Highest Insidence of preeclampsia in DIY was in Sleman (22%- 30%). Preeclampsia was caused by multy factoral. Goal of this research aimed to know the the correlation between age, parity and birth spacing to the preeclampsia. The research used Cross sectional design with purposive sampling technique. The subject of this research was 381 labor patiens in RSUD Sleman in 2016. The data were collected from register book and medic record of labor in 2016. The data were analyzed using Chi squareand logistic regression. The analysis showed of most subjects aged ≥30 years, had parity 2, had a gestational distance of 2-5, and did not have preeclampsia. As the result showed age ≥30 years had a significant association with preeclampsia p value of 0.023 Exp B 10.630 95% CI: 1.378 to 82.005. Distance pregnancy <2 years had a significant association with preeclampsia p value 0,000  Exp B 3,201 95% CI: 1.862 to 5.503, and the distance Pregnancy >5 years had a p-value 0.013 with Exp B 3,622 95% CI: 1.308 to 10.026.The conclusion of this research shows that there is a relationship between age and the incidence of preeclampsia pregnancy spacing.

Abstract

Cases of human imunnodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) in middle and low income countries were very many. One of the biggest obstacles in the prevention of HIV/AIDS is the high stigma people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). There are still 34% of health students stigmatizing PLWHA. Appropriate learning media is needed to provide information about HIV/AIDS to midwifery students. The purpose was to determine the effect videos and pocket books on the knowledge, attitudes towards stigma of PLWHA. This research was a quantitative study with quasi-experimental non equivalent control group design. The intervention group was given information using video, the control group was given a pocket book. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Data analysis using t-test and simple linear regression. There is a relationship between the provision of videos and pocket books on the post test knowledge with p=0.002. There is an influence of giving video to attitude with p=0.022 OR 2.731. There was a relationship between the provision of videos and pocket books on the knowledge and attitudes of respondents. There was no relationship between the source of video information on the adequacy of material about HIV AIDS and the experience of meeting PLWHA with the level of knowledge and attitude of respondents.

Subjects were 65 midwives in primary health care in Yogyakarta City.  Combination Theory used Precede and Procede and Health Belief Model. This research analysis  used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that there were 61.5% of midwives have did implementation of pap smear. There was a relationship between age (p=0.002), attitude (p=0.028), cost (p=0.208) and vulnerability (p=0.001) with pap smear behavior. There was no correlation between value  (p=0.724), benefit (p=0.403) and severity (p=0.813) with pap smear behavior. Multivariate analysis showed that age was the most dominant factors affecting pap smear behavior (p-value 0.009; PR 26.903; CI 95% 2.251-321.490). Need to improved promotive efforts about pap smear among midwives and also women in general.

Abstract

Background: At Banguntapan I Health Center, Fe coverage has met the target of Fe1 100% and Fe3 87.26%, but the prevalence of pregnancy anemia is high, ie. 40.61%. The result of literature study shows that risk factors associated with the prevalence of pregnancy anemia are age of pregnant mothers, parity, birth spacing, gestation period, level of education, economic status, and status of chronic energy deficiency. Objective: The study aimed to identify correlation between factors of age of pregnant mothers, parity, birth spacing, gestation period, level of education, economic status, and status of chronic energy deficiency with the prevalence of pregnancy anemia at Banguntapan I Health Center 2013. Method: The study was an analytic survey with cross sectional design. Samples were 93 pregnant mothers at Banguntapan I Health Center selected through proportional sampling. Research instruments consisted of data sheet of pregnant mothers, upper arm circumference, digital automatic haemoglobinometer, and table master. Statistical test used univariate, bivariate (Chi square), and multivariate (Logistic Regression Test). Result: Rate of pregnancy anemia was 28%. The result of bivariate test showed risk factors significantly correlated with the prevalence of pregnancy anemia were age of mothers during pregnancy (p-value=0.00), level of education (p-value=0.03), and status chronic energy deficiency (p-value=0.00). The result of multivariate test showed risk factors affecting the prevalence of pregnancy anemia were age of mothers during pregnancy (p-value=0.00) and status of chronic energy deficiency KEK (p-value=0.00). Conclusion: Risk factors correlated with the prevalence of pregnancy anemia at Banguntapan I Health Center in 2013 were age of mothers during pregnancy, level of education, and status of chronic energy deficiency and the most dominant factor was status of chronic energy deficiency.

This study was a quantitative used cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was mothers aged <20 years who had babies aged 6-24 months in Karangmojo, Semanu, Semin, Gunung Kidul Regency in 2019. Minimal sample calculation by Lemeshow was 45 respondents. Data collected by a structured questionnaire. Data analysis involved univariate, bivariate analysis using the chi-square test and fisher's exact test, while multivariate analysis used logistic regression. The results showed that 75.5% of adolescent mothers aged <20 years old practice exclusive breastfeeding. Bivariate analysis showed that occupational factors (p-value = 0.001), parity (p-value = 0.001), pregnancy status (p-value = 0.010), family support (p-value = 0.002) and husband support (p-value = 0.003) were correlated to exclusive breastfeeding. Multivariate analysis showed husband support (p-value = 0.005; OR = 26.591). Husband support as the most influential factor to exclusive breastfeeding behavior among mothers <20 years old
