Abstract

Community empowerment is an alternative development paradigm aimed at enhancing capacity and independence. However, this process cannot be fully achieved without participatory communication, since communicative actions within the community directly influence participation levels, allowing development to adapt to local characteristics. Therefore, this study integrates the empowerment communication paradigm with the perspective of social capital, which emphasizes togetherness and cooperation in addressing collective challenges. The research focuses on coastal communities in Kalianget Subdistrict to explore the role of social capital in the communication practices of salt farmer groups and to design an empowerment model grounded in social capital. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with community leaders, salt farmer group leaders, and members, complemented by participatory observation and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification, while data validity was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that three dimensions of social capital—social networks, trust, and values and norms—serve as the main pillars in the communication practices of salt farmer groups. Social networks were established through interactions based on mutual benefits, trust was reinforced through solidarity and reciprocity, and values and norms functioned as collective guidelines for both social and economic behavior. These findings affirm that communication rooted in social capital plays a significant role in strengthening community empowerment processes. Theoretically, this study enriches the discourse on empowerment communication, while practically it provides references for policymakers and communities in designing more adaptive empowerment strategies.

Abstract

UMKM keris di Sumenep menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks di era digital. Meski tradisi pembuatan keris tetap dijaga, pengrajin mulai mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam pemasaran, khususnya melalui media sosial seperti TikTok. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pemasaran digital, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi pengrajin, serta merancang model inkubasi dan kolaborasi yang mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis keris berbasis nilai budaya lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital melalui TikTok Live mampu meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan minat konsumen, tetapi masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam aspek manajerial, teknologi, dan kolaborasi eksternal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang lebih terstruktur serta sinergi multipihak untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM keris di era industri 4.0.

Abstract

Digital transformation is now a strategic necessity for organizations across various sectors. This review explores how different leadership styles—transformational, agile, servant, inclusive, and ethical—affect organizational readiness to adopt digital technologies. Using systematic review methods and bibliometric analysis, studies from major databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar were analyzed to identify patterns and key findings. Inclusion criteria emphasized peer-reviewed research published between 2010 and 2025, encompassing diverse sectors and global contexts. Findings show that transformational leadership improves innovation and agility, agile leadership accelerates technology adoption, servant and inclusive leadership increase employee engagement and reduce resistance, while ethical leadership strengthens trust, fairness, and sustainability. Organizational readiness is also shaped by systemic factors such as regulations, culture, and resources. Developing countries often face challenges due to limited infrastructure, while developed countries benefit from stronger policy and technological support. These dynamics underscore the interdependence of leadership and systemic environments in shaping digital outcomes. In conclusion, leadership styles are decisive in shaping digital readiness, but their effects differ by sector and region. Policy support, leadership training, and organizational reforms are needed to overcome barriers and achieve inclusive digital transformation. Future research should focus on long-term impacts, contextual variations, and integrative leadership frameworks to ensure sustainable and inclusive digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) petani di Kecamatan Lenteng, dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi produksi, kesejahteraan petani, dan dampak terhadap ketahanan pangan serta ekonomi lokal. Strategi ini melibatkan pelatihan keterampilan teknis, penerapan teknologi pertanian seperti sistem irigasi tetes dan aplikasi mobile, serta pembentukan kelompok diskusi komunitas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas pertanian sebesar 20% dan kenaikan pendapatan petani hingga 30%. Pembentukan komunitas petani yang solid melalui kelompok diskusi komunitas memberikan dampak positif dalam pertukaran pengetahuan dan mendukung pertumbuhan bersama. Dampak keseluruhan strategi ini meluas ke arah ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi lokal, memperkuat suplai pangan dan membangun ekonomi komunitas. Kesuksesan implementasi strategi pengembangan SDM petani di Kecamatan Lenteng menawarkan pandangan praktis bagi daerah sejenis. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan pentingnya partisipasi petani, adaptasi teknologi yang tepat, dan pembangunan komunitas untuk mencapai pertanian berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Budaya hierarki sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan otoritatif dan memastikan bahwa asosiasi memiliki perwakilan yang memiliki disiplin kerja yang tinggi yang diharapkan oleh organisasi. Eksperimen kuantitatif ini menggunakan perwakilan PT. BUMM di Kabupaten Sumenep.Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam tinjauan ini menggunakan metode pengujian purposive.Metode jajak pendapat dan persepsi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi ini.Data diuji dengan validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.Ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. BUMM (Bersama Unggul Muda Mandiri) Kabupaten Sumenep harus meningkatkan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of digital marketing and e-Wom (electronic word-of-mouth) on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The online survey method was used to collect data from 115 respondents who were active Shopee users. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing and e-Wom have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Shopee. These findings show the importance of effective digital marketing strategies and e-Wom drivers in improving consumer purchasing decisions in the e-commerce era. The practical and theoretical implications of these findings are discussed in the context of digital marketing strategies and customer relationship management on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Indonesia Gold is the ideal of the nation where in order to realize this, various strategic, tactical and innovative steps must be taken. Therefore, it is necessary to have an early development regarding the prospects for education and economic development. Pesantren is the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia which has great potential to realize development in both aspects through the development of human resources from an early age. So that with this, a productive, innovative and progressive golden generation of the nation can be created as an asset or human capital to manage the nation towards a Golden Indonesia 2045. The method used in this research is a conceptual qualitative method to provide a detailed explanation of the role of santri. The article explains how the role of santri for the nation, the role of santri in education and the role of santri in the economy.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen Rengginang merupakan langkah awal pada pada perusahaan yang menjadi titik temu antara pelanggaran dengan perusahaan. Kesetiaan pelanggan hanya dapat dicapai melalui kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelanggan dan tingkat kepuasan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian kuesioner, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil peneliti, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengenalan produk yang di efektif dilakukan dari teman, keluarga. Alasan pelanggan memilih produk rengginang cap jempol karena rasa. Sehingga tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap rengginang cap jempol sangat baik. Dari hasil tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepuasan, mayoritas berada pasa posisi kuadran A yaitu prioritas utama. Kemudian hasil hitungan CSI, maka dapat diperoleh hasil 77,45%, dengan kata lain merasa puas terhadap rengginang cap jempol.
