Abstract

Motivasi merupakan sumber kekuatan bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi. Apabila mahasiswa memiliki motivasi yang rendah maka akan terjadi prokrastinasi akademik sehingga proses pembelajaran akan tertunda. Untuk itu penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memiliki motivasi rendah, fakor tersebut adalah konsep diri, konformitas teman sebaya, minat terhadap tugas, dukungan sosial serta lingkungan

Abstract

Lecturer is a teaching staff in the university. Lecturers play an important role in the implementation of education, but if the lecturer experiences work stress it will affect his performance. Work stress is the main trigger that will affect the performance of lecturers. Lecturers who do not get social support, work in a less conducive environment, and get a lot of workloads are the main factors causing work stress on lecturers. The impact in carrying out the tridharma of higher education will be hampered, research, community service and education will experience delays. The solution has a good stress coping to be an alternative in dealing with work stress experienced by lecturers.

Abstract

Increasing business innovation is the main key in facing increasingly fierce competition in the current era of globalisation and information technology. One factor that plays a key role in driving business innovation is entrepreneurship education. This study aims to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and the role of technology in driving business innovation. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that entrepreneurship education and the role of technology in fostering business innovation are two elements that are highly related and mutually supportive. Effective entrepreneurship education should include technology as an integral part of its curriculum, enabling students to understand how technology can be used in various aspects of business. With this understanding, they can develop practical skills, think creatively, collaborate and innovate with the support of technology, thus being better equipped to face challenges in an increasingly digital and competitive business world. The limitation of this research is that it is a literature review, so it does not involve primary data collection or field research. Therefore, the findings are descriptive and based on existing information in the literature accessed.

Abstract

Students often experience excessive anxiety when completing their thesis. This is due to a lack of self-confidence in students. This research aims to see whether there is a relationship between self-confidence and anxiety in students who are doing their thesis. The respondents in this research were 74 students at Karangturi National University, Semarang, class of 2019. The sampling technique in this research was the Saturated Sample Technique. Research data was collected using two scales, namely the self-confidence scale and the anxiety scale. Data analysis uses the Product Moment Correlation Technique. From the results of this research, it was found that there was a negative relationship between self-confidence and anxiety in students who were taking their thesis with a correlation coefficient of -0.330 with a significance of 0.004 (p < 0.05), meaning that the higher the self-confidence, the lower the anxiety. Conversely, the lower self-confidence, the higher the anxiety

Abstract

Dyslexia is a specific learning disability characterized by difficulties in reading. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of flashcard learning media in improving reading comprehension between ages 8 and 11 in the group of children identified with dyslexia. The current research used one group experimental design with five children as participants. Based on the results of the study, showed that there was an influence of flashcard learning media on improving the reading ability of dyslexic children. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that the post-test score (M=20,8) was significantly higher than the pre-test score (M=10,4). Analyses of the whole sample indicated that levels of reading comprehension had improved. The finding of this study could be discussed that using flashcard learning media had a positive effect on reading comprehension in dyslexia children. The Flashcard media were designed to be colourful and easy to understand could stimulate children’s willingness to learn and read.

Abstract

The company is one form of organization which is a forum for cooperation of a group of people to achieve a predetermined goal. The success of an organization or company cannot be separated from the good performance of an employee. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, one of which is Organizational Culture. Based on the description above, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance at PT Bina San Prima. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sample of thirty people taken using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test method. The results of the correlation test show that the rxy value is -0.303 with a significance value of 0.104 (p>0.05). This shows that there is no significant relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance at PT Bina San Prima. ABSTRAKPerusahaan merupakan salah satu bentuk dari organisasi yang merupakan wadah kerja sama dari sekumpulan orang untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan tidak terlepas dari baiknya kinerja seorang karyawan. Adapun kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah Budaya Organisasi. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Bina San Prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah tiga puluh orang yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menngunakan metode uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil dari uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai rxy sebesar -0.303 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,104 (p>0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Bina San Prima.

Abstract

Program layanan bimbingan karir sangat penting bagi perkembangan siswa terutama siswa SMK. Pengembangan program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dan pemahaman karir pada peserta didik. Dengan adanya program bimbingan karir siswa lebih terarah dalam merencanakan karir dan lebih bisa percaya diri dengan melihat potensi pada diri siswa. Program ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lima tahapan 1) perijinan, 2) Analisis Kebutuhan, 3) Pelaksanaan, 4) Monitoring, dan 5) Evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengembangan program laynan bimbingan karir ini memberikan dampak positif pada siswa dalam perencanaan karir. Siswa bisa memahami potensi pada dirinya dan siswa dapat mengembangkan skill. Bimbingan karir tidak hanya sekedar memberikan respon kepada masalah-masalah yang muncul, akan tetapi juga membantu memperoleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam pekerjaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pendidikan yang membutuhkan perubahan dan perkembangan baik di segala aspeknya. Peran iklim sekolah dan kompetensi yang dimiliki guru dalam hal kompetensi pedagogik merupakan faktor penting kinerja guru dalam perubahan dan perkembangan suatu sekolah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dua prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat kontribusi positif yang sangat signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru terlihat dari besarnya koefisien antara kedua variabel rx1y = 0,492 dengan p = 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,01), (2) terdapat kontribusi positif yang sangat signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru terlihat dari besarnya koefisien antara kedua variabel rx2y = 0,806 dengan p = 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,01), (3) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang sangat signifikan antara iklim sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru SMP Eka Sakti Semarang dengan koefisien korelasi dari ketiga variabel Rx1,2y = 0,880 dengan F = 98,298 dan p = 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,01). Hipotesis mayor dan hipotesis minor yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan efektif  kedua variabel sebesar 77,5%.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan mensosialisasikan aplikasi DIKA (Deteksi Dini Kekhususan Anak) di Sekolah Inklusi SD N Karanganayar Gunung 02. Aplikasi DIKA dirancang untuk membantu guru dan orang tua dalam mendeteksi secara dini kekhususan anak-anak, terutama yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, sehingga intervensi dan dukungan yang tepat dapat diberikan sejak awal. Implementasi dan sosialisasi dilaksanakan di SD N Karanganyar Gunung 02. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif bagi para guru untuk menggunakan aplikasi DIKA, serta sosialisasi kepada orang tua mengenai pentingnya deteksi dini dan cara penggunaan aplikasi ini. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan dalam seluruh kegiatan, di mana guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah diajak secara aktif berpartisipasi dalam setiap tahap implementasi. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi DIKA dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan deteksi dini dengan mudah sehingga guru dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Implikasi terhadap masyarakat dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tenang penggunaan aplikasi DIKA, kepercayaan diri dalam memberikan metode pembelajaran yang tepat bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus dan memberikan pembelajaran yang efektif bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of affirmation techniques on enhancing self-efficacy among final-year students facing thesis writing. Students often experience pressure and anxiety that can hinder their academic performance, especially when preparing their theses. Self-efficacy, defined as an individual's belief in their ability to achieve specific outcomes, plays a crucial role in overcoming these challenges. This research employs a quantitative experimental method involving 10 final-year students in Semarang City. Data were collected using the Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale and analyzed using the Paired Sample t Test. The results indicate a significant increase in students' self-efficacy levels after the application of affirmation techniques, with a pre-test mean score of 16.60 and a post-test mean score of 31.80. These findings suggest that positive affirmations can serve as an effective tool for enhancing students' motivation and confidence in completing their theses. The study recommends the integration of positive affirmation programs in academic guidance at higher education institutions to support students in facing academic challenges.
