Abstract

There is an urgent interest among Muslims to participate in broader religious thought activities regarding the nature of modern technology in response to the refutation presented by the ideals of current technology. The impact and use on understanding modern technology cannot be limited. It is so much more pervasive because it conditions ideas, creates our goals and desires. In order to measure modern technology from within the framework of Islamic ethics and design the Islamic paradigm, this is very important by looking at psychological, spiritual, social, moral and circles of the latest postmodernist technology. For holistic insight and moral enhancement of technology, fortitude and practical appropriateness to respond to the latest (contemporary) incident produced due to technology that is holy and ethical poor. Maqashid al-syar'ah hold a useful asset. Muslims should review their traditional notions of Advantage (maṣlaḥah) along with take advantage of these fundamental religious ethics. The design of technological development is beneficial for mankind, because modern technology is infused through It is having a plan all by itself regarding good activities. The intense problem of the Islamic background is which kind of human needs (maṣlaḥah) intense a religion legal discussion can deal with the set of technological values. Muslim jurists, when assessing modern technology, often make use of expressions that describe the optimistic predictions of technology when it comes to human success. This resulted in most of them interpreting human benefit (maṣlaḥah) in terms of technology and issuing fatwas. This makes them be given a particularistic technique to the effect of cutting-edge generation with out considering the effect that current era would possibly have on Muslim life. In this article, it is argued that the contextual-important philosophy of contemporary-day era describes one of the preconditions for outlining what constitutes a reputable human interest (maṣlaḥah). This may be accomplished whilst on the identical time increasing the scope of Islamic Goals (maqashid al-syar'ah) to consist of critical lectures. It links the dual hermeneutic action between the Islamic (time) conception of human goodness (maṣlaḥah) and the axiological contextual perception of the problem during the model of technological development.

Abstract

Proof of Tunnel Signature (PoTS) is designed to avoid the main problems found in certificates based on Blockchain technology. In this case, it is so closely related to Cybersecurity. A lightweight protocol such as a Certificate Authenticated Key Agreement (CAKA) is needed to reduce the vulnerability of a system's operation, namely overcoming management overhead by using a decentralized system according to the characteristics of Blockchain Technology. PoTS is the second stage after determining the Key Agreement (KA) or certificate hash in authenticating a node, and this is also a significant step in minimizing computation costs. The nodes generated after the signing process remain anonymous and can be verified optimally. Smart contracts are also used as a support so that this research can ensure transparency and openness of transaction nodes to maintain and improve the efficiency of transaction security for a certificate based on Blockchain Technology.

Abstract

Data analysis and mathematical techniques play a central role in quantitative data processing. Quantitative researchers estimate (strength) the strength of the relationship of variables, and test hypotheses statistically. Unlike the case with qualitative research. Although qualitative researchers might test a hypothesis in the analysis process, they do not estimate or test hypotheses about the relationship of variables statistically. Through tests or statistical tests can be used as the main means for interpreting the results of research data. It is through this statistical test that we as researchers can compare which data groups and what can be used to determine probabilities or possibilities that distinguish between groups based on an opportunity. Thus, it can provide evidence to determine the validity of a hypothesis or conclusion. In this study, we will discuss the preparation of data for analysis such as editing data, coding, categorizing, and entering data. As well as discussing the differences in data analysis for descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, differences in data analysis for parametric and non-parametric statistics in research, explanations of multivariate data analysis procedures, and also forms of research hypotheses.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has revolutionized financial services by enabling decen- tralized, transparent, and tamper-resistant payment platforms. However, these innovations bring significant challenges related to regulatory compliance and security management, which threaten platform adoption and user trust. This study aims to develop and empirically validate a comprehensive risk management model that integrates both regulatory oversight and security auditing dimensions specific to blockchain-powered payment systems. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 215 industry practitioners involved in blockchain payment platforms. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study tested hypothesized relationships among regulatory over- sight, smart contract auditing, perceived compliance and security risks, risk mit- igation intent, and platform adoption intention. The results demonstrate that regulatory oversight and smart contract auditing significantly increase perceived compliance and security risks. These heightened risk perceptions positively in- fluence intentions to mitigate risks, which in turn significantly drive platform adoption. The model explains 58% and 42% of the variance in risk mitigation intent and platform adoption intention, respectively, confirming its strong ex- planatory power. This research contributes a validated, unified risk manage- ment framework that guides policymakers, platform operators, and auditors in addressing intertwined compliance and security risks. The findings support the advancement of safer, more trustworthy blockchain payment systems, fostering broader adoption and aligning with evolving regulatory landscapes.

Abstract

The urgent need to address climate change, environmental degradation, and resource depletion has driven the adoption of sustainable business practices globally. For Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia, transitioning toward sustainability presents both challenges and opportunities. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) offers a comprehensive approach to integrating environmental considerations into every stage of the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to end-of-life product management. This study develops a practical GSCM framework tailored for Indonesian SMEs, using a qualitative multiple-case study method across three sectors: food, handicrafts, and logistics. Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews, on-site observations, and document analysis, followed by thematic coding and cross-case synthesis. The resulting framework identifies five interrelated components: supplier collaboration, eco-friendly material selection, waste reduction strategies, energy efficiency optimization, and sustainability performance monitoring. The framework is validated through triangulation of data sources and feedback from SME stakeholders. By aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goals 12 and 13, this study provides actionable insights for policymakers, SME owners, and practitioners seeking to enhance sustainability while maintaining operational efficiency.

This study presents a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) of AI-based learning recommendation systems for students. These innovative systems hold significant potential in supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 Quality Education by personalizing learning pathways, enhancing access to resources, and boosting student engagement. Their primary strengths include increased learning efficiency, adaptive content delivery, and instant feedback mechanisms. Nevertheless, weaknesses such as potential algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and over reliance on technology warrant careful consideration. Emerging opportunities encompass expanding educational access for underserved populations, facilitating lifelong learning, and integrating diverse educational platforms. However, threats like the digital divide and the need for robust ethical guidelines must be addressed to ensure equitable access. This analysis underscores the necessity of a balanced approach in developing and deploying these AI systems, maximizing their educational benefits while mitigating risks to achieve more inclusive and equitable quality education for all. Quantitatively, the synthesis of reviewed studies reveals that adaptive AI-based recommendation systems improve student engagement by up to 18% and content relevancy by approximately 22% compared to conventional systems. Moreover, the SWOT analysis indicates that the strength to threat ratio (S/T) exceeds 2.1, implying that institutional readiness and technological innovation significantly outweigh identified implementation risks. These findings confirm the robust potential of AI-LRS in higher education.
