Abstract

In the planning and execution of school program, the head of the institution, teacher’s students and their parents have all to join hands to attain common goals and purposes. On him the proper working of school ultimately depends. The reputation of the school and the position that it holds in the society depends in a large measure on the influence that he exercises over his colleagues his pupils and general public. True, on his ability and skill, as a sound and effective educational leader depends the success of a school system. Headmaster is the leader and the centre of the whole organization of the school. This article describes that headmaster must have several competences. Permendiknas Number 16/ 2007 obliged headmaster and teacher have four competences; pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. The result of the research that the recruitment model according to kepmendiknas 296/U/1996, Permendiknas 0162/U/2003 and Permendiknas no. 28/2010. There are still some weaknesses that are not yet showing up the fair principles for headmaster/the teachers having fulfilled the general recruitments and specific recruitments for only one teacher from each school asked to be a candidate. The tree rules organize their recruitment that is about faith and belief to the only God and there is no exact measure tool so that is must be made measure tool that can be valued through observation. Faith and belief are the main keys for an official in doing his duty. It is needed to be added that family condition must be filled in as recruitment for selection, because the family condition badly influence the professionalism of the official. The selection model at regency level conducted by third side, it is objectiveness of the result has to be kept or the purity of test results in deciding the graduation. By the strength and weakness, it needs to reveal up the ideal and objective school principal recruitment model

Abstract

This article will review the contribution of pedagogic competence and organizational climate on the performance of teachers. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between teachers' pedagogical competence in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Educa-tion in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religion Education in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between teacher’s pedagogical competence and organizational climate together with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary School District at East Bekasi. By looking at the above conclusion, it is known that the pedagogical competence of teachers and organizational climate contributes to a significant improvement in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in the Elementary School at East Bekasi.

Abstract

Projection is intended to give material more real and interact more widely. By increasing students’understanding and interest in learning, it will accelerate the absorption of material by students andhave an influence on increasing knowledge of Islamic Religious Education. The author formulates 1problem how the influence of Projection Media on students’ knowledge of Islamic Religious EducationSubjects at SMP Nusantara Islamic School Setu-Bekais Timur for 2 months. This research is a typeof field ( field research ) by directly examining the place that is the object of research . The methodused in this research is the experimental method, while the approach in this research is a quantitativeapproach. The variable consists of two variables. Independent Variable (Projection Media) DependentVariable (Knowledge) of Students in Islamic Education Subjects). The sample in this study was usingpurposive sampling technique. Where the researcher deliberately determines the sample membersbased on references or suggestions from the teacher concerned. The samples taken in this study wereclass VIII B (30 students) as the experimental class, and class VIII A (30 students) as the control class.Projection media is quite influential on students’ knowledge of Islamic Religious Education subjects atSMP Nusantara Islamic School Setu, East Bekasi. This can be seen from the results of the Knowledgevalue that the Experiment class in the post-test section has an average of 78.93 while the KnowledgeControl class in the post-test section has an average of 78.77. The value of t count for the ProjectedMedia variable with a value of 11.762 > t table = 1.671. These results can be concluded that the datahave an effect.

Abstract

Speak Islamic education means discussing human problems themselves as God’s creatureswho are prepared to be His caliph on earth in order to serve Him. One of the challenges of Islamiceducation is the dichotomy of science. To improve the educational conditions of Muslims in Indonesia,especially Muslims, one of the reformers, KH Ahmad Dahlan, offered a new education system bycollaborating religious and general sciences. According to him, only through education like this, thecondition of Muslims in Indonesia can develop better economically-educationally and educationaleconomically.Based on this context, it can be taken a formulation of the problem related to KH AhmadDahlan’s thoughts on Islamic Education and the relevance of KH’s thoughts. This research is includedin the type of Library Research which is descriptive analysis. In collecting data, the author uses themethod of documentation. In data analysis, the writer uses descriptive analysis technique, by findingcertain patterns, themes, looking for logical relationships between these thoughts, then classifyingthe thoughts of the characters, then finally formulating results to achieve specific generalizations ofideas.The results show that Islamic education according to KH Ahmad Dahlan is an effort to improveliving standards, freedom of creativity, moral goodness, and responsibility for the good of his life,society and the world of humanity, as well as the belief in monotheism. There are five key conceptsto understand KH Ahmad Dahlan’s educational thinking, namely pragmatic, progressive, socialpedagogical,renewal (tajdid), and progressive. The concept of education initiated by Ahmad Dahlanis the concept of integrative Islamic education, namely the integration between religious knowledgeand general science. So that the educational ideals initiated by Ahmad Dahlan are the birth of newhumans who are able to appear as “ulama-intellect” or “scholar-intellect”, namely a Muslim whohas broad knowledge, strong physically and spiritually. The thoughts of KH Ahmad Dahlan are stillrelevant and have an influence that can still be applied to Islamic education in this modern era. In therenewal of Islamic education, it must develop and implement contextualization of existing educationalconcepts, by developing them in accordance with the progress of the times and existing technology.

Abstract

The definition of the issue of this examination is whether there is an impact between the Microsoft Team media on students' interest in learning in Islamic Religious Education Class X at SMAN 13 Bekasi City. This study aims to determine the influence of Microsoft Team media on student interest in learning Islamic Religious Education Class X at SMAN 13 Bekasi City. Media is whatever can be utilized to communicate messages from the shipper to the beneficiary and invigorate understudies' considerations, sentiments, interests, and considerations so that the instructing and learning process happens. In this study, the media in question is Microsoft Team. Meanwhile, interest in education is a form of activity that encourages someone to carry out a series of mental and physical activities to obtain a change in behavior as a result of individual experiences in interactions in their environment involving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The existence of good media that supports learning will achieve teaching and learning objectives. The research method used in this research is the Quasi Experiment method, with the Nonequivalent Control Group design, a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental research method. The experimental class uses Microsoft Team media, and the control class does not use Microsoft Team media. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) in the form of Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment documentation. The sample used in this study amounted to 52 students. There were 26 students for the experimental and 26 for the control classes. The results of this study aimed to determine the effect of data using the "Paired Sample Test" formula; then, the results obtained that t count> t table (11,196> 2.0595) with a significant level of 5%. And the resulting average post-treatment value of the experimental class is 86.00, and the average value of the post-treatment control class is 78.53. Hence, the average post-treatment value of the practical course is greater than the average post-treatment value of the control class. So the proposed hypothesis has been proven that the Microsoft Team media positively affects student interest in learning PAI at SMAN 13 Bekasi City.

Abstract

Idhul Adha is a holiday for Muslims around the world where on that day there is an activity, namely the slaughter of sacrificial animals, but there are issues and focuses that are faced first, the lack of knowledge of the general public about halal slaughter, second, namely the management of packaging and processing Qurbani meat. Community Service at the Faculty of Islamic Religion focuses on Eid al-Adha/qurban governance, especially in the management of sacrificial animals starting from slaughtering to packaging and processing of the meat. Community service activities related to halal slaughter training and qurban meat packaging and processing governance aim to improve skills and knowledge about halal slaughtering and management of qurban meat packaging and processing for the Sukaraja Village Community and the Management of the Al-ikhlas Mushala RT.06/RW.02. The Community Service Team of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University 45 (UNISMA) uses the training method. This activity was carried out offline by providing descriptions and examples indoors for the next stage to be practiced together with the residents of the Al-ikhlas Cibugel Mosque, Sumedang. The results of the implementation of community service activities which were manifested in the form of training on the slaughter and processing of halal and thoyyib sacrificial animals for the management of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque in Cibugel, Sumedang as a whole ran smoothly and were able to increase public understanding. This is evidenced by the enthusiasm, active involvement, contentment in the discussions and practices of most of the management. Another impact that the community received from this activity was in the form of increasing the community's sense of belonging to their religion and nation, dividing some of the qurbani meat, increasing community sensitivity and the spirit of mutual cooperation which in Sundanese terms is known as the concept of sabilulungan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the drug problem is still an urgent and complicated problem. This problem has gotten worse in the last ten years. This counseling is motivated by the many problems of drug abuse in adolescents. This situation encourages students to take preventive measures, education to overcome the problem of drug abuse and drug abuse among adolescents is not increasing. One of the main reasons why young people use drugs is the lifestyle of the middle class of society. whose aim was to be hairless, which resulted in the smuggling of narcotics to more and more young people. and drug addiction. The result of this activity is that SMPN 1 ATAP students understand how to manage their medication so they can work to protect themselves from things that can lead to abuse.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic religious literacy on learning achievement inIslamic religious education at SMK Insan Technocrat Bekasi (Jaya Cimuning). This research is motivatedby low Islamic religious literacy in students, due to the world of technology which is developing veryrapidly, one of which is the lack of teacher strategies in applying Islamic religious literacy methods and inthe field of entertainment, the rise of students today prefers to play online games and watch entertainmenton television. Or smartphones that they have so that students' interest in reading and studying religionmore deeply is reduced. Reading is a window to the world, by getting used to reading students will gainknowledge and insight or students' mindsets will become critical, and deepen the Islamic religion amongteenagers or students at this time it is very necessary to become a guideline for akhlakul karimahaccording to the teachings of Islam applied in everyday life. This study uses quantitative researchmethods, and uses a survey research design with a correlational approach. The survey method is used toobtain data from certain natural places (not actions). Sampling in this study using simple randomsampling technique. The research subjects were students of class X, while the object of this research wasthe Islamic religious literacy method. The population in this study were 14 students of class X at SMKInsan Teknokrat Bekasi (Jaya Cimuning) both male and female. The data collection technique used is aquestionnaire or questionnaire with a rating scale of 1-5. The results of the study revealed that there wasa significant correlation between the influence of Islamic religious literacy and student achievement inPAI at SMK Teknokrat Bekasi. This is shown by the coefficient (R) of 0.725 and the R Square value(coefficient of determination) of 0.526 which indicates that Islamic education learning achievement (Y) isinfluenced by Islamic religious literacy (X) of 52.6%, the remaining factors another 47.4% which gave"the influence of Islamic Education Learning Achievement of students at SMK Insan Teknorat Bekasi(Jaya Cimuning).

Abstract

The impact of the emergence of covid in the education sector made the Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) issue circular letter No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period of the December-19 Corona Virus Spread. In order to break the chain of spread of this virus, the government recommends closing learning in schools and implementing online learning. The method used in this Community Service is counseling and training regarding the learning process via google classroom while the result is increased knowledge about using google classroom as a supporting media for e-learning.
