Abstract

Berdasarkan data tahun 2023, Aceh masih menduduki peringkat kelima tertinggi di Indonesia dalam kategori kekurangan energi kronis (KEK). Saat ini, puskesmas Muara Dua Kota Lhokseumawe terutama di Desa Uteunkot, masih mengandalkan pencatatan KEK menggunakan buku, yang terbukti kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dibutuhkan pengembangan sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dapat digunakan untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan KEK guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat aplikasi e-raport KEK dalam bentuk mobile agar dapat digunakan untuk melihat persentase yang didapatkan oleh masyarakat yang kekurangan gizi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode blackbox testing untuk mengetahui kepuasaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi, untuk pengujian web service digunakan QoS. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai 97.4% akan tetapi dari ketidakpuasan pengguna mencapai 2.6%. Berdasarkan pengujian QoS diperoleh hasil 11,77/sec dalam waktu respon pada permintaan 1,10,50,100,250,500 dan 1000. Pada pengguna 10,50,250,500 dan 1000 mencapai rata-rata 21,28/sec dalam waktu respon dengan permintaan 1 pengguna. AbstractBased on data from 2023, Aceh is still ranked fifth highest in Indonesia in the category of chronic energy deficiency (CHD). Currently, the Muara Dua Health Center in Lhokseumawe City, especially in Uteunkot Village, still relies on recording SEZ using books, which has proven to be less effective. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop a mobile application that can be used for recording and reporting SEZ to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. This research aims to create a mobile application of SEZ e-raport so that it can be used to see the percentage obtained by malnourished people. In this study, the blackbox testing method was used to determine user satisfaction with the application, for web service testing used QoS. The level of user satisfaction reached 97.4% but from user dissatisfaction reached 2.6%. Based on QoS testing, the results obtained are 11.77/sec in response time on requests 1,10,50,100,250,500 and 1000. At users 10,50,250,500 and 1000 reached an average of 21.28/sec in response time with a request of 1 user.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi begitu maju dan menyajikan berbagai kelebihan-kelebihan yang menarik dan luar biasa. Teknologi yang berkembang saat ini menghasilkan berbagai macam alat elektronik yang memudahkan manusia menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara merancang suatu sistem dan bagaimana kinerja sensor suhu LM35 serta PIR. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) dengan Arduino UNO sebagai pusat kendali rangkaian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terbangunnya sebuah sistem pengontrolan kipas angin berbasis mikrokontroller yang mana kipas akan berputar apabila sensor PIR mendeteksi bayangan serta sensor suhu LM35 membaca suhu sekitar ≥25 sampai ≥30 derajat kipas menyala dengan kecepatan rendah, Suhu sekitar ≥35 derajat kipas menyala dengan kecepatan sedang, Suhu sekitar ≥40 sampai ≥45 derajat kipas menyala dengan kecepatan tinggi dan apabila sensor PIR tidak mendeteksi bayangan kipas akan berhenti berputar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu merancang sebuah sistem dan setelah dilakukan pengujian kinerja dari sensor suhu LM35 kurang stabil dalam membaca suhu ruangan dan kinerja dari sensor PIR kurang maksimal dalam mendeteksi bayangan.

Abstract

Tax is one of the main revenue source elements used for the benefit of a country. Most of the state revenue from taxes comes from income tax. One of the tax subjects that has the potential to make a significant contribution to tax revenue is the tax subject that runs Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In reality, this is not easy due to the possibility of various interpretations of taxation aspects among MSME actors, such as the low level of knowledge of tax obligations. There are many MSME actors who still pay little attention and are negligent towards tax obligations. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data was collected using structured interview techniques. The object of this research is taxation knowledge and taxpayer compliance. The results of this study indicate that one MSME does not have comprehensive knowledge of the Income Tax obligations that must be fulfilled, while the two MSMEs show comprehensive knowledge of these obligations. The three MSMEs cannot be categorized as compliant taxpayers because they do not meet formal and material compliance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the use of information technology, the quality of human resources and work experience on the quality of financial. The theories used in this research are agency theory and decision-use theory. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was state civil servants (ASN) who were involved in the process of preparing financial reports for regional apparatus organizations (OPD) in Landak Regency. Hypothesis testing uses an analysis method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of this research show that the use of information technology, quality of human resources, and work experience has a significant effect on the quality of reports with a positive effect on the use of information technology and the quality of human resources, work experience has a negative effect on the quality of financial reports.
