Abstract

Abstract. Health literacy is an individual's ability to access, understand, and use health information appropriately, and this ability is important to support adaptive health behaviors. In Indonesia, there has not been much adaptation of instruments that measure health literacy to suit the Indonesian cultural context. This study aims to analyze the psychometric properties of the HLS-SF12 in adults aged 18–60 years in Central Java Province. This study used a quantitative design with online data collection through convenience sampling. The analysis included content validity using Aiken's V, internal reliability using Cronbach's alpha, item discrimination index, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test the suitability of the factor structure. The content validity results showed Aiken's V values in the range of 0.75–0.917. Internal reliability showed a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.899, while the item discrimination index was in the range of 0.565–0.695. The CFA results also showed that the HLS-SF12 had adequate goodness of fit and was consistent with its theoretical structure. The results of the study indicate that the HLS-SF12 is suitable for use as an instrument to measure health literacy in adults in Indonesia. Abstrak. Literasi kesehatan merupakan kemampuan individu untuk mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan informasi kesehatan secara tepat, dan kemampuan ini penting untuk mendukung perilaku kesehatan yang adaptif. Di Indonesia, belum banyak proses adaptasi terhadap instrumen yang mengukur literasi kesehatan agar sesuai dengan konteks budaya Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis properti psikometris HLS-SF12 pada orang dewasa berusia 18–60 tahun di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data secara daring melalui convenience sampling. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi validitas isi menggunakan Aiken’s V, reliabilitas internal dengan Cronbach’s alpha, indeks diskriminasi item, serta Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) untuk menguji kesesuaian struktur faktor. Hasil validitas isi menunjukkan nilai Aiken’s V dalam rentang 0.75–0.917. Reliabilitas internal menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0.899, sedangkan indeks diskriminasi item berada pada rentang 0.565–0.695. Hasil CFA juga menunjukkan bahwa HLS-SF12 memiliki goodness of fit yang memadai dan konsisten dengan struktur teoretisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HLS-SF12 layak digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur literasi kesehatan pada orang dewasa di Indonesia.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is a vital element for service companies to maintain optimal performance and service standards. This study aims to analyze in-depth the effect of hard skills training on employee performance at PT. Manajemen Asisten Indonesia, responding to the urgent need for improved technical competency. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study involved all employee training participants as a sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through a series of statistical tests, including validity, reliability, normality, Product Moment correlation, and simple linear regression. The analysis findings revealed a fairly strong positive relationship between hard skills training and employee performance, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.507. Furthermore, hard skills training was shown to contribute 25.7% to the variation in employee performance, with the results of the model significance test confirming a significant effect (p = 0.002). The main conclusion of this study is that relevant and targeted hard skills training has a significant impact on improving employee work effectiveness. Therefore, companies are advised to continuously align technical training materials with dynamic operational needs to achieve sustainable productivity. ABSTRAK Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen vital bagi perusahaan jasa untuk mempertahankan standar kinerja dan layanan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh pelatihan hardskill terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Manajemen Asisten Indonesia, merespons kebutuhan mendesak akan kompetensi teknis yang lebih baik. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian melibatkan seluruh karyawan peserta pelatihan sebagai sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis melalui serangkaian uji statistik, termasuk validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, korelasi Product Moment, serta regresi linier sederhana. Temuan analisis mengungkapkan adanya hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara pelatihan hardskill dan kinerja karyawan, ditandai dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,507. Lebih lanjut, pelatihan hardskill terbukti memberikan kontribusi sebesar 25,7% terhadap variasi kinerja karyawan, dengan hasil uji signifikansi model yang mengonfirmasi pengaruh nyata (p = 0,002). Kesimpulan utama dari studi ini adalah bahwa pelatihan hardskill yang relevan dan terarah memiliki dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus menyelaraskan materi pelatihan teknis dengan dinamika kebutuhan operasional guna mencapai produktivitas yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of blended learning on the learning motivation of Karangturi National University students during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The data collection method in this study was the saturated sample method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the sampling method of all members of the population as a sample of 30 students. The results of observations and interviews showed that there was a significant negative relationship between blended learning style and student learning motivation during the pandemic, indicating that the better the blended learning style of the students, the lower the student's learning motivation. Vice versa, if the blended learning style is low, the students' learning motivation will be higher. The analysis technique in this study uses correlation analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that there is a relationship between blended learning and learning motivation, where the correlation coefficient value is Rxy = -0.379 with p = 0.019 (p <0.05). These results indicate that there is a relationship between blended learning and student motivation at the National University of Karangturi Semarang during the Covid 19 Pandemic, showing an R square result of 0.144 so that the effect of blended learning on student learning motivation is 14.4% in this study and 85.6 % influenced by other factors outside this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh blended learning dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Nasional Karangturi di masa Pandemi Covid 19. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode penarikan sampel semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 30 mahasiswa. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan gaya blended learning dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa di masa pandemi sehingga menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik gaya blended learning mahasiswa maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Begitu juga sebaliknya, bila gaya blended learning rendah maka motivasi belajar mahasiswa akan semakin tinggi. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, menunjukkan ada hubungan antara blended learning dengan motivasi belajar, dimana nilai koefisien korelasi Rxy = -0,379 dengan p= 0,019 (p< 0,05). Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara blended learning dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Nasional Karangturi Semarang pada masa Pandemi Covid 19, menunjukkan hasil R square sebesar 0,144 sehingga pengaruh blended learning dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 14,4 % dalam penelitian ini dan 85,6% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on adults who experience anxiety and depression in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study. The inclusion criteria of this literature study were that the subjects were adults aged at least 18 years, used Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as the intervention, was conducted in the Indonesian population, aimed to reduce the level and/or symptoms of anxiety or depression, written in Indonesian and English, and could be accessed in full-text. Articles were obtained through Google Scholar. There were 5 research articles included with a total of 73 participants. The results of the literature review found that ACT is effective in reducing levels and/or symptoms of anxiety and depression. Future researchers can include more research articles in the literature review or meta-analysis that reveals the effectiveness of ACT in adults with anxiety and depression in Indonesia.

Abstract

Parents of children with special needs face ongoing challenges, including high caregiving demands, prolonged stress, and the need to adjust parenting expectations. This study examines the role of problem-focused coping and family protective factors in predicting parental resilience. Participants were 83 parents of children with physical or psychological developmental disorders receiving services at YPAC Semarang, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Inventory of Family Protective Factors (IFPP), Brief-Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced Inventory (Brief-COPE), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Pearson correlation analysis showed that problem-focused coping and family protective factors were positively associated with resilience (r = .317 and r = .153). Multiple regression analysis indicated that both variables significantly predicted parental resilience simultaneously (R = .371, p < .01), contributing 13.8% of the variance (R² = .138). The findings suggest that parental resilience is a multidimensional construct influenced by coping strategies, family strengths, and other psychological and contextual factors. Strengthening problem-focused coping and enhancing family protective factors may therefore support resilience development among parents of children with special needs.   Orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus menghadapi tuntutan pengasuhan yang tinggi, stres berkepanjangan, serta penyesuaian strategi pengasuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran koping berfokus masalah dan faktor perlindungan keluarga terhadap resiliensi orangtua. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 83 orang tua anak dengan gangguan perkembangan fisik atau psikologis di YPAC Semarang yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan IFPP, Brief-COPE, dan CD-RISC. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif antara koping berfokus masalah dan faktor perlindungan keluarga dengan resiliensi (r = .317; r = .153). Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan kedua variabel secara simultan memprediksi resiliensi secara signifikan (R = .371; p < 0,01) dengan kontribusi sebesar 13,8% (R² = .138). Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa resiliensi orangtua merupakan konstruk multidimensional yang dipengaruhi oleh strategi koping, kekuatan keluarga, dan faktor psikososial lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penguatan koping adaptif dan faktor perlindungan keluarga penting dalam meningkatkan resiliensi orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus.
