Abstract

PT. Sinar Surya Sehati Companies operating in the printing sector (offset printing & packaging) need employees who are consistent in contributing to achieving company targets. Research Design is a research design that will be used as a guideline for carrying out the research process. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Organizational Support and Self-Efficacy on the performance of PT Sinar Surya Sehati employees. This research uses quantitative methodology, which refers to a technique used to evaluate certain theories by analyzing the relationship between variables. This population is 85 employees of PT Sinar Surya Sehati. The sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The approach method in this research uses quantitative methods with observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test (R)2, using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Self-Efficacy has a positive effect and significantly on employee performance and Organizational Support and self-efficacy together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT Panen Wangi Abadi, or Sephora, is a French retail company. The research aims to assess the impact of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance using statistical quantitative methods. The research involved 40 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These results were obtained from the calculated t result of 3.563, which is greater than the t table of 2.026, so this result shows that leadership style has an influence on employee performance and the results of the hypothesis analysis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. These results were obtained from the calculated t of 2.964 which is greater than the t table of 2.026, so these results indicate that leadership style has an influence on employee performance. Leadership Style and Work Motivation together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the employee performance variable at PT Panen Wangi Abadi.

Abstract

A corporation seeks optimal performance from its workforce, prompting researchers to conduct a study at the national private bank, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, situated on Jalan Prapatan Raya No. 50 in Central Jakarta. The study focuses on two independent variables, namely behavioral attitude and Internal drive. This study seeks to evaluate the influence of behavioral attitudes. and Internal drive on workplace productivity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Prapatan Raya Branch, Central Jakarta. The sample comprises all 68 employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, Prapatan Branch. The researchers conducted various statistical analyses, including tests of validity, tests of reliability, tests for classical assumptions, t-tests, and f-tests, and regression analysis involving several variables analyses. The classical assumption test results indicate that each indicator in the independent and dependent variables is valid and reliable. In the t-test, both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables individually influence employee performance variables significantly (with a sig value <0.05). Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables collectively have a significant impact on workplace productivity variables (with sig < 0.05). This study yields positive influence results, suggesting that positive employee behavior and motivation correlate positively with employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja kepada produktivitas kerja toko indomaret. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 karyawan yang ada pada toko indomaret, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan toko indomaret. Data yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Dengan di lakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan), dan Uji R Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil Uji T nilai Sig untuk pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,015 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil Uji T nilai Sig untuk pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F bahwa nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 20,533 > Ftabel 3,130, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja Keyword: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on financial management among gym members at USB Fitness. Financial literacy refers to the ability to understand and apply financial concepts, while lifestyle encompasses spending patterns, consumption preferences, and daily habits. Low financial literacy combined with a high-consumption lifestyle can negatively impact personal financial management, potentially leading to poor budgeting, excessive debt, and limited savings.The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The population comprises 60 registered gym members, from which a sample of 52 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%. Data analysis techniques involve both partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis testing to assess the effects of the independent variables—financial literacy and lifestyle—on the dependent variable, financial management.The t-test results indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management (t-count = 6.384 > t-table = 2.00958; p-value = 0.000 < 0.05), suggesting that higher financial literacy levels contribute to more effective personal financial practices. Conversely, lifestyle shows no significant effect on financial management (t-count = -0.013; p-value = 0.990 > 0.05), indicating that lifestyle variations among respondents do not directly determine their financial management capabilities.Simultaneous testing through the F-test reveals that financial literacy and lifestyle together have a significant influence on financial management (F-count = 21.333 > F-table = 3.191; p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). This suggests that while lifestyle alone may not significantly impact financial management, its interaction with financial literacy can influence financial outcomes.The study concludes that improving financial literacy among gym members is essential for enhancing financial management skills, while lifestyle modifications may only be impactful when supported by strong financial knowledge.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Mangul Jaya Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik in depth interview, yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap persepsi dan pengalaman karyawan mengenai pelaksanaan program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang diterapkan telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan, produktivitas, dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Namun demikian, masih diperlukan perbaikan pada aspek perencanaan dan evaluasi agar pelaksanaan program lebih berkelanjutan dan tepat sasaran. Secara keseluruhan, program pelatihan dan pengembangan di PT Mangul Jaya terbukti mampu mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja pegawai di Kantor DisperindagKUKM Kabupaten Kebumen menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Permasalah utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pengukuran kinerja yang berfokus pada aspek administrativ dan keuangan, tanpa mempertimbangkan indikator strategis seperti kualitas layanan public dan pengembangan SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari empat perspektif: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-statistik dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja instansi berada dalam kategori baik. Dari perspektif pelanggan, terjadi peningkatan indeks kepuasan Masyarakat dari triwulan pertama 89,83 menjadi 91,49 pada triwulan kedua. Pada perspektif proses internal, 64,8% pegawai menilai kinerja sangat baik, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan tepat waktu dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Sementara itu, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan mengungkapkan Tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai sebesai 1,37% keterlambatan, namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam program pelatihan dan tingginya angka mutase pegawai (44,44%).Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, peneliti ini merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang lebih holistic, peningkatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, serta penguatan strategi retensi pegawai. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pengambilan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan public dan pengembangan SDM lingkungan pemerintah Daerah.

Abstract

In facing increasingly competitive business conditions, every company needs an effective performance measurement system to remain competitive and achieve long-term goals. This study aims to analyze the performance of PT. Berkat Anugerah Plasindo Pratama using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method developed by Kaplan and Norton. The Balanced Scorecard evaluates organizational performance through four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This research applies a descriptive quantitative approach, focusing on PT. Berkat Anugerah Plasindo Pratama, a company engaged in the plastic manufacturing industry. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the period of October to December 2025. The analysis results indicate that the company performs well in financial and customer perspectives but requires improvement in internal business process efficiency and human resource development. The implementation of the Balanced Scorecard is expected to assist the company in evaluating performance comprehensively, identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, and providing a foundation for strategic decision-making. Through continuous evaluation using the BSC approach, the company can enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness in the plastic manufacturing industry

Abstract

Employee productivity is an important factor in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. Optimal productivity levels can be influenced by various factors, including teamwork and self-efficacy. Effective teamwork enables good communication and coordination among employees, while self-efficacy refers to an individual’s belief in their ability to accomplish work tasks. This study aims to examine the effect of teamwork and self-efficacy on employee productivity at PT. UFI. The research employed a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The population of this study consisted of 105 office employees at PT. UFI, with 77 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests and an F-test. The results indicate that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on productivity (t-value = 4.128 > 1.992; sig. = 0.003), and self-efficacy also has a positive and significant effect on productivity (t-value = 4.913 > 1.992; sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, teamwork and self-efficacy significantly affect productivity, as indicated by an F-value of 137.842 > 3.11 with a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, teamwork and self-efficacy contribute 78.3% to employee productivity, while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
