The aim of the research aimed at this research is to clarify efforts to increase teacher capabilities with the title "activator school". This type of research refers to a qualitative descriptive approach carried out at one of the activator schools, namely SDN Cibaga 2, Serang district. Sampling used purposive sampling. The primary data collection carried out was obtained from observations accompanied by discussions with several teachers. Meanwhile, the selunder data uses previous references from various sources in the form of articles indexed by SINTA to internationally. In conducting interviews, it is carried out by providing a semi-structured form, after which the data results are analyzed using reduction and drawing conclusions. This research obtained results showing that activator schools strive to develop learning activities that embody the character of Pancasila for their students. One element that needs to be improved is the teacher's ability to innovate lesson plans that contain the character of Pancasila. Online training steps carried out in a short time are a concern for activator teachers, because they limit training possibilities for the development and application of indicators. Schools are encouraged to seek information from relevant educational institutions.

Dalam rantai pasokan modern, keterbukaan data memiliki peranan penting dalam mendorong kepercayaan mitra dan meningkatkan kerja sama tim. Teknologi blockchain menawarkan potensi untuk memberikan transparansi yang lengkap dalam rantai pasokan. Namun, ada kekhawatiran terkait privasi yang membuat beberapa pelaku pasar enggan mengadopsi blockchain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti persyaratan dan kesulitan keterbukaan dalam rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini menganalisis sejumlah proyek rantai pasokan yang menggunakan blockchain dalam berbagai cara di platform utama mereka. Kami memeriksa metode dan sumber daya yang digunakan dalam proyek-proyek ini untuk mengatasi tantangan transparansi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun proyek-proyek tersebut telah berhasil meningkatkan tingkat transparansi dalam rantai pasokan, tetapi peningkatan tambahan masih diperlukan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh permintaan beragam dari mitra-mitra yang membutuhkan keseimbangan antara transparansi data dan opasitas proses untuk menjaga privasi operasional mereka serta membatasi akses ke data sensitif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proyek rantai pasokan yang mengadopsi blockchain untuk meningkatkan transparansi. Penelitian ini juga bermaksud menyoroti tantangan dan kebutuhan yang harus diatasi untuk mencapai keseimbangan yang tepat antara transparansi dan privasi dalam rantai pasokan. Dalam penelitian ini, menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun blockchain memiliki potensi besar untuk memberikan transparansi dalam rantai pasokan, tetapi tantangan terkait privasi masih menjadi hambatan. Untuk mencapai kesuksesan penuh, perlu ada pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam hal mengatur akses data sensitif, menjaga privasi operasional mitra, dan memenuhi persyaratan yang beragam dari para pemangku kepentingan dalam rantai pasokan. Dengan demikian, langkah-langkah tambahan perlu diambil untuk mencapai keseimbangan yang tepat antara transparansi data dan privasi.

This article discusses institutional entrepreneurial culture and the enabling factors for sustainable economic growth. This study aims to identify the key factors contributing to institutional entrepreneurial culture development. The research utilizes a qualitative approach, and the results show that an innovative and entrepreneurial culture can enhance a country's long-term economic prosperity. A strong relationship exists between culture, innovation, and long-term economic success. Therefore, it is important to promote an institutional entrepreneurial culture through several factors, such as supporting government policies and programs, developing supporting infrastructure, education, and training, and cooperation between the public and private sectors. This research provides useful insights for policies and interests in the economic sector to promote innovation and entrepreneurship that can enhance economic growth. As such, this article provides important insights for readers interested in developing a sustainable institutional entrepreneurial culture and economic growth.

Management Information Systems (MIS) have a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of a company or agency. A strong MIS ensures optimal internal planning and control, involving people, documents, technology and procedures. The importance of MIS demands synergistic integration between the operating system and servers to manage hardware resources and store information efficiently. This research aims to explore the factors that influence SIM in the context of operating system and server integration. The focus is on understanding the impact of this integration on business effectiveness, particularly in terms of planning, control and data storage. Research reveals that the integration of operating systems and servers positively contributes to increasing SIM effectiveness. Harmonious cooperation between the operating system and servers encourages optimization of hardware resource management and information storage, supporting more efficient internal planning and control. These findings provide a new view regarding the importance of operating system and server integration in optimizing SIM. The implementation of this integration is expected to improve business performance through more accurate planning, tight control and efficient data storage. The novelty of this research lies in the integrative approach to operating systems and servers in the context of SIM. A deeper understanding of these relationships can provide practical guidance for companies to improve the effectiveness of their information systems.

As we know today, Indonesia has entered the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era had a significant influence on the changes that took place in all fields. Including in the area of education, in particular, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so rapid with the abandonment of learning methods that still use conventional methods. Doing tasks with books, face-to-face communication, collecting assignments in hard copy, which will undoubtedly cause a lot of losses in a certain period, such as many assignments that are long buried and difficult to find when needed. This method is undoubtedly considered an annoying and time-consuming way, where students cannot explore in the learning process which will take a long time to do a manual search for the number of files that have been collected. At present, the application of learning methods with concepts organizes many reports on the work of assignments on a website content management system. This learning method is made to maximize the way to hold student assignment reports for time management efficiency. Therefore this learning method can be applied as the management of education in higher education. It is expected that the existence of this method can improve time management in learning so that it motivates to explore abilities in the existing learning process. PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic is a company engaged in the field of industry where technology is currently experiencing rapid progress and requires access to information systems that are fast, precise and accurate information to solve problems encountered as in the case of presentation of reports. As one of the leading textile companies abroad, PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic has a data input system that still uses different applications in each division or department. To input the data from the checking of computer equipment inventory in the Information System (IS) department at this time the computer equipment inventory system at PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic is still using a manual and slightly slow system where the checking of inventory is still recorded in the form and PIC or admin must come to the employee desk and computer equipment warehouse. Based on these problems, a website-based system was designed that would make it easier for PICs or admin to check computer equipment items without having to come to the employee's desk or to the inventory warehouse. PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic requires a computer-based system, especially in the manufacture of computer equipment inventory reports where the application for making computer equipment inventory reports is considered very important in the decision making process so that neatly arranged and stored data in a database are needed to be easily processed making inventory reports. This study aims to provide positive benefits in the work process of inputting computer equipment inventory and provide good and accurate results or reports on PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic. Sistem informasi pengolahan data cuti karyawan saat ini masih menerapkan sistem semi komputerisasi (Microsoft excel) untuk pencatatan hasil pengolahan data cuti menggunakan form yang dicetak dengan kertas A4. Banyak permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari sistem yang berjalan ini antaranya waktu yang cukup lama dalam membuat laporan. Dari ermasalahan diatas maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan sehingga tidak memakan waktu yang lama.dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis PIECES dan black box sebagai metode pengujiannya. Untuk memudahkan dalam merancang tampilan menggunakan tool Mock Up. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharpak mampu memudahkan dalam proses pengajuan cuti, penginputan hasil pengajuan cuti, dan menyediakan informasi yang up to date

The era of rapid disruption was accompanied by increased crime in data falsification and interception. The philosophy of Blockchain technology is related to its ontology; it can be characterized, applied, and realized by how it works in the world of education. Blockchain technology is used to verify the authenticity of academic degrees and certificates. Systems that use digital signature schemes and implementation timestamps in the development of blockchain technology use blockchain software. The impact of falsifying educational documents results in workers not being qualified for a particular position. The main interest of this service is to balance between graduates and employers by minimizing crime and falsifying educational documents. The method used in this research is a literature study from previous studies. As a result of maximizing the potential of blockchain technology, fees can also lead to checking the authenticity of certificates through trusted sources. The application and utilization of blockchain in the academy certificate fraud detection system can be a means of offering problems that exist from a global perspective and other stakeholders.

The E-learning Management System for Learning 4.0 purpose is to automate the existing manual framework with the aid of electronic tools and unquestionable PC programming, fulfilling their requirements so their crucial information/data can be stored for a longer period of time with easy access to and control of something similar. The required software and hardware are readily available and easy to use. The aforementioned E-learning Management System can result in an error-free, safe, reliable, and efficient administration framework. The customer may benefit from concentrating on their various exercises rather than the record-keeping. As a result, it will aid the association in making better use of its resources. Without unnecessary passages, the association can keep up with electronic records. That suggests that while having the choice to access the data, one need not be distracted by irrelevant info. The goal is to automate its current manual framework with the help of automated equipment kinds and unquestionable computer programming, meeting their needs so their important information/data may be stored for a longer period of time with easy access and control of something comparable. The project essentially outlines how to manage for improved performance and better client services.
