Abstract

Climate change poses a significant threat to environmental sustainability, public health, and economic development, particularly in vulnerable countries like Indonesia. As a nation rich in natural resources and biodiversity, Indonesia plays a crucial role in global climate mitigation efforts. This study examines the role of environmental law in addressing climate change in Indonesia, with a specific focus on the enforcement and compliance mechanisms within the national legal framework. Using a qualitative socio-legal approach, the study analyzes legislative documents, policy reports, and court decisions, complemented by interviews with government officials, legal experts, and civil society organizations. The findings reveal that while Indonesia has enacted a comprehensive set of environmental laws aligned with international commitments such as the Paris Agreement, the implementation remains weak due to institutional fragmentation, limited enforcement capacity, and low compliance among corporate and community actors. Civil society plays a vital role in bridging enforcement gaps, although challenges persist in ensuring judicial independence and equitable access to justice. The study concludes that enhancing legal enforcement, institutional coordination, and public participation is essential for strengthening Indonesia’s environmental governance and achieving its climate objectives.

Abstract

This research introduces an innovative algorithm for G-code modification using Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) to optimize Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining parameters without relying on additional hardware or sensors. The study develops a computational framework that processes G-code blocks with an average speed of 0.3ms while maintaining a minimal memory footprint of 1.2MB. Implementation results demonstrate an 18% reduction in total machining time, with the feed rate optimized from 1000 mm/min to 1180 mm/min for linear cutting and spindle speed enhanced from 3000 RPM to 3450 RPM, while maintaining conservative parameters for critical plunge cutting operations. The system achieved a 23% increase in tool life through intelligent parameter modulation. Testing on titanium alloy workpieces showed consistent performance with zero machining interruptions during parameter modification, marking a five-fold improvement in processing speed compared to existing sensor-based systems. This hardware-independent approach enables rapid deployment in existing CNC systems through simple software updates, offering a cost-effective solution for machining optimization. The research establishes a foundation for intelligent G-code generation that adapts to material properties and cutting conditions while maintaining operational safety and efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program mentoring bagi siswa berprestasi dan berpotensi di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. Melalui aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meeting, program ini dirancang untuk memberikan bimbingan, dukungan, dan inspirasi kepada siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta mengembangkan potensi mereka. Dengan melibatkan kolaborasi lintas perguruan tinggi, PKM ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan dengan berbagi pengalaman dan sumber daya. Evaluasi yang berkelanjutan akan dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas program dan mengatasi tantangan yang mungkin timbul.

Abstract

Background: Many phenomena are found that policies, planning, and implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) seem to have not been carried out to the fullest according to standards, so that some students, lecturers, administrative staff/technicians experience occupational safety and health problems. The purpose of OSH implementation is to guarantee the availability of a safe and healthy work environment for all people who work in the work environment. Aim: This study aims to find out, describe, and analyze OSH policy, OSH policy conformity with applicable regulations, and OSH policy commitments in the Manado State Polytechnic. Method: The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative in order to obtain in-depth information about OSH policies. Data collection is obtained by: interview, observation, and documentation. By using the purposive sampling technique, researchers collect data from key informants. The number of key informants was 10 people, consisting of a managerial team who knew the OSH implementation process at the Manado State Polytechnic. Findings: The final result of this study is to be the basis for the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the Manado State Polytechnic is in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat melalui pelatihan daring. Pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan platform Zoom Cloud Meeting dengan materi yang mencakup konsep dasar keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, dan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep-konsep keuangan setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan daring dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Advances in financial technology have introduced a variety of digital payment services that are increasingly accessible to the public, including the PayLater feature. The convenience offered by this service provides benefits in supporting flexible financial transactions. However, on the other hand, the use of PayLater without adequate financial literacy has the potential to encourage excessive spending, particularly among college students who are in the transition phase toward financial independence. Therefore, this community service activity aims to enhance students’ understanding of the prudent use of PayLater, introduce the risks that may arise from uncontrolled use, and foster awareness of the importance of personal financial management. The activity was conducted online using an interactive educational method that included material delivery, discussions, case studies, and an evaluation of participants’ understanding. The material covered the basic concepts of PayLater, the benefits and risks of its use, its impact on consumerist behavior, and strategies for healthy financial management. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ understanding of responsible PayLater usage and the importance of considering financial capacity before making transactions. Additionally, participants demonstrated a shift in perception regarding the use of digital credit services, placing greater emphasis on needs rather than wants.

Abstract

The construction project is a risky undertaking that involves exposure to several types of occupational hazards. Consequently, it is necessary to improve the safety performance of construction workers to ensure successful completion of the project and reduce risk at the workplace. This study will analyze the factors affecting safety performance by looking at the impact of K3, safety training, safety leadership, and work discipline on safety performance. A quantitative explanatory research approach was applied in this study, whereby a sample of 150 construction workers was identified via survey technique. Data collection was carried out using structured questionnaires rated on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results reveal that K3 implementation, safety training, safety leadership, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on safety performance. Out of all four variables, work discipline affects safety performance the most, followed by safety leadership, K3 implementation, and safety training. In this respect, the model has an explanatory power of 67.9%.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan penyusunan laporan penyusunan laporan keuangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah berbasis sak EMKM, memahami bagaimana menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai standar dan hanya mencatat laporan pemasukan dan pengeluaran kas saja sehingga usaha cuci mobil tidak mendapatkan informasi akurat dalam laba dan juga pengendalian control dalam hal biaya. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil olahan sesuai dengan SAK EMKM dalam laporan laba rugi secara jelas mengetahui pendapatan bersih dari usaha cuci mobil secara rinci dibandingkan hasil pencatatan sebelumnya yang hanya mencatat pendapatan saja. Laporan Perubahan ekuitas dapat menunjukkan perubahan yang terjadi pada modal pemilik usaha selama menjalankan usahanya. Laporan ini diperuntukkan kepada Tom Car Wash agar supaya dapat mengetahui perubahan modal yang terjadi di dalam usanya tersebut. Kesimpulan, Usaha cuci mobil Toms Car Wash setelah diteliti belum menggunakan pencatatan akuntansi berbasis SAK EMKN (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Menengah Kecil) dikarenakan pemilik usaha tersebut ternyata tidak memahami betul dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan ditemui hanya mencatat hasil pendapatan saja tanpa mencatat beban dan tak memperikarakan jumlah aset tersebut hanya berdasaran modal yang dikeluarkan.Kata Kunci: SAK EMKM, Laporan Keuangan, UMKM AbstractThis study aims to prepare reports on the preparation of financial reports for micro, small and medium enterprises based on sak EMKM, understand how to compile financial statements according to standards and only record reports of cash income and expenditures so that the car wash business does not get accurate information in profit and also control in terms of costs. The type of research used in this research is a type of qualitative research. Based on the processed results following SAK EMKM in the income statement, it knows the net income from the car wash business in detail compared to the results of the previous recording, which only recorded income. The Equity Change Report can show changes that occur in the capital of business owners during running their business. This report is intended for Tom Car Wash to be aware of the capital changes that occurred in the many. Conclusion, The Toms Car Wash car wash business, after being studied, has not used SAK EMKN (Financial Accounting Standards for Small and Medium Entities) based on accounting because the business owner did not understand very well in the preparation of financial statements and was found to only record income results without recording expenses and did not estimate the number of assets only based on the capital issued.Keywords: SAK EMKM, Financial Report, MSME

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of K3 management and analyze the level of occupational risk in a manufacturing plant. The implementation of an K3 management system is a crucial aspect in maintaining worker safety, increasing productivity, and minimizing the potential for workplace accidents that could harm both the company and workers. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach, employing field observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents, including production operators, technical staff, and factory supervisors. Risk analysis was conducted using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method to identify potential hazards and determine the level of risk for each work activity.The results indicate that the implementation of K3 management in the factory environment has been quite successful. However, several weaknesses remain in the supervision of personal protective equipment (PPE) use, compliance with work procedures, and risk control of production machinery. Based on the hazard identification results, several dominant risks with high levels of risk were identified, namely noise exposure, accidents caused by production machinery, potential fires, and fatigue due to excessive workload. The evaluation revealed that the lack of regular training and low worker awareness were the main factors affecting the effectiveness of K3 implementation.This study also found that the implementation of administrative and technical risk controls can significantly reduce the potential for workplace accidents if implemented consistently. Furthermore, company management involvement in routine monitoring and evaluation is a crucial factor in improving occupational safety culture in industrial environments. This study recommends improving K3 training programs, strengthening monitoring systems, and optimizing the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize occupational risks in the factory environment. With effective implementation of K3 management, companies can create a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for all workers.
