Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease-2019) pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2) virus is an event that threatens public health in general and has attracted world attention. For data on positive Covid-19 sufferers in Pangolombian subdistrict, based on data from the Pangolombian subdistrict health center, there were 58 cases, 57 people recovered and 1 person died. Objective: To find out the factors that influence community compliance with the Covid-19 Health Protocol in Pangolombian Village, South Tomohon District, Tomohon City. Methodology: This research uses quantitative methods with an analytical survey design with a cross sectional study design which was conducted in February 2022. Sampling used Non Probability Sampling, namely "accidental", that is, sample selection was carried out by chance meeting. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate (Chi-Square test). Results: Factors that have a significant influence on compliance with Covid-19 health protocols are knowledge (p-value=0.001<0.05 and OR=12.487), attitude (p-value=0.005<0.05 and OR=7.778 ), family support (p-value=0.000<0.05 and OR=20.156). Conclusion: From the conclusions that can be obtained, the factors that influence compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol in Pangolombian Village, South Tomohon District, Tomohon City are knowledge, attitudes and family support.

Abstract

Elderly Age is the final stage of the aging process. The elderly are individuals aged 60 and above. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude with the utilization of elderly health services at the Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) in Lembang Paonganan, Buntu Pepasan District. This research employs an observational analysis approach with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 53 people was selected using stratified random sampling. The independent variables in this study are knowledge and attitude, while the dependent variable is the utilization of elderly health services at the Posyandu. Based on the chi-square test results, there is a relationship between knowledge (p=0.020) and attitude (p=0.000) with the utilization of elderly health services at the Posyandu, with a significance level of α=0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude with the utilization of Posyandu services in Lembang Paonganan, Buntu Pepasan.

Abstract

Knowledge about reproductive health is an important aspect in adolescent development, because it influences their behavior related to sexual and reproductive health and helps prevent sexually transmitted diseases, teenage pregnancy, and other health problems. Therefore, education is needed for students, one of which is by conducting counseling using video media. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the level of knowledge about reproductive health before and after providing health counseling using video media to students of SMP Negeri 3 Tomohon. This type of research is experimental with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample used in this study was 71 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Based on the research conducted, it was found that there was a difference in the level of knowledge about reproductive health before and after providing health counseling using video media. Most respondents before being given counseling had poor knowledge, namely 55 people (77.5%) and most respondents after being given had good knowledge, namely 63 people (88.7%). The p value is 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the administrative service system in the reception of BPJS patients in the Emergency Room (IGD) of RSUD Noongan in 2024. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, involving in-depth interviews with relevant officers, field observations, and document analysis. The research results show that: (1) The planning process has a clear workflow with shift- based task distribution; (2) Service organization follows the established SOP; (3) Implementation is supported by competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of technology; (4) Supervision is conducted periodically with coordination between the hospital and BPJS Tondano to address operational constraints; (5) Evaluation is conducted regularly to improve service quality. Service to BPJS and general patients is provided without distinction, following the same SOP. This research concludes that the administrative service management at RSUD Noongan has been running according to the established standards, although improvements are still needed in staff training, technology development, and more intensive supervision.
