Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes the motivational factors in collaborative consumption in the sharing economy era, focusing on economic aspects, social orientation, ecological aspects, and personal values that influence individual participation. The analysis shows the dominant role of economic factors in participation motivation, with differences between service providers and users. Social motives and environmental concerns also have a big influence on consumption behavior. This research was conducted through 60-minute interviews with five informants, highlighting experienced consumers on online platforms such as Airbnb, Go-Jek, Grab, OLX, and Bukalapak. The data provides insight into the motivations behind changing consumption patterns. Analysis includes economic aspects, utility, social orientation, emotional, environmental, and personal values. Abstract

Saat ini beragam jenis kewirausahaan yang dapat diaplikasikan oleh generasi muda, salah satunya kewirausahaan sosial. Kewirausahaan sosial merupakan kegiatan ekonomi melalui upaya berbagai peluang untuk dapat menciptakan nilai tambah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan di Distrik Depapre, Kabupaten Jayapura. dapat membantu pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat dalam bidang pendidikan, sosial serta ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan konsep photobooth dan wisatawan dapat memilih kostum yang diinginkan. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh yaitu masyarakat terbantu dari sisi pendidikan, sosial dan ekonomi dari hasil pembelian tiket dan kegiatan photobooth ini menarik wisatawan untuk datang dan memberikan kontribusi ke masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of the business world is not only dominated by big business actors, but also medium, small, and even micro. These micro-scale business actors are given the opportunity to thrive. People Business Credit Program (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) is applied as an innovative product that is specifically for micro entrepreneurs. This research aims to study four approaches of availability, affordability, awareness, and acceptability to analyze the willingness of using microfinance credit. This research uses a quantitative approach and multiple regression for the data analysis. The long-term goal of this research is to provide input for higher decision makers, companies, and local governments to develop better welfare and partnership strategies. This research found that the willingness of using microfinance credit was influenced by availability, awareness, and willingness to accept, except of affordability variable.

Abstract

This study examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing knowledge management in the online news media industry, with a focus on GOnews.id as a case study. The industry faces unique challenges, including real-time information delivery and collaboration among dispersed teams. This research evaluates the impact of AI in addressing these challenges, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing content quality. Using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and document analysis, the study applied a thematic approach with NVivo 12 software. The findings reveal that AI facilitates faster information access, supports team collaboration, and maintains journalistic standards through automated editing tools. However, limitations such as high infrastructure costs, employee resistance, and AI's inability to fully grasp local contexts present challenges to its implementation. The study emphasizes the importance of using AI as a supportive tool rather than replacing human creativity and judgment. Key implications include AI's potential to enhance organizational competitiveness and responsiveness to audience trends. Recommendations include investing in robust infrastructure, providing employee training, and ensuring human oversight to balance technological efficiency with editorial nuance. By addressing these issues, the study provides valuable insights for media organizations seeking to optimize knowledge management strategies and offers a framework for leveraging AI to meet the demands of modern digital journalism.

Abstract

Tingginya permintaan dan turunnya penawaran minyak goreng mengakibatkan kelangkaan dan kenaikan harga minyak goreng di sebagian besar daerah di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis perilaku serta perlindungan konsumen terhadap kelangkaan minyak goreng dipasar domestik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk focus group discussion melalui media zoom. Hasil dari kegiatan menyatakan bahwa masyarakat juga harus turut kooperatif dalam melaksanakan kebijakan pemerintah dan diharapkan dapat menakar kebutuhan masing-masing demi kepentingan bersama. Edukasi terhadap diri sendiri sangatlah penting untuk menambah kepekaan terhadap kondisi perekonomian di dunia. Adanya entry barrier bagi pelaku usaha pasar untuk dapat memperoleh minyak goreng satu harga sehingga konsumen kelas menengah ke bawah dapat membeli minyak goreng kemasan dengan harga yang terjangkau. Dengan kelangkaan yang terjadi, pemerintah seharusnya mampu membatasi ekspor demi mencukupi kebutuhan domestik.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the implementation of e-government of the users. The users were the citizen of Bogor City and the government officers in Bogor Government. The implementation of e-government was related to the website application of Bogor Government. The users were considered as the important thing because they could understand and comprehend the benefit of government website and the effectiveness of egovernment implementation. The focus of the study was the implementation of the theory of technology acceptance model. The concept involved the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, and the subjective norm. The model of TAM was extended by involving the perceived risk to clarify of the acceptance of e-government use. The research method was to collect the data and used the survey for distributing the questionnaires of 414 citizens as the respondents in Bogor City. The research result showed that the perceived use influenced the use of the website but it was not significant; meanwhile the perceived ease of use, the perceived risk and the subjective norm influenced the use of the website significantly.

Abstract

Throughout the crisis in 1997-1998 and 2008-2009, the role of the MSME sector was to safeguard the national economy from turmoil, but this was not the case with the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. MSMEs have become a sector that has been heavily impacted. Therefore, the discussion on the resilience of MSMEs during disruption is important to bring valuable lessons and recommendations for the stakeholders to help MSMEs revert from the recession. This study aims to document studies that have been carried out by academics and the media on MSMEs resilience during pandemic. Some studies highlight its characteristics, others highlight the developmental perspective. Some research focuses on workers and their lead and on business processes and models. Some researchers aim at how MSMEs anticipate, foresee, and respond to disruption; while others pinpoint the intervention to increase MSMEs resilience. At the end, theoretical framework related to MSMEs resilience is drawn to conclude the findings. The resilience does not merely come from the individual and organization level. Supportive ecosystem is imperative to preserve the resilience.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the conceptual basis of hedonic behavior from consumers'perspective. The purpose of the analysis of the conceptual approach is to describe thebehavior of hedonistic, therefore it can strengthen the understanding of concepts based ontheoretical basis. In addition, a conceptual understanding can provide a strategic analysisin order to look hedonistic behavior of a number of perspectives. These different perspectivesprovide a diversity of analysis and hedonistic behavior argument. This study uses perspectivesin order to analyze hedonic behavior. The results showed that, the test model of hedonicbehavior is a function of perspektif experiential, epistemic, and religion.

Abstract

Air pollution is worsening due to the increasing emissions produced by motor vehicles each year. The consumption of vehicle fuels releases various pollutants into the atmosphere, necessitating efforts to control air pollution to prevent the emissions from worsening. Electric motorcycles represent an environmentally beneficial innovation. With electric motorcycles, it is hoped that pollution resulting from carbon emissions will decrease, providing a solution to future energy scarcity. Electric motorcycles have an advantage over conventional motorcycles in that they can reduce emissions, as they do not emit gas. However, the use of electric motorcycles has not yet achieved optimal results. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Environmental concerns on Consumer Attitudes towards Purchase Intention of electric motorcycles. Data was collected by engaging 167 civil servants in Bali Province with an online survey to test four hypotheses. Analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the SmartPLS software. This research findings that all hypotheses are supported; Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Environmental Concern significantly influence Consumer Attitude toward Purchase Intention of electric motorcycles. It is important to consider these factors and develop a holistic strategy to promote Purchase Intention for electric motorcycles.
