<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang persepsi guru BK tentang kompetensi konselor di sekolah dasar swasta Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, responden penelitian adalah guru BK sekolah dasar swasta, teknik pengumpulan data berupa skala psikologi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi guru BK tentang kompetensi konselor mendapatkan hasil yang positif. Kompetensi pedagogik yaitu positif, kepribadian yaitu kurang positif, sosial yaitu kurang positif, profesional yaitu cukup positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi guru BK tentang kompetensi konselor di sekolah dasar swasta Kota Semarang pada umumnya positif. The purpose of this research is determine perception guidance and counseling teacher about counselor competence in private elementary school on Semarang city. This research is quantitative. Respondens is guidance and counseling teacher from private elementary school, techniques of data collection are psychology scale and documentation. The data analysis using Analysis Descriptive Percentage. Result showed that research is perception guidance and counseling teacher about counselor competence is positive. Pedagogic competence is positive, personality is not positive enough, social is not positive enough, professional is positive enough. The conclusion of this research is perception guidance and counseling teacher about counselor competence in private elementary school on Semarang city in general is positive.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan tentang faktor-faktor hambatan yang terjadi dalam profesionalisasi guru BK. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri se-Kota Purwokerto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi atau sensus karena populasi guru BK berjumlah 25 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah inventori dalam bentuk daftar cek masalah. Instrumen tersebut telah diuji validitasnya menggunakan rumus point biserial, sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen digunakan rumus KR-20. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif prosentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hambatan yang berasal dari faktor internal mendapat prosentase lebih tinggi daripada faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yang paling mempengaruhi profesionalisasi guru BK antara lain latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, motivasi kerja, kompetensi guru BK. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang paling mempengaruhi profesionalisasi guru BK adalah sarana dan prasarana. The purpose of this research is to describe problems occur in the professionalization of guidance and counseling teachers. The type of the research is survey research . This research was conducted in all of Senior High School in Purwokerto. Population research or census were used as sampling method, since the population of guidance and counseling teachers were 25 people. Data collection technique was using inventory with list of issues. The instrument validity has been tested using point biserial formula, whilst its reliability was tested using KR-20 formula. The data was analyzed using descriptive percentage techniques. The results of this research indicate that internal factors get higher percentage than external factors. Internal factors that have the most influence in the professionalization of guidance and counseling teachers include educational background, working experience , motivation, teacher’s competence. While external factors that have the most influence in the professionalization of guidance and counseling teachers is infrastructure.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi paedagogik konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor, (2) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor, (3) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi sosial konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor, dan (4) mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional konselor dengan self disclosure siswa terhadap konselor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis berupa skala persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi konselor dan skala self disclosure siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan baik kompetensi paedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional dengan self disclosure siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. This study aims to: (1) determine the relationship between students' perceptions of paedagogik counselor competency with self-disclosure student to counselor, (2) determine the relationship between students' perception of personality counselor competency with self-disclosure student to counselor, (3) determine the relationship between students’ perception of social counselor competency with self-disclosure student to counselor, and (4) determine the relationship between students' perception of professional counselor competence with self-disclosure student to counselor. The population in this study are all students of SMAN 14 Semarang. Methods of data collection in this study using psychological scale in the form of students' perceptions of the counselor competency scale and self-disclosure of students scale. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship either paedagogik competency, personal competency, social competency, and professional competency with self-disclosure of students in high school N 14 Semarang.]]>

<![CDATA[The study was based on the phenomena of lack of implementation of instrumentation applications in school that are at the level sufficient at this stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of the results, and reporting. This prompted researchers to conduct research on instrumentation application. The goal of this study was to investigate the implementation of instrumentation application in phases planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of the results, and reporting. Type of thisresearch is descriptive survey method. The population is all of teachers guidance and counseling in Senior High School at Pati regency by using the study population because the population only 28 people in 8 schools. Data method useing the questionnaire. Instrument validity using the product moment formula. Reliability is use alpha formula. The data analysis used descriptive percentage. The result showed the following picture;instrumentation from the stage of planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of result and report the results of a percentage of 57% (medium). It pointed out that counselor in Senior High School at Pati less understanding of implementing application, because it is on the e criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this research was to get empirical data about effect of group guidance against ability to establish friendship relation of class VIII D Giriwoyo 1 junior high school, Wonogiri. This research used quantitative with an experimental design. The population was all student of class VIII D Giriwoyo 1 junior high school, Wonogiri. Sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. Sample in this research were 10 students of class D. Instrument of this research were ability to establish friendship relation scale and handbook observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis and wilcoxon match pairs analysis. The result showed the ability to establish friendship relation of student before student are given group guidance service is in the average medium category (65,8%) and after obtaining group guidance service have an average in the high category (78,80%). Based on wilcoxon showed Zacount = 0 and Ztable = 8. The conclusion of this research was guidance group service given positive effect to ability to establish friendship relation student of class VIII D Giriwoyo 1 junior high school, Wonogiri.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose in this research is to test the influence of services guidance mastery content technique modeling symbolic by the video to self acceptance students (self acceptance). Population in this study class viii junior high schools 1 secang consisting of the class viiia-viiif and sample in this research class viiic which consisted of 30 students use purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using psychological scale and observation, using validity with the formula product moment and reliability an instrument with the formula alpha. Data analysis technique be used that is descriptive analysis the percentage and t-test. The result showed the presence of the influence of service content mastery of technique symbolic unified with the media video to an acceptance of students shown with an increase in the self acceptance after these services as much as 14,28 % and testing shows t , indicate its value t-count = 17,442 and t-table = 0,683. Thus the value of t count > t table so that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. So concluded the service mastery of symbolic modeling techniques with video media has a significant impact on the acceptance of self (self aceptance) students]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted based on the phenomenon in Muhammadiyah orphanage Semarang which shows a low level of self learning. This research aimed to determine changes of children’s self learning inMuhammadiyah orphanage Semarang through individual counselin with behavioral approach, behavior contract technique. This research uses a case study approach that is directed into the handling of the case. The focus of this research is the low level of children’s self learning when the children in the orphanages. Data collection methods used wereinterviews, observation, and documentation. The data’s validity testing technique is by triangulation. Analysis of the data used analysis of content, comparative and logic. The subjects of research are AW, EDP, and MKG that have problems with low level of self learning. Theresults of the counseling research to three children is known that the children’s self learning when in the orphanage is already increase, so based on the results of the research can be concludedthat the lack of counselee’s self learning can be solved through individual counseling with behavioral approach, behavior contract technique.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that happens to grade VIII SMPIT Bina Amal Semarang which has the social conformity low. The purpose of this research is to proof the influence of counseling service groups towards the conformity. The type of this research is experimental research. The research was conducted with seven times the grant of preferential treatment on grade VIII SMPIT Bina Amal Semarang, research subject with 8 students. The data collection method used is the psychology scale. Data analysis techniques using deskriptif analysis of percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed incoming students conformity category is middle (59,75%). After being given the treatment through the counseling of the group, a significant unchanged in conformity of students. Conformity of the students in a middle category (60,37%). It shows that conformity of student can’t be influenced through the counseling service groups. Conformity of students not depend on one cause but the another thing to establish it as cohesion,the pretension to change, and the environmental support.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur on guidance counseling teachers in vocational high school of Semarang. Implementation of consulting services guidance and counselling at the school in the execution not as appropriate, where there are errors in execution of consulting services that lead to individual counseling services. The purpose of this research is finding empirical evidence regarding the implementation of consultancy services in the planning, implementation, evaluation,evaluation result analysis and follow-up phases. Type of this research is descriptive research with survey method. The entire population is guidance counseling teachers vocational high school of Semarang with 49 samples using saturated sample. This research was conducted in vocational high school of Semarang with 49 counselor subject. Data collection method using question form. Analysis technique of data using descriptive percentage analysis. This research results indicate that implementation consulting services on the planning phase 81,2%, execution phase 66,8%, evaluation phase 74,6%, evaluation result analysis phase 75,7% and follow up phase have 80,5%, and average 71,6%. That result indicates that the implementation of consulting services in vocational high school of Semarang has a good criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan keefektifan layanan konseling kelompok untuk mengatasi rendahnya perilaku altruisme siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Sirampog kabupaten Brebes yang berjumlah 121 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sejumlah 7 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala psikologis berupa skala altruisme. Analisis data yang digunakan melalui analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji wilcoxon pairs match. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku altruisme siswa sebelum mendapatkan layanan konseling kelompok masuk kategori rendah dengan presentase rata-rata sebesar 48%. Setelah mendapatkan layanan konseling kelompok termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan presentase 80% sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 32%. Selain itu diperoleh data melalui uji wilcoxon pairs match dengan n=7 taraf signifikansi 5% didapatkan Zhitung > Ztabel (2,36 < 2) atau Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. The purpose of this research is to prove the effectiveness of group counseling service to overcome the low of students’ altruism behavior. The type of this research is experimental research. While the population of this research is students in the grade of IX SMP N 2 Sirampog at Brebes regency, it was around 121 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling; it has taken 7 students in this research. Method of collecting data used scale of psychology, such as scale of altruism. The data analysis used descriptive analysis of percentage and Wilcoxon pairs match test. The results showed the students’ altruism behavior before they get group counseling service, it included to low category with the average percentage of 48%. After the students get group counseling service, it included to high category with percentage of 80% until up to 32%. Furthermore, the other data get by Wilcoxon pairs match test was n=7 level of significance 5%, it gets by Zhitung > Ztable (2,36 < 2) or Ha was received, and Ho was rejected.]]>
