Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service satisfaction, price, and location on customer satisfaction. The type of examination is quantitative exploration, with the client population of Kampoeng SPA in the Sumenep, Madura. The testing strategy in this exploration is a purposive testing method. Information was collected using surveys, interviews, perception, and documentation methods. The information tests used are Illustrated Insights, Exploration Instrument Tests, Traditional Assumptions Tests, Tests for Various Straight Relapse Conditions, and Suitability Tests. The results of this study indicate that the quality, cost, and extent of consumer loyalty in Kampoeng SPA as a whole affect consumer loyalty in Kampoeng SPA. Judging from the t-test shows that the administrative quality factors, costs, and area as a whole influence consumer loyalty. This research can be a benchmark for Kampoeng SPA in the Sumenep Regime to retain consumers to buy their products. The success of Kampoeng SPA employees and owners in the Sumenep Regime in determining prices, selecting locations, and providing service forms following consumer wants and needs and satisfying consumers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work motivation in improving employee performance at Dewi Sri Store in Sumenep Regency. The main issues faced are the lack of recognition for work achievements, less conducive working conditions, inadequate reward and incentive systems, and ineffective communication between management and employees. A qualitative approach was used with in-depth interview and direct observation methods. The research results show that employee work motivation is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors include recognition and appreciation as well as training and development, which have been proven to increase employee enthusiasm and performance. Extrinsic factors encompass working conditions, reward and incentive systems, and effective communication between management and employees. This research reveals that consistent recognition, improvement of working conditions, competitive reward systems, transparent communication, and continuous training programs play a significant role in enhancing employee motivation and performance. The implementation of strategies that optimize these factors is expected to create a more productive and harmonious work environment, thereby improving overall employee performance and company success

Abstract

Operations are one of the important things in the company, if the operation in good then the company will be good and vice versa. Company operations will also face risks, therefore the company must have risk management, one of which is ERM. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the from of journals, publications, and interview with LKP Tatik Modes in Trenggalek Regency. The approach used in this research is Enterprise risk management (ERM), which can be applied with the steps of indentifying risk conducting assessments, and controlling risk. Through the application of ERM, companies can identify risks and classify them as low, medium, or high. The pupose of this study is to identify risks that may occur in the company and create a risk matrix to determine the most critical risks that should be prioritized for control. The results showed that operational risks at LKP Tatik Modes include occupational safety risks such as sewing machines that are difficult to control by novice participants, scrorched or perforated clothes when ironed by novice participants, and potential fires. Financial risks include fluctuating income as it depends on the number of participants who register. Environmental risks include potential flooding and power outages. Technological risks include social media being hacked. Human resource risks include theft of important data and damage to equipment.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif merupakan sebuah konsep di era ekonomi baru yang dapat memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat untuk membuka usaha dan menuangkan ide kreatifitasnya untuk bisa menciptakan sesuatu hal yang baru dan berbeda sehingga dapat menambah atau meningkatkan pendapatannya. Kemampuan untuk mewujudkan kreatifitas atau nilai seni, pengetahuan dan budaya menjadi modal dasar untuk menghadapi persaingan ekonomi, sehingga muncullah ekonomi kreatif sebagai alternatif penting dalam meningkatkan kontribusi dibidang ekonomi dan bisnis, serta menjadikan pengetahuan sebagai identitas suatu daerah. Salah satu kegiatan ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Pesantren yaitu terhadap pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran ekonomi kreatif pesantren dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan yang dilihat dari sudut pandangan kemajuan ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu keadaan atau fenomena-fenomena apa adanya seperti keadaan ekonomi pesantren. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, peran ekonomi kreatif pesantren dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan sangat membantu terhadap prospek kemajuan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The SME assistance program entitled "SME Assistance: Enhancing Competitiveness and Innovation in the Digital Era for Bintang Emas SMEs in Kasengan Village, Manding Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency" was implemented from March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024. This program aims to enhance digital capacity, product innovation, and modern marketing strategies for Bintang Emas SMEs. Through digital marketing training, product innovation workshops, and technical assistance, participants learn to utilize digital technology and e-commerce platforms to enhance the visibility and sales of their products, including the flagship product of cassava chips. The results showed a 25% increase in sales in the first three months, an improvement in product variety and quality, as well as an enhancement in business and financial management skills. This program also successfully fostered a spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration in the local community and strengthened the relationship between SMEs and the surrounding community. With these achievements, it is hoped that Bintang Emas SMEs will continue to innovate and adapt to market changes, providing sustainable benefits to the local economy and the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

The capacity of local governments in Nepal is the main emphasis of this study. Using a descriptive research approach, the study analyzed data obtained from 150 respondents who completed questionnaires. The performance of local governments' capacity is at a moderate level, according to the data analysis. The report provides valuable insights into how local governments are currently handling their duties and obligations. Policymakers may find the results useful in creating more effective strategies and regulations to raise the efficiency of local governance in Nepal. The findings of this study can help with initiatives to fortify and enhance local governments' future capabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prospek pendidikan di era milenial dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam peran Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Sumber Gayam Kadur Pamekasan memilih berperan sebagai fasilitator antara penjual dan pembeli yang artinya pihak pondok pesantren hanya memperbolehkan saja. masyarakat untuk menjual berbagai produk yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh seluruh siswa dan membantu dalam memberikan peluang peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar pondok. Dengan memotivasi masyarakat untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang memberikan nilai jual dan Pondok Pesantren Al Falah memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk menjual produk yang dihasilkannya. Dalam hal ini Pondok Pesantren Al Falah bukanlah sebagai pelaku usaha melainkan sebagai penyemangat dan motivasi dalam membangkitkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomiannya. Sedangkan sebagai faktor pendukung, terdapat media yang menjadi penghubung antara pondok pesantren dengan masyarakat, sehingga seluruh kegiatan pondok pesantren, termasuk kegiatan perekonomian, dapat tersampaikan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The making of kris in Sumenep Regency is a cultural heritage that is not only firmly rooted in historical values, but also faces modern challenges in the form of changing consumer preferences. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and skill management on product innovation by keris masters. Using quantitative methods through regression analysis, the study found that skills had a significant positive influence on product innovation, while knowledge management showed a significant negative influence. This shows that the success of product innovation is highly dependent on the application of practical skills and the appropriate management of knowledge. These results are an important basis for the development of local culture-based innovation strategies in the traditional creative industry sector.

Abstract

study aims to analyze the influence of job description on employee performance at the Sumenep Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The background of this research is based on the importance of clarity of job descriptions in supporting the optimal performance of employees, especially in public service agencies that deal directly with the community. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique through the help of Smart PLS 2.0 M3 software. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 20 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that job description had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient value of 0.808 and an R-square value of 0.652. This shows that the clearer the job description received by employees, the higher the level of performance produced. Job descriptions play an important role in improving work efficiency, minimizing role conflicts, clarifying responsibilities, and supporting an objective performance evaluation process. This study suggests that government agencies regularly update and socialize job descriptions to all employees to improve the performance of individuals and organizations as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi agribisnis berbasis komoditas lokal di Kecamatan Manding, Kabupaten Sumenep, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya. Manding dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra pertanian bawang merah dan tembakau di Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi agribisnis di Manding masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan akses pasar, rendahnya literasi keuangan petani, dan minimnya inovasi teknologi pertanian. Strategi yang dapat dikembangkan antara lain penguatan kelembagaan petani, kolaborasi dengan UMKM pengolahan hasil pertanian, serta pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk perluasan pasar.
