Abstract

The research problem formulation is what are the factors that cause the amount of productdamage and how to optimize quality control to reduce the amount of product damage in IKMTempe 21A Yosodadi Metro Timur. how to optimize quality control to reduce the amount ofproduct damage in IKM Tempe 21A Yosodadi Metro Timur. The type of research isqualitative research, the data collection technique uses observation, and interviews. Thisstudy focuses on the implementation of Quality Control (quality control) in IKM Tempe 21AYosodadi Metro Timur. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concludedthat the factors that cause the amount of damage to tempe products in Mr. Khairunas' TempeIKM consist of lack or excess of yeast, duration of fermentation, changing room temperatureconditions, washing soybeans that are not clean, damaged machines. , and the quality ofsoybeans and how to reduce the amount of product damage, namely ensuring the size of theyeast with the appropriate amount of soybeans so that there is no shortage or excess,ensuring cleanliness in soybean washing, ensuring the fermentation process is good enoughwithout overlapping tempeh, and repairing the machine and seeing the quality of soybeans.become raw materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of products, prices, and distribution oncustomer loyalty both directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction. Research methodsrequire quantitative research. Objects in research are products, prices, distribution, loyalty,and customer satisfaction with Vivo brand cellphone users. The population in the study wereFEB students of Muhammadiyah Metro University. The sample in the study was taken usingthe random sampling technique with the amount of sampling determined by the Slovinmethod. The number of samples produced is 91 respondents. The instrument in this studyused a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis. The results showed thatproducts directly affect customer loyalty, prices directly affect customer loyalty, distributiondirectly affects customer loyalty. Products, prices, and distributions have an indirect effect oncustomer loyalty, namely through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial competition is currently very high because all companies are constantlytrying to increase their market share by getting new customers. Business conditions changedynamically with changes in the surrounding environment and changes in the tastes ofconsumers who are increasingly diverse. The community is required to be creative byprocessing fish into other processed fish products such as kemplang biscuits, these processedproducts are very popular with the community for complementary foods. This study aims todetermine 1) To find out whether product innovation has an effect on purchasing decisions.2) To find out whether the use of social media has an effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Tofind out the variables of product innovation and the use of social media together have aneffect on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey methodwas chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data fromrespondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Inthis study, the population was taken based on consumers who made purchases of AmandaKemplang crackers as many as 115 per month. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between product innovation on purchasing decisions. 2) there is apositive and significant influence between social media on purchasing decisions. 3) there is apositive and significant influence between product innovation and the use of social mediatogether on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The research was motivated by the high turnover rate of employees in companies. The aim ofthis research is to determine the effect of training satisfaction and psychologicalempowerment on turnover intention with work involvement as a mediating factor. Thisresearch is quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, the samplingtechnique was nonprobability sampling, as many as 73 employees from PT. Indo Metro SuryaAndola. As a measuring tool, an 80-item questionnaire was used with Likert scalemeasurements and analyzed using Path Analysis. The research results show that trainingsatisfaction has a negative effect on employee turnover intentions. Psychologicalempowerment has a negative effect on employee turnover intentions. Training satisfaction hasa positive effect on employee turnover intentions. Psychological empowerment has a positiveeffect on employee turnover intentions. Training satisfaction has a negative effect onemployee turnover intention, mediated by employee work engagement. Psychologicalempowerment has a negative effect on employee turnover intention, mediated by employeework engagement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of food quality, taste and priceperception on consumer loyalty at Ibu Sutini Restaurant. The research method usesquantitative research. The objects in the research are food quality, taste, price perceptionand consumer loyalty at Ibu Sutini's Restaurant. The population in this study is all consumerswho visit restaurants. Samples were taken using an accidental sampling technique thathappened to be encountered during the research. The number of samples was 66 consumers.Data was taken using a closed questionnaire on a 1-5 Likert scale which was then analyzedusing multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 21.0. The researchresults show that the food quality variable influences consumer loyalty, the taste variableinfluences food loyalty, the price perception variable has a positive influence on consumerloyalty, and the food quality, taste and price perception variables simultaneously influenceconsumer loyalty. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of food quality, taste and priceperception can increase consumer loyalty to Ibu Sutini's Restaurant.

Abstract

Shopping is generally just buying the materials or products that are needed, but with the many variations of various products today, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Metro University spend more time choosing materials or products that are not only needed but also wanted and cause purchases suddenly without regard to the benefits of these goods. The factors that encourage students to do impulse buying include promotions/discounts, attractive models or just satisfying feelings. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Metro University. This study aims to determine the role of shopping lifestyle as a mediating variable between hedonic shopping values ​​and utilitarian values ​​on impulse buying in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. This study used 92 respondents as the research sample and the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis method including equation test, model test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and utilitarian value, have an effect on impulse buying and the shopping lifestyle variable mediates these two variables so that each variable has an effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct effect of product quality and selling price on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was a quantitative research by measuring product quality variables. Selling price, loyalty, and satisfaction were by using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire scoring scale for each variable was 1-5 so theoretically the range of scores obtained by respondents was between 20-100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis (Path) with the help of the SPSS Version 20.0 application. The results showed that there was a direct influence between product quality and customer satisfaction in the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct influence of the selling price on the satisfaction of the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct effect of product quality on the loyalty of the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct influence of the selling price on consumer loyalty of the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct influence between consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry.

Abstract

Repurchasing from consumers is a matter of great concern to a company, where to make this happen the company must pay attention to several factors related to this behavior. Repurchasing behavior of consumers is related to the quality of the products offered, the quality of service to create customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of social status, product quality, and consumer satisfaction on the intention to repurchase Baper Milk Coffee in Metro City.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The variables in this study are social status, product quality, and consumer satisfaction with repurchase intention. The population and research sample were consumers of Metro City Baper Milk Coffee with a total sample taken of 96 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program.The results showed that social status, product quality, and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer repurchase intentions. Simultaneous test results show that social status, product quality, and consumer satisfaction together have a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

In an effort to increase sales volume, several efforts have been made by the company, namely determining a rational price level, providing a good distribution channel and conducting promotions to increase consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, distribution and promotion on the sales volume of Honda Beat motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Tulang Bawang Barat.The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the research objects are price, distribution, promotion and sales volume. Population and sample in this study are reports on product prices, promotional costs and distribution costs at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, 2019-2020. Documentation technique data collection. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program.The results showed that partially distribution and promotion had a positive and significant effect on sales volume, while price had no effect on sales volume. Simultaneously price, distribution and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume. Based on the coefficient number and the tcount value, it can be seen that the factor that most influences the sales volume is the distribution factor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui apakah lokasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui apakah lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan untuk mengetahui apakah loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Geprek Agan yang berjumlah 95 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan pengujian persyaratan instrumen yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalias, uji linieritas, dan uji homogenitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur atau path analisys dengan menggunakan program (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kualitas produk langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 2). Lokasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 3). Kualitas produk berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 4) Lokasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 5). Loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Lokasi, Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan Loyalitas Pelanggan
