Abstract

The closeness between Indonesian scholars (ulama) and scholars from Hadhramaut, Yemen, is undeniable, as we have known through various literature and the existence of habaib (Islamic scholars) in Indonesia. The Dauroh Shoifiyyah Tarim Hadhramaut program in 2023 was conducted in Darul Musthafa and Daruzzahra, Hadhramaut. This research aims to describe and explain the learning program, the supporting factors, the hindering factors, and the impacts of the Dauroh Shoifiyyah program in 2023. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, specifically phenomenological research. The learning program of Dauroh Shoifiyyah covers topics such as creed (aqidah), jurisprudence (fiqih), interpretation of the Quran (tafsir), traditions of the Prophet (hadis), the biography of the Prophet (sirah nabawiyah), transactions (muamalah), Islamic mysticism (tasawuf), preaching (dakwah), and retracing the steps of past scholars (napak tilas ulama-ulama terdahulu). Supporting factors for this program can be found in the services provided by the Dauroh committee, while hindering factors include health issues and language differences. The impacts generated include serving as role models for teachers emulated by the participants and the cultivation of the habit of remembrance (dhikr) and sending blessings upon the Prophet (bershalawat) by the participants

Abstract

Educational staff is one of the important factors in the overall educational driving force. Management of educational staff aims to utilize educational staff effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to reveal the actual activities of educational management and staffing and to find out the efforts made to improve the quality of education through education and staffing management. Education personnel can be said to be one of the keys to the success or failure of education, so it is necessary to understand what the nature of the management of education personnel is and the aspects of managing educational staff. Management can be interpreted as organizing or managing so that something that is managed can run smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Management can also be interpreted as carrying out activities by utilizing all existing resources, which have been planned to be implemented and evaluated regularly according to certain procedures in order to achieve predetermined goals. While aspects of the management of educational staff consist of planning, recruitment, training and fair development. The type of approach used in this research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive research method. Research subjects, school principals, 1 administrative staff, 1 teacher. This research data collection technique is to use interviews, observation and documentation. This data analysis technique is carried out by means of the reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTraining Needs Analysis is a key point of effective training, where needs or gaps of competencies identified systematically and thoroughly to achieve training goals and objectives. In this study, a set of competency standards compiled into questionnaires, then assessed according to the guides' perceptions of importance and performance level at work using self-assessment. Respondents are 95 tour guides in Central Java. The research methods also employed field observation, document study, and interview with stakeholders related to the development of competency-based training. As a result, out of the 29 competencies measured, 26 competencies considered 'very important' and others considered 'important'. Meanwhile, from the performance appraisal, 93% of competencies rated 'good', one competency rated 'very well', and one competency performed 'good enough'. If it is assumed that very important competency value indicators are the same as very good performance, then most of the respondents' performance is measured 'under-value'. This represents the needed of training, supported by the results of perceptions from stakeholders analyzed using NVivo 12 Plus.ABSTRAKAnalisis kebutuhan pelatihan merupakan kunci pelaksanaan pelatihan yang efektif, dimana kebutuhan atau kesenjangan kompetensi diidentifikasi secara sistematis dan menyeluruh untuk mencapai sasaran dan tujuan pelatihan. Dalam penelitian ini, seperangkat standar kompetensi disusun ke dalam kuesioner, kemudian dinilai menurut persepsi pramuwisata terhadap tingkat kepentingan kompetensi kerja, serta bagaimana kinerja mereka dalam menerapkan standar tersebut menggunakan penilaian diri. Responden merupakan pramuwisata di Jawa Tengah sejumlah 95 orang. Selain kuesioner, penelitian juga menggunakan metode observasi lapangan, studi dokumen, serta wawancara kepada pemangku kepentingan yang terkait dengan pengembangan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi. Hasilnya, dari 29 kompetensi yang diukur, 26 kompetensi dianggap 'sangat penting' dan lainnya dianggap 'penting'. Sedangkan dari penilaian kinerja, 93 persen kompetensi dinilai 'baik', satu kompetensi dilakukan dengan 'sangat baik', dan satu kompetensi dinilai 'cukup baik'. Jika diasumsikan bahwa indikator nilai kompetensi sangat penting sama dengan kinerja sangat baik, maka sebagian besar kinerja responden diukur dengan 'under-value'. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya pelatihan dilakukan, didukung oleh hasil persepsi dari para pemangku kepentingan yang dianalisis menggunakan NVivo 12 Plus.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to assess the existence of diversity of cultural arts enrichment in order to become a sustainable tourism product with the criteria of protecting tourism, arts and culture of local communities in a directed and integrated manner to create something dynamic and selective. The enrichment of arts and culture in destinations has an assessment of the level of importance and level of quality based on indicators and supporting evidence that forms the criteria. The study method is carried out through qualitative descriptive analysis by revealing events or facts, circumstances, phenomena at the destination. The assessment is based on a systematic, factual description of the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena that occur at the destination which is measured through the level of importance and level of quality. Discussion of management at destinations with indicators in the form of a) natural sites. b) local culture, c) historical buildings d) rural landscapes, have varying levels of importance and quality. The rural landscape has a high level of importance and quality as an element of artistic and cultural enrichment in supporting quality tourism.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat “Mliwang Metu Banyune di Desa Mliwang Metu Banyune. Kinerja Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mliwang Metu Banyune : Mliwang Kampung Lele dan Melon dengan mengukur program utama yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Perusahaan Solusi Bangun Indonesia (SBI), yaitu 1) Mliwang Metu Banyune berupa Irigasi permukaan (surface irrigation), Mliwang Kampung Lele dan Mliwang Kampung Melon. Kinerja Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mliwang Metu Banyune : Mliwang Kampung Lele dan Melon Dengan Metode menghitung Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat merupakan bentuk komitmen PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia (SBI) Pabrik Tuban dalam memenuhi kriteria penilaian PROPER berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan No. 01 Tahun 2021 Tentang Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER) dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Hasil kajian menunjukan adanya tingkat kepuasan dengan rata-rata tinggi dengan rentang skala 52-53.

Abstract

The government continues to encourage the development and development of tourism in Indonesia, which is oriented towards regional development that relies on the community and is empowering the community, which includes various aspects, such as human resources, marketing, destinations, science and technology, cross-sector linkages, cooperation between countries, empowerment of small businesses, and responsibility in the utilization of natural and cultural resources. The main purpose of this study is to assess the preservation of nature and culture as an asset of a tourist village in Hargotirto, Kulonprogo. The study method is carried out using a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique, which is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and describes it descriptively. This type of qualitative descriptive data analysis is frequently used to analyze events, phenomena, or circumstances in a social way. The assessment results were carried out on Water Resources Management, Water Use Management System, Waste Management, Waste Management, and Waste Management, which have varying levels of importance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran transaksi kerjasama antara PT Trisula Bintang dengan peternak ayam broiler yang berada di Kapanewon Lendah Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Kemudian peneliti juga meninjau dari segi pandangan hukum syariah suatu transaksi perjanjian tersebut.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kwalitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak tiga peternak dari tujuh peternak di kapanewon Lendah yang bekerja sama dengan PT Trisula Bintang Utama. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan obsevasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif , yaitu cara menyelesaikan masalah dengan melihat apakah persoalan itu benar atau tidak, diperbolehkan tidak berdasarkan hukum syariah.Transaksi pada peternak ayam broiler dengan PT Trisula Bintang Utama di Kapanewon Lendah yaitu pihak PT Trisula Bintang Utama memberikan berupa sarana produksi bibit, pakan, obat, kimia, dan pendampingan dalam budidaya kemudian peternak mitra membudidayakan ayam broiler sampai panen. Pandangan hukum syariah terhadap pelaksanaan transaksi antara peternak ayam broiler dengan PT Trisula Bintang Utama yaitu memenuhi empat rukun ijaroh sehingga transaksi tersebut sah.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the tourism ecosystem as a complex phenomenon. The study attempts to design aspects that can advance the tourism sector, such as linkage, value chain, and interconnectivity systems. To maximize the tourism sector, the support of the BGCM (business, government, community, academic, and media) is needed to run as well as possible. Research conducted in Borobudur Yogyakarta Prambanan (BYP). This research uses the method of explorative descriptive research with a qualitative approach, aimed at studying objects naturally and in depth, where the researcher is the key instrument. The results of this study resulted in a road map of Sustainable Tourism Development relating to the application and issues of sustainable tourism with the optimization of the role of BGCM.  BGCM has a role in creating tourism benefits that yield to the community and the environment in the National Strategic Tourism Area.

Abstract

This study aims to establish a framework that integrates planning and implementation programs for sustainable tourism development in Indonesia, providing a guide for stakeholders to unify understanding and drive policy agreements. The framework emphasizes concise, transparent, measurable, and adjustable principles for monitoring Sustainable Tourism Development (STD) guidelines. Using methodologies including surveys, case studies, comparative studies, time and motion analysis, and documentation analysis, this research identifies key elements and characteristics of sustainable tourism phenomena. The findings highlight the critical role of stakeholders in monitoring sustainable tourism through periodic reporting processes led by the Sustainable Tourism Observatory (STO). Government bodies, academic institutions, and community stakeholders collaboratively develop sustainable travel destinations, fostering accelerated tourism growth and sustainability in Indonesia.
