Abstract

The purpose of this research is to motivation extrinsic analysis of the farmers in saving money in ukui unit bank rakyat indonesia (BRI). This article discusses about the extrinsic motivation of farmers in saving money in Ukui Unit BRI. This research is using interview method 86 selected sample by questionnaire. The data source used are primary data using a Likert's Summated Rating Scale (SLRs). This research was conducted in BRI Unit Ukui at Jalan Lintas Timur Ukui in Sub-District of Ukui, Pelalawan, and started from March 2015-August 2016. The results showed that the average of the extrinsic motivation of farmers in save in Ukui Unit BRI consisting of a service, product, promotion, interest and location are categorized as "high" with a score of 3.66. With respective scores are 4.06 for service categorized as "high", 3.51 for the products categorized as "high", 3.52 for promotion categorized as "high", 3.53 for interest categorized as "high" and 3.70 for location categorized as "high".

Abstract

This study aims to find and know, and analyze: 1) channels, marketing margin and part of the price received by farmers. 2) connection or correlation between the price of palm oil paid to the farmer MCC Organization. This study used survey method, with purposive sampling to farmers. Samples of plant age 7-10. with a determined 10% of the population so that the sample was taken 22 216 farmers. Samples traders and MCC using snowball sampling method. Desa Simpang Kelayang District of Kelayang there is a middleman that farmer-trader-MCC. Farmer selling price to wholesalers in February 2015 is Rp. 1326.36 / kg and traders selling to the MCC for Rp. 1790.64 / kg. Margin of March 2014- February 2015 were the highest month of January 2015 amounted to Rp. 420.26 / Kg. The lowest margin in April 2014 amounted to Rp. 125.40 / Kg TBS marketing Efficiency In February 2015 amounted to 14.28 percent of total marketing margin of USD 464.28 / Kg and part of farmers received 73.03 percent. price correlation values (r) at the level of farmers with traders amounted to 0.832

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity of increasing input prices, decreasing the amount of production, and decreasing output prices of Mr. Agus' pineapple farming in Sungai Kayu Ara Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency. The research method used is a case study method, while the data used are primary data and secondary data, and the informant in this study is Mr. Agus with a land area of ​​2 hectares. Analysis of the data used to answer the research objectives are the investment criteria of Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results show that pineapple farming is feasible because it has a positive NPV value of Rp.533.216.309, the Net B/C value is greater than zero, namely 5.85, and the IRR value is greater than the Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) which is 78,89%. Pineapple farming is still feasible if there is an increase in fertilizer prices by 15%, a decrease in pineapple production by 10%, and a decrease in output prices by 25%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui karakteristik karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Rokan Kecamatan Pagarantapah Darussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu 2) menganalisis tingkat kepuasan karyawan bekerja di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kecamatan Pagarantapah Darussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan februari 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria karyawan yang bekerja di afdeling I sampai afdeling X serta karyawan yang bekerja di bagian teknik umum, administrasi dan pimpinan di kebun Sei Rokan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang bekerja di PTPNV Kebun Sei Rokan dominan adalah laki-laki 86,66% dengan rata-rata umur 38 tahun dimana dengan tingkat pendidikan karyawan adalah SMP dan SMA dengan rata-rata 41,11% dan 26,67% dan rata rata lama bekerja karyawan adalah 14 tahun, besaran gaji yang diterima < UMP yaitu 72,22%.Analisis tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan diperolehgaji memiliki skor tingkat kepuasan tertinggi yaitu 4,19 dengan kategori “sangat puas” selanjutnya diikuti dengan tingkat kepuasan terhadap penyelia dengan skor 3,76 kategori “puas” selanjutnya diikuti tingkat kepuasan terhadap teman sekerja skor 3,69 kategori “puas” kemudian kategori promosi yaitu 3,43 dengan kategori “puas” sedangkan skor terendah kategori terhadap pekerjaan itu sendiri yaitu 3,23 kategori “cukup puas” sehingga rata-rata tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di PTPNV Kebun Sei Rokan dengan skor 3,66 dengan kategori “puas”. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the determining attributes of consumer attitudes in consuming import rice. Imported Rice is a relatively new business entering the Indonesian market, especially Pekanbaru city, so it is necessary to carry out a good strategy to maintain its business. The strategy for distributors is through a market-oriented marketing understanding that requires a good understanding of consumer attitudes. This study used accidental sampling method with 36 respondents and purposive sampling for expert or key person as many as 18 respondents. Data was analyzed using prospective analysis. The results showed the determining attributes of consumer attitudes in consuming and buying imported rice based on quadrant I. Prospective analysis consisting of attributes of taste which are not pulen, cream coloured, discount, medium, type of Beras Kita, plain, price and premium that has a strong influence on consumer attitudes and has a dependence between attributes is low. The implications of marketing development are based on quadrant III which consists of attributes of packaging size of 5 kg, packaging size of 10 kg, number of broken granules, cleanliness of no grain. which has a low influence on consumer attitudes and dependence between high attributes so that it becomes output in the system, this applies as a consideration for the producers what should be improved and improved for the development of marketing Rice Imports. Abstract

This study aims to determine the total cost of production in the sago cracker agroindustry and analyze the income, added value, business efficiency, and the breakeven point (BEP) of the sago cracker agroindustry. This research was conducted at the Mawar Bunga Mandiri Business, which is located in the Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. The Mawar Bunga Mandiri Business was chosen as the research location because the Mawar Bunga Mandiri Business was one of the independent businesses that already existed at the Department of Industry and Trade of the Meranti Islands Regency and was registered in the promotion building in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. The results showed that the total production costs incurred by business actors in one production process were Rp. 259.914. The net income received by business actors in one production process is Rp. 78.086. The added value owned by business actors in one production process is Rp. 21,195/Kg. The value of business efficiency is 1.30, which means every Rp. 1 issued generates revenue of Rp. 1.30 and an income of Rp. 0.30 so that the sago cracker agro-industry business is efficient and profitable so it is feasible to continue. The BEP value of production is 142 units with a BEP cost of Rp. 1,842.598.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of marketing channels, marketing margins, costs, profits, efficiency and farmer share in each marketing channel. This research was conducted in District V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency. Taking as many as 30 farmer respondents, four regional traders, six inter-regional traders and 11 retailers. The results showed that there are four marketing channels, the largest total marketing margin of all existing marketing channels is in marketing channel II, which is Rp. 4200/grain for grade A coconut and Rp. 2800/grain for grade B coconut. The largest total marketing cost is in marketing channel II, which is Rp. 1183.32/item. The biggest total marketing profit is in marketing channel I, which is Rp. 4923.8/grain for grade A coconut and Rp. 2923.8/grain for Grade B coconut. The most efficient marketing channel is marketing channel III with an efficiency value of 17,9% for grade A coconut and 25.58% for grade B coconut. The highest farmer share value is in Channel III, which is 37.6%/grain for grade A coconut. While the highest farmer share value is for grade B coconut, which is 40%/grain. items contained in the IV marketing channel.

Abstract

People commonly consume many types of sugar. However, the type of sugar most commonly consumed by the people of Pekanbaru City is white crystal sugar or granulated sugar. This study aims to determine the characteristics of consumers of white crystal sugar and consumer habits in shopping for white crystal sugar. The method used is descriptive analysis. The number of respondents who consumed white crystal sugar was 100 people. The results showed that the characteristics of white crystal sugar consumers in Pekanbaru City could be seen in age, gender, and occupation. White crystal sugar consumers are more dominant in shopping at traditional retail than modern retail. The brand of packaged white crystal sugar consumers are most interested in is Gulaku. Consumers of white crystal sugar make a purchase of 1 kg for each purchase. The frequency of consumers purchasing white crystal sugar is once per month. Consumers mostly use branded white crystal sugar for personal consumption. For business raw materials, they mostly use bulk white crystal sugar, and for personal consumption and business raw materials in Pekanbaru City mostly use bulk white crystal sugar

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the marketing of Siamese citrus in Kuok Village based on market performance. The location of research is determined purposively, that is the village which become the center of citrus production. Method of sampling farmer by simple random sampling. Determination of sample marketing agency using snowball sampling method by following the marketing channel. To analyze the data used marketing cost analysis, marketing margin, marketing advantage, marketing efficiency, farmer's share and profit to cost ratio.The results show that there are three marketing channels of citrus, namely the marketing channel of I farmers - collector traders - Grade A, Grade B and Grade C), marketing channel II farmers to retailers and marketing channels III farmers sell directly to end consumers. The analysis of market performance shows that the most efficient channels, seen from the calculation of marketing costs, marketing margins, marketing advantages, marketing efficiency, farmer's share and profit-to-cost ratio are on channel II.

Abstract

Riau is one of the provinces that is highly dependent on the supplier area, not the producer area, but the rice consumer net. This causes the price of rice to fluctuate, so the observation of rice price development is very important for the Government of Riau Province. Price fluctuations with large variations are a problem whereas price fluctuations with low variations are relatively controllable, so research on the analysis of price variations, important to do. The results show that overall rice price variation in Riau Province and supplier areas in 2006 - 2015 were is relatively stable with an increasing trend but there was a rice price jump in 2008 as a result of the global economic crisis, where food prices are rising while revenues decrease.
