Abstract

ABSTRAKPotensi perikanan yang dimiliki Kabupaten Sumenep sangatlah besar dan menjanjikan. Hal ini kemudian di Desa Ambunten Timur Kecamatan Ambunten sebagian masyarakat memanfaatkan potensi perikanan tersebut sebagai produk, diantaranya petis, ikan asin, ikan asap dan terutama terasi. Usaha terasi yang ada di Desa Ambunten Timur belum pernah dilakukan analisis, sehingga perlu adanya penelitian ini dilakukan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kelayakan dan analisis finansial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: biaya produksi sebesar (TC) Rp. 37.771.568,- pendapatan agroindustri terasi (π) sebesar Rp. 18.489.543,- dan efisiensi (R/C Ratio) agroindustri terasi sebesar Rp. 1.49,-. Dari ketiga kriteria.Kata kunci:Finansial; Efisiensi; Agroindustri; Terasi ABSTRACTThe fishery potential of Sumenep Regency is huge and promising. In this case, in Ambunten Timur Village, Ambunten Subdistrict, some people use the fishery potential as a product, including petis, salted fish, smoked fish and especially shrimp paste. The shrimp paste business in Ambunten Timur Village has never been analyzed, so this research needs to be done. The method in this study uses a feasibility analysis and financial analysis. The results of this study are: production costs of (TC) Rp. 37,771,568, - shrimp paste agro-industry income (π) of Rp. 18,489,543, - and the efficiency (R / C Ratio) of the shrimp paste agro-industry of Rp. 1.49, -. Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa Soddara Kecamatan Pasongsongan merupakan salah satu daerah sentra pengembangan ayam ras petelur. Selama ini para pengusaha tidak melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial dari usahanya sehingga belum diketahui sejauh  mana tingkat kelayakan ayam ras petelur tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial (NPV, IRR, dan Net B/C) ayam ras petelur.      Lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 pengusaha.Hasil dari penelitian ini usaha ayam ras petelur di mempunyai nilai NPV > 0 yaitu Rp. 91.555.578,74, sedangkan IRR > 16%, yaitu sebesar 40,32% serta Net B/C > 1, sebesar 3,16. Sedangkan Payback period usaha ayam ras petelur diketahui 1 tahun 11 bulan 24 hari.Kata Kunci : Kelayakan, Finansial, Ayam Ras Petelur ABSTRACT Soddara Village, Pasongsongan Subdistrict, is one of the centers for developing laying hens. So far, the entrepreneurs have not carried out an analysis of the financial feasibility of their business, so it is not known how far the level of feasibility of chicken laying hens is. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial feasibility (NPV, IRR, and Net B / C) of laying hens. The location of the study was done intentionally with a total sample of 8 entrepreneurs. The results of this study laying hens in the business have an NPV value> 0 which is Rp. 91,555,578.74, while IRR> 16%, which is equal to 40.32% and Net B / C> 1, amounting to 3.16. Whereas the layback business payback period is known to be 1 year 11 months 24 days. Key Word : Feasibility, Financial, Laying Chicken

Abstract

This researchis motivated by the instability of sales in recent monts at Amanda cafe. So it is necessary to implement a strategy where the strategy is in accordance with the current era of digital strategies. This study aims to find out what are the obstacles in increasing sales volume at Amanda cafe and what strategies are applied in the café. This study uses qualitative research methods that describe Digital Marketing Strategies in Increasing Sales Volume at the Amanda cafe in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. and data in the field with interviews with informants, observation guidelines and dokumentation in the field that has been predetermined. The results of this study, are described throught various information and data findings in the field during the study, regarding Digital Marketing Strategies in Incresing Sales Volume at Amanda cafe in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

Social media is an online media that can connect long-distance communication, the process of interaction between one user and another, information can be obtained easily through special application devices using the internet network. Interacting on social networks seems closer and real compared to the presence of one's own neighbors. People are more obsessed with the virtual world. This is what interferes with human attitudes, so that someone prefers to be alone, anti-social tends to be insensitive to the needs of people around him, individualistic and others. The purpose of this study was to find out how optimally the Sumenep Two-Color Advertising & Printing Bureau optimally uses social media in increasing Financial Independence. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The location of the research was carried out at the location of the business and the place of product production from the Bureau of Advertising & Printing Two Colors which is located at Jln. Dr. Wahidin No.17c, Pajagalan sub-district, Kota sub-district, Sumenep Regency. The results of this study indicate that the promotion carried out by the Two-Color Advertising & Printing Bureau is still optimizing the old way, namely by promoting through word of mouth. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize social media to advance the company as well as to expand the reach of consumers in order to increase financial independence.

Abstract

Online transactions are buying and selling behavior carried out online by buyers and sellers which are not carried out face-to-face directly but through internet media. The problem in this research is about the role of law in consumer protection. According to the Consumer Protection Law no. 8 of 1999 is a legal product that can provide legal protection to consumers in conducting online transactions. The role of law in consumer protection can be seen from the perspective of public law and private law. The enactment of the Electronic Information Transaction Law Number 11 (UU ITE) of 2008 seems to be a solution to protect consumers.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the contributors to state revenue, since the COVID-19 pandemic, tourism sector income has decreased drastically. Because it aims to prevent the transmission of the covid 19 virus. Soekarno. Since the covid 19 pandemic around the world, visitors who come to Soekarno Cave have decreased. Various efforts have been made with the health protocols that have been set by the government. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotional strategies, prices, and service quality on interest in visiting Soekarno Cave during the covid 19 pandemic. The population in this study were visitors to Soekarno Cave and the sample used in this study was 60 samples with the accidental sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, taking into account the quality test requirements of the instrument, namely the validity and reliability test, as well as the classical assumption test, namely normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study obtained (X1) that the promotion did not significantly affect the interest in visiting, (X2) the price had a significant effect on the interest in visiting, and (X3) the quality of service had a significant effect on the interest in visiting. It is known that the value of R Square is (0.332) which means that the promotion strategy, price, and service quality affect the interest in visiting by 33.2% and the remaining 66.8.% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The presence of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) must be at the forefront of initiating community empowerment with the funds collected. The potential of ZIS is at least one of the important assets that has been utilized at least not only for consumptive purposes but zakat is managed productively. One of the Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) is NU CARE LAZISNU which has an important role as a guardian of the development of stability in society. Currently, NU CARE LAZISNU has a special program that focuses on 4 (four) pillars of the program: education, health, disaster and economic development. On this occasion, NU CARE LAZISNU implements productive zakat and is committed to providing assistance in the development, marketing, and improvement of quality and affordable products. This program provides working capital in the form of revolving capital for mustahiq. This research method uses a case study, which is one type of qualitative research with two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the first research, Optimizing the distribution of productive zakat in empowering the economy of the people in LAZISNU East Java, namely maximizing the existence of a system of distributing assistance to the community which is not only consumptive but has also been productive in MSME capital assistance distribution in almost every district/city. Second, the strategy of empowering the people's economy through productive zakat in LAZISNU East Java, namely by using a fundraising program. The first fundraising is driven by a fixed donor coin box, and the second is digital fundraising in collaboration with kitabisa.com.

Abstract

In facing competition in the business sector, the company must be able to determine the level of customer satisfaction. Marketing in monitoring customer satisfaction (consumers) has seen customer complaints with satisfaction status influenced by consumer complaints. Consumer complaints have been used as a benchmark to determine service satisfaction from the company in distributing red and white cement to customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the process of collecting data on primary data and secondary data. The method of analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. From the research results it can be concluded that the marketing carried out by CV. Adi Chandra Sumekar is in quadrant III, which means that he must optimize his strength to minimize the threat that exists.

Abstract

SMEs have advantages compared to large businesses, among others: flexibility and quickly adapt to market changes, able to absorb relatively large unskilled labor, the majority of SMEs produce consumer goods and services with low elasticity of demand for income. With the majority of Indonesia's population having relatively low education, the ability of SMEs to absorb unskilled labor is very helpful in creating a workforce. The population in this study is the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of Red Fried Onion in Basoka Village, Rubaru District, Sumenep Regency with a total of 20 SMEs. From the existing population, the sample in this study used the entire population, namely the perpetrators of the Red Fried Onion SMEs in Basoka, Rubaru District. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product innovation on the market orientation of Fried Onion SMEs in Sumenep Regency, to determine the effect of product innovation on the competitive advantage of Fried Red Onion SMEs in Sumenep Regency and to determine market orientation to the competitive advantages of Fried Red Onion SMEs in Sumenep Regency. The research method used in this study is to use data analysis techniques in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of the study it can be concluded that market innovation has a significant positive effect on market orientation, product innovation has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage and market orientation has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

The majority of students or students still do not quite understand the making of papers, let alone have not gone to a further stage, for example scientific papers that have to carry out further research or observations in the field, so there is a need for some activities that do prepare students or students at the madrasa to take part in several activities. training in order to understand accurately and better about the preparation of scientific papers and more specifically on scientific works in the field of management and business. methods in the form of socialization, training and practice in the preparation of simple scientific papers, in its implementation there were around 30 more students who received training specifically for grade 3 Madrasah Aliyah and the implementation of PkM on the occasion went well so that there were some results.
