations in 5G system is to utilize the millimeter wave (mm-wave) spectrum above 24 GHz together with a beam-controlled phased array antenna. This study aims to design a microstrip antenna with a working frequency of 24.25 GHz- 27.5 GHz with a bandwidth of 3.25 GHz. The patch used is a square double slit and given a U-shaped slot that can change the parameter value, the proximity coupled rationing method with an impedance value (ZL) of 50 Ohms. This microstrip antenna design uses double side PCB RTD Duroid 5880 series dielectric material. The selection of RT Duroid 5880 has a thickness of 1.575 mm, and the dielectric constant value of 2.2 as a substrate is considered suitable for high frequencies (above 10 GHz). The conductor material uses copper with a thickness of 0.035 mm. This study produces dimensional simulation before and after optimization of the working frequency of 26 GHz. Before optimization, the return loss value was -6,625 dB, VSWR 2.7481 and gain 5 dBi. Once optimal, the resulting loss value is -15,821 dB, VSWR 1.3861 and a gain value of 10.1 dBi. Antenna that has been manufactured, is implemented on wifi modem, where the modem The manufactured antenna is implemented on a Wi-Fi modem, where the modem specifications are in 4G. Antenna 5G installed on a wifi modem is still proven to be connected and can be used to access the internet. but the 5G antenna that is attached to the wifi modem can still be connected and can be used to access the internet.

Abstract

The antenna is the most important part in a wireless communication system. Microstrip one type of antenna that has practical size and dimensions that are simple and easy to fabricate. In this research, we designed and analyzed two slit single layer microstrip antennas for Zigbee technology applications that operate in the 2.4 GHz band. Today, this application has become important for everyday use in industry and home automation, in small areas due to low power requirements for operation and long battery life. The antenna is built on FR-4 epoxy substrate with a thickness of 1.6 mm and εr = 4.4. Antennas operating at 2.4 GHz Resonance frequency have a VSWR value of 1.8 and a Returnloss value of -11 dB with a Vertical radiation pattern, resulting in a narrow impedance bandwidth that can protect the Antenna against interference from other applications in the ISM band. The antenna produced has a patch size of 5.2 cm × 5.2 cm2 with a slit distance of 1 mm. Antennas have advantages in simple design, narrow bandwidth, and their compact size and ease of publication, the test results of the parameters-Parameters, the antenna has met the qualifications of a good antenna standard for zigbee technology.

Abstract

The progress of the library automation system (Library Management System) in the library has now been carried out, especially during a pandemic that requires maintaining distance and face-to-face contact. Starting from that thought, the UNISMA community service team is interested in holding library NGO (Library Management System) training activities Web-based BJ School. This BJ Scholl library website serves to present various information on books, journals and magazines, history and school vision and mission, member data, online book lending and book return data. Apart from the web, it also displays a link feature with several online libraries from several agencies. The training was carried out offline for 1 day and continued with online discussions. The training begins with the introduction of several topics about the website, followed by downloading and installation. Prior to the training, 100% of the participants had never created a website, either with wordpress or with other applications. And after the training, 60% of the participants have been able to apply website creation for their library. Some of the participants were constrained by a slow network and computer damage, so they were late in following the material given. All participants stated that this training was very useful.

Abstract

Kondisi 96% pasokan pangan kota Bandung berasal dari luar daerah menjadi fokus pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan konsep urban farming. Melalui program Buruan Sae diharapkan dapat membangun ketahanan pangan daerah. Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan bahan pangan hasil Buruan Sae sehingga menjadi peluang bisnis untuk dikembangkan. Komoditi hasil Buruan Sae belum dapat diberdayakan secara optimal oleh kelompok tersebut. Hasil tersebut sebatas dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan harian dan dikonsumsi segar. Pengolahan dapat memperpanjang daya simpan dan meningkatkan value komoditi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan kemitraan diperlukan solusi. Solusi yang ditawarkan kemitraan masyarakat ini: pemberian pengetahuan karakteristik komoditi berbasis pangan lokal dan menggali potensi produk sekitar, pelatihan mengolah produk hasil Buruan Sae, dan edukasi di bidang pemasaran. Pelatihan disampaikan oleh pemateri yang handal di bidangnya sehingga permasalahan yang ada di mitra menemukan solusi. Materi meliputi pengolahan pangan lokal menjadi produk yang potensial. Mitra juga didampingi dalam praktek pengolahan. Hasil yang diharapkan, mitra dapat mengaplikasikannya di kelompoknya.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the reception service at Ardan Hotel Bandung.The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques carried out are by distributing questionnaires, observations. While the data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that services based on procedural dimension and conviviality dimension performed by receptionists at Ardan Hotel Bandung are still in the less category. Problems arised in this research: 1) 1. How is the implementation of the procedural dimension conducted at Ardan Hotel Bandung ?; and 2) How is the Conviviality dimension carried out at Ardan Hotel Bandung.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the buying interest of Komuka cafe Jakarta customers. The problem in the study is how transactional interest, preferential interest, referential interest and exploratory interest of customers in buying products. The research method is descriptive method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that customer buying interest at Komuka Kafe Jakarta is not yet in the good category. The suggestion given is the need to develop a variety of food and beverage products, so that the many choices provided can increase transactional interest. Developing innovations in terms of room decoration and building a better cafe atmosphere so that it can increase customer initiative to share positive comments and recommend the cafe to other customers. Providing discounts or special prices for loyal customers to enable customers to prioritize the locus as a place to visit. Expanding advertising and promotions to increase the explorative interest of its customers. In terms of social media, researchers suggest that more attention be paid to and updated with the latest information, so that it affects customer buying interest.

Abstract

SSocial media has a role in an e-wom. Instagram is one of the social media with the most users today. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the dimensions of e-wom (intensity, valence of opinion, content) on Instagram on the decision to visit The Great Asia Afrika (TGAA) Lembang tourists. The method used in this study is verification and descriptive research methods. Population is visitors and sample determination uses a purposive tehnique with the criteria who have visited and followed TGAA's Instagram. Statistical method use multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the valence of opinion dimension was not significant on the decision of tourist visit. Simultaneously, the dimensions of E-WOM have a significant effect 55.60% and its can be interpreted that the effect of the E-WOM dimension of Instagram is effective as a social media platform on the decision to visit TGAA tourists.

Abstract

The covid 19 outbreak is not only detrimental in health, but also has an impact on the community's economic sector. Tourism and hospitality are the sector that feels the most impact. They lost domestic tourists, as well as foreign tourists. The accommodation businesses were the ones that experienced the most revenue declines, even 40,000 hotel room cancellations occurred with a total loss of Rp. 1 trillion. Hotel occupancy rates will continue to erode along with the enactment of social restrictions. The hotels work hard in designing the right strategy to adapt to the current conditions, so as to increase the volume of room sales. Marketing management is a strategy for selecting target markets and gaining, retaining and growing customers by creating, delivering and communicating superior customer value. Promotional are one part of the marketing mix that is used to introduce and inform potential guests or consumers about the products and services offered. Implementation can be done in the promotion mix through broadcasting, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations and direct marketing. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the promotion mix on accommodation businesses during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population are tourists who visit V Hotel & Residence Bandung whilea non-probability random sampling technique used in this study with total sample of 110 respondents. SPSS was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The results showed that advertising as an effective marketing mix was implemented in accommodation businesses during the covid 19 pandemic. Advertising using electronic media and the internet had an impact of 59.6%. Promotional mix through the internet using social media would be best to avoid a promotional mix that uses too large a fee.

Abstract

Dampak covid-19 telah memberikan perhatian lebih kepada sektor pariwisata. Tingkat ancaman dan resiko dari pandemi Covid-19 secara signifikan mengurangi niat wisatawan untuk menginap di hotel. CHSE merupakan kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah khususnya oleh Kemenparekraf RI dalam mencegah meluasnya pandemic Covid - 19 di Indonesia. CHSE mengusung bersih, sehat, aman dan lingkungan yang ramah. Tren tamu saat ini adalah memilih tempat yang bersih dan aman dari covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi protokol Kesehatan CHSE di hotel, untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan tamu untuk menginap dan mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi CHSE. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam Penelitian ini adalah 3 General Manager dari Hotel yang dipilih, 15 tamu dari masing- masing Hotel serta studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif yang dilakukan secara interaktif melalui prosesdata reduction, data display, dan verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  implementasi protocol kesehatan CHSE sudah cukup berhasil dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan tamu untuk menginap. Tamu memiliki kepercayaan dengan adanya sertifikat CHSE yang dipajang di hotel dan media promosi lainnya menjadi satu jaminan penularan covid-19 dapat dieliminir. Faktor internal seperti dukungan sarana dan prasarana Kesehatan dan faktor eksternal yaitu adanya kerjasama dan koordinasi antar pihak terkait, kebijakan publik dan kesadaran pelanggan sangat mempengaruhi implementasi protocol Kesehatan CHSE
