Abstract

The Role of Presents’ Motivation of improving student achievement at SD Negeri 2 Tolitoli. The objectiver to be achieved in the implementation of this research are (1) To determine the extent of the lack of parental motivation as a factor in the decline in student achievement at SD Negeri 2 Tolitoli (2) To find out how the teacher’s technique in providing students’ motivation to learn at SD Negeri 2 Tolitoli. This research is a type of qualitative descrptive research. The date obtained are prosessed using percentages to be used in drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of parents is very influential on increasing the learning motivation of students at SD Negeri 2 Tolitoli. And this research shows that the lock of motivation of parents in SD Negeri 2 Tolitoli causes students to be less motivated to learn. However, thanks to be effort made by the teachess at the school, it can foeter student learning motivation ar SD Negeri 2 Tolitoli

Abstract

Layanan jasa simpan pinjam pada KSP Harapan Baru Sejahtera pada saat ini masih diproses dengan menggunakan alat seperti buku untuk mencatat laporan dari nasabah dan kalkulator untuk menghitung penilaian. Dari permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut maka membutuhkan adanya pengolahan data koperasi yang terkomputerisasi untuk memudahkan pengolahan data koperasi. diusulkan yaitu Sistem Informasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pada KSP Harapan Baru Sejahtera Berbasis Web menggunakan metode KNN. KSP Harapan Baru Sejahtera dapat menjadi lebih mudah dalam proses identifikasi laporan pemeriksaaan dan penilaian dari nasabah berdasarkan kriteria yang digunakan menggunakan kriteria yang ditentukan yaitu point usaha, point pinjaman, point resiko, point pekerjaan dan point simpanan yang akan digunakan sebagai tahapan dari K-Nearest Neighbor yaitu pengumpulan data sampel penilaian, normalisasi data, proses hitung jarak Euclidean lalu hasil perangkingan. Hasil pengujian diatas dengan menggunakan 9 skenario pengujian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa web dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsionalitas dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial literacy and digital literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis. The research sample uses a nonprobability sampling approach with the Accidental Sampling technique, while the sampling formula used is the Lemshow method with a sample size of 96 respondents. Based on the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.428 (42.8%). The first hypothesis is that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial performance partially with a calculated T value of 4.580> 1.661 T table. And digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial performance partially with a calculated T value of 5.209> 1.661 T table. Finally, with a calculated F value of 34.792> 3.090 F table, financial literacy and digital literacy significantly and positively influence financial performance simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of interactive media on the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Swakarya Tolitoli, is a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental type with a research design in the form of one-group pretest-posttest design. Respondents in this study were class VII students at SMP Swakarya Tolitoli. Data collection techniques used were observation sheets, student learning outcome tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis for the test was the normality test and t-test. Based on the results of the research data analysis, the use of interactive media has an effect on student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are proven from the results of the hypothesis test that the Sig. value is 0.002 <0.05 which states that H1 is accepted so that interactive media has an effect on student learning outcomes.
