<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan razia pakaian di Aceh sebagai penerapan Qanun Nomor 11 Tahun 2002. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 7 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pertama, perbedaan perlakuan terhadap pelanggar pengendara sepeda motor dan mobil disebabkan oleh asumsi dari petugas bahwa pengendara sepeda motor berada di ruang publik sementara pengendara mobil dianggap berada di ruang privat. Kedua, razia pakaian dilaksanakan di jalan sebagai sarana sosialisasi aturan syariah. Ketiga, melakukan razia pakaian di jalan raya sebagai upaya mengamankan tubuh perempuan untuk ketertiban sosial dan melindunginya dari tindakan kekerasan di ruang publik. Keempat, aturan dan razia pakaian ini tidak berangkat dari asumsi untuk melindungi harkat dan martabat perempuan melainkan lebih kepada kepentingan politik membangun image pemimpin yang peduli.]]>

<![CDATA[A cabinet reshuffle is the prerogative of the president and is commonplace in a democracy like Indonesia. Under certain conditions, a cabinet reshuffle is necessary so that the performance of an organization or institution continues to run well. Usually, a cabinet reshuffle is carried out as an alternative effort to improve governance as well as a solution to improve performance constraints that occur within the cabinet. However, the shadows of past trauma cannot be separated, the public still interprets the existence of political interests in the cabinet reshuffle which is associated with the subjective issue of the distribution of political power. Not infrequently, cabinet reshuffles are seen as a means to accommodate power-sharing for coalitions of political parties. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of cabinet reshuffle by using the concept of the presidential system in Indonesia as its main axis. In this study, the authors use the concept of a presidential regime as an important study to analyze the phenomenon of ministerial reshuffle in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with secondary data sources. Collecting data using library research methods. Based on the results of a comparison of the opinions of experts and academics, it shows that a cabinet reshuffle is a natural thing, an evaluation step for improvement which is expected to increase the government's effectiveness in overcoming various government problems. country. Ministry policies resulting from the reorganization must also be able to emphasize priority scales to ensure the smooth running of work programs. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of all government agencies is also needed to improve performance in order to increase the accountability of state administration.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of the appointment of acting regional heads by the central government to fill the vacancies caused by the postponement of regional elections to the upcoming 2024 simultaneous regional elections has had a serious political impact. This paper will try to look at: First, discuss the problems of appointing acting regional heads related to the mechanism of the appointment process in general from the Indonesian scale and a special analysis of phenomena in Aceh Province. Second, discussing the pros and cons of the phenomenon when serving as a leader who then sees its relevance to the concept of democracy. Then, it will provide an evaluative description of the impacts that may arise so that conclusions and recommendations can be drawn for the running of an effective and efficient government in the future. This research is normative research using qualitative methods with a case study approach. Based on the results of the analysis of the findings with the theory used, the phenomenon of the appointment of acting regional heads by the central government is proven to be contrary to the concepts and principles of democracy, where procedurally the position is obtained through determination not election by the people. The recommendations put forward are that it is necessary to formulate a regulation that specifically regulates this matter and there is a need for the involvement of stakeholders in the regions to create an effective and efficient regional government.Fenomena penunjukan penjabat kepala daerah oleh pemerintah pusat untuk mengisi kekosongan jabatan yang disebabkan oleh penundaan pilkada menuju pilkada serentak 2024 mendatang melahirkan dampak politik yang serius. Tulisan ini akan berusaha melihat: Pertama, membahas problematika pengangkatan penjabat kepala daerah terkait mekanisme proses penunjukannya secara umum dari skala Indonesia dan analisis khusus fenomena di Provinsi Aceh. Kedua, membahas mengenai fenomena pro dan kontra saat menjabat sebagai pemimpin yang kemudian melihat relevansinya dengan konsep demokrasi. Kemudian, memberikan gambaran yang bersifat evaluatif dari dampak yang mungkin muncul, sehingga dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan serta rekomendasi untuk jalannya pemerintahan yang efektif dan efisien di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Berdasarkan hasil analisis temuan dengan teori yang digunakan, maka fenomena penunjukkan penjabat kepala daerah oleh pemerintah pusat terbukti bertentangan dengan konsep dan prinsip demokrasi, dimana secara prosedur jabatan tersebut diperoleh melalui penetapan bukan pemilihan oleh rakyat. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah perlu disusun sebuah regulasi yang secara spesifik mengatur hal tersebut dan perlu adanya keterlibatan stakeholder di daerah agar tercipta pemerintahan daerah yang efektif dan efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[Salah satu tantangan Pemilu 2024, adalah mendorong partisipasi generasi muda, khususnya Gen Z sebagai pemilih pemula untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya. Pendidikan politik menjadi sebuah keharusan, dengan fokus pada sosialisasi untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif mereka pada Pemilu 2024. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini tersedianya konten sosial media untuk Gen Z agar proaktif terhadap isu-isu sosial politik dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam pemilu 2024 bagi generasi muda di Aceh. Lazimnya, sosialiasi atau pendidikan politik menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, namun dalam pengbdian ini sosialisasi memanfaatkan podcast dan youtube sebagai media sosialisi. Dipilihnya podcast sebagai model sosialiasi didasarkan pada profil dan kedekatan Gen Z dengan teknologi dan sosial media. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan aksesibilitas bagi Gen Z, dan efektivitas komunikasi. Sosialisasi melalui podcast ini bukan hanya sekedar penyampaian informasi, namun juga merupakan bentuk pendidikan dan peningkatan kesadaran politik bagi generasi muda, khususnya Gen Z sebagai pemilih pemula. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2023, tahapan pertama yang dilakukan adalah persiapan, dengan cara berdiskusi dengan dengan beberapa rekan dosen FISIP USK tentang tema Gen Z dan Pemilu 2024. Tahapa kedua, adalah pelaksanan podcast, dan tahapan terakhir berupa finalisasi dengan meupload konten podcast ke youtube Sagoe TV. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah tersedianya konten media sosial di youtube, berupa sosialisasi pemilu kepada Gen Z untuk berpatisipasi aktif, khususnya bagi generasi muda Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the influence of political education on increasing voter participation among first-time voters in Banda Aceh during the 2019 General Election. Political education aims to enhance citizens' political knowledge, particularly among novice voters, and encourage greater political engagement. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected through structured surveys and analyzed statistically. The findings reveal that political education significantly impacts first-time voters' participation levels. Voters demonstrated increased awareness and understanding of political processes, indicating the effectiveness of political education programs. Results further showed a positive correlation between political education initiatives and first-time voter engagement in decision-making processes. This highlights the need for continuous efforts to improve political education to ensure informed and active participation among young voters.AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan politik terhadap peningkatan partisipasi pemilih pemula pada Pemilu 2019 di Kota Banda Aceh. Pendidikan politik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan politik masyarakat, khususnya pemilih pemula, guna mendorong keterlibatan yang lebih aktif dalam proses politik. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei terstruktur dan dianalisis secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan politik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi pemilih pemula. Para pemilih menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang proses politik, yang mencerminkan efektivitas program pendidikan politik. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara inisiatif pendidikan politik dengan keterlibatan pemilih pemula dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan politik guna memastikan partisipasi pemilih muda yang terinformasi dan aktif.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of education level on voter behavior in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency, in the 2024 Legislative Election. Voter behavior is an important factor in determining election results and is influenced by various aspects, one of which is the level of education. The theory in this study is the theory of voter behavior using three approaches, namely the Sociological Approach, Psychological Approach, and rational choice. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to voters in Pante Ceureumen District. The population in the study were people who had the right to vote in the 2024 legislative elections in the pante ceureumen sub-district, which amounted to 8,444 people who were then sampled using the slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, then the results obtained were 382 samples, then the data obtained and analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the effect of education level variables on voter behavior. Based on the Hypothesis Test, the tcount value of the education level is 11.622 with a significance of 0.000. Judging from the tcount value of 11.622> t table 1.960 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So the results showed that there was a significant influence between the level of education and voter behavior in Pante Ceureumen District.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: The development of digital technology has opened up new opportunities in online marketing through E Commerce. This provides benefits for all people who want to market their products through the marketplace, especially for Generation Z in rural areas. Objective: This service program aims to provide education for Generation Z in rural areas so that they are able to expand their marketing network through the Shopee application. Method: This activity is carried out online so that all Generation Z in rural areas in various regions can participate in this activity. This service activity consists of 4 activities, namely: 1. Introduction to the Shopee application as a marketplace, 2. Creating a shop at Shopee, 3. Strategies for increasing sales at Shopee, and 4. Order and delivery management. Result: The results of the activity showed that after the education was carried out, Generation Z understood and understood the concept and Shopee application used. In addition, the participants also actively listened and asked questions related to the material that they did not understand. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that this service has a positive impact on Generation Z in rural areas. The role of the relevant government is needed to ensure the sustainability of this online marketing. Some of the things needed are related to funding and facilities for Generation Z business actors in rural areas]]>

<![CDATA[Reses merupakan wadah penting bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan aspirasi secara langsung kepada wakil rakyat. Namun, pelaksanaannya di Banda Aceh belum berjalan optimal karena rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kesadaran politik. Sebagian masyarakat masih melihat reses hanya sebagai ajang seremonial tanpa manfaat langsung, sehingga minat untuk hadir pun rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran politik terhadap partisipasi politik dalam reses anggota DPRK Banda Aceh tahun 2024. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori partisipasi politik Huntington dan Nelson serta konsep kesadaran politik Almond dan Verba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik random sampling terhadap 399 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran politik memiliki pengaruh sebesar 51,1% terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam reses. Berdasarkan temuan ini, masyarakat diharapkan meningkatkan kesadaran politiknya, sedangkan DPRK Banda Aceh perlu memperbaiki pelaksanaan reses secara terbuka dan partisipatif agar reses benar-benar menjadi wadah yang menyerap kepentingan masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana masyarakat memandang wacana pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Fokus utama penelitian ini terletak pada persepsi warga di Kecamatan Darul Imarah, Baitussalam, Ingin Jaya, Kuta Baro, dan Peukan Bada, yang memiliki keragaman sosial dan budaya. Wacana pemekaran ini menarik untuk diteliti karena dapat mempengaruhi aspek sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut. Memahami pandangan masyarakat sangat penting agar langkah-langkah strategis dapat direncanakan untuk menghadapi proses pemekaran. Penelitian ini didukung dengan teori persepsi yang menjelaskan bahwa persepsi merupakan proses kognitif individu dalam menilai dan memahami keadaan di sekitarnya. Di samping itu, pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang termasuk dalam kategori metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui responden di Kecamatan Darul Imarah dan Baitussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dalam menganalisis data, diterapkan metode regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat memiliki persepsi positif terhadap wacana pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Persamaan regresi yang ditemukan adalah Y = 30,329 + 0,332X, dimana Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit dalam persepsi masyarakat akan mendorong peningkatan pandangan terhadap pemekaran sebesar 0,332 atau setara dengan 33,2%. Temuan ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merancang kebijakan mengenai pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Masyarakat memiliki harapan yang tinggi terhadap dampak positif pemekaran, sehingga perlu ada kebijakan yang mengakomodasi keinginan mereka.]]>

<![CDATA[The narrowing of the workplace is one of the reasons for the high unemployment rate in Indonesia. This unemployment is also experienced by Generation Z, who are in the territory of Indonesia in general and the province of Aceh in particular. Therefore, it takes skills and skills for Generation Z to get a job. In addition to being an alternative job, being a civilian apparatus of the state also helps the government to realize the golden generation in 2045 because who will be the PNS at that time many are from Generation Z. There are 3 main activities given during this training: provision of choosing the right formation and instance, provisioning provisions for passing grade CPNS approval, and provision filling answers at the time of the CAT test. These three main activities are the core activities that are mandatory, followed by Generation Z as an initial step for implementing the CPNS test in 2024. The results of this dedication demonstrate that the participants understand the material given. The hope of this activity is that the participants can pass the CPNS test in 2024. ]]>
