Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of dynamic capability variables on entrepreneurial competitiveness is moderated by environmental dynamics variables in the association of young Indonesian entrepreneurs in Semarang City. This research is a type of quantitative research, with a sample in the study totalling 171 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modelling. The results of this study indicate that adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities and innovative capabilities affect entrepreneurial competitiveness. On the other hand, adaptive capabilities and innovative capabilities affect entrepreneurial competitiveness moderated by environmental dynamics, but absorptive capabilities have no effect on entrepreneurial competitiveness moderated by environmental dynamics. The conclusion of this study is that adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities and innovative capabilities affect entrepreneurial competitiveness. Environmental dynamics are able to moderate adaptive capabilities and innovative capabilities with competitiveness, but environmental dynamics are not able to moderate the effect of absorptive capabilities with competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education and academic support on green entrepreneurial intention, analyzing the role of mediation green entrepreneurial orientation between entrepreneurship education and academic support of green entrepreneurial intention. This study is a quantitative study.  The sample of this study were 395 student Faculty of Economics and Business at three universities in Indonesia, namely the Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), and the Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). Analysis techniques use modeling Structural Equation Models. The results of the study state that entrepreneurship education and academic support influence green entrepreneurial intention. Besides that, green entrepreneurial orientation can mediate between entrepreneurship education and educational support for green entrepreneurial intention. The implications of this study are to help educational institutions in designing programs from the curriculum side, increasing academic support and collaboration with industries that focus on green entrepreneurship. In this context, educational institutions are more effective in encouraging students to have the intention to engage in green entrepreneurship, so that they can contribute to sustainable development.

Abstract

Implementing an independent curriculum will be able to realize the rights and abilities of participants to determine their learning process through setting learning goals, reflecting on abilities, and taking steps proactively and responsibly for their own success. The problems in the free learning curriculum are teachers who use learning techniques that are not appropriate to the conditions or circumstances, lack of use of learning media, and monotonous teaching. The reality in the Economic MGMP of Central Java Province is that the development of social emotional learning (SEL) learning tools based on the independent learning curriculum and its development is still very diverse regarding tools that have not been developed based on the independent learning curriculum. The aim of this service is to increase teachers' understanding and skills in designing learning tools in the form of lesson plans, materials and evaluation instruments. The methods used in service include outreach activities, training, mentoring and evaluation of service programs. The results of the service are a) increasing understanding of the concept of social emotional learning for Central Java Economics MGMP teachers; b) able to implement social emotional learning in learning tools to support the independent learning curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh  entrepreneur role model terhadap sikap  proaktif, self effikasi, pembelajaran dengan contoh dan pembelajaran dengan dukungan. 2) menganalisis peran mediasi variabel proaktif, self effikasi, pembelajaran dengan contoh dan pembelajaran dengan dukungan antara entrepreneur role model dengan pada siswa terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksploratoriy. Penelitian ini melibatkan  4 SMK Negeri Se-Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 305. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM dan menggunakan alat analisis yakni WarPLS versi 8. Hasil penelitian yakni 1) entrepreneur role model berpengaruh terhadap sikap  proaktif, self effikasi, pembelajaran dengan contoh dan pembelajaran dengan dukungan. 2) variabel proaktif, self effikasi, pembelajaran dengan contoh dan pembelajaran dengan dukungan memediasi antara pengaruh entrepreneur role model terhadap motivasi wirausaha siswa.
