Abstract

Meningkatkan daya minat wisatawan diperlukan metode dan strategi yang dapat mempermudah akses wisatawan melalui promosi yang dikemas secara digital. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan manajemen promosi sport_tourism terdiri dari mahasiswa, perangkat desa, masyarakat dan steakholder yang berjumlah 38 orang di Kecamatan Terangun, Kabupaten Gayo luwes. Kegiatan pelatihan di lakukan selama 2 hari dengan metode pelatihan PAR (Participatory Action Research). Kegiatan pelatihan memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada peserta mulai bagaimana mengemas informasi yang menarik kemudian jadikan informasi melalui media sosial dan webset desa. Kegiatan ini mencakup (1) mengelola daerah potensi sport_tourism didesain melalui Canva kemudian di ungguah di media sosial. (2) Penggunaan media sosial dan webset sebagai sarana promosi digital yang dapat di akses secara global. Selanjutnya masyarakat dan perangkat desa secara mandiri dapat mempromosikan daerah wisata sehingga berdampak naiknya wisatawan yang akan berkunjung di Gayo Luwes. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan 38 peserta memberikan tanggapan pelatihan ini bermanfaat dan mempunyai nilai kepraktisan untuk di implementasikan sehingga mampu mempromosikan sport_tourism di Gayo Luwes.

Abstract

Supporting graduate competencies requires several skills that can support students' abilities. One of the activities that can support competence that becomes experience is mentoring, training and workshop activities. The implementation of this activity was carried out by the PAR (Participatory Action Research) mentoring method.The mentoring activity carried out is the Ability Test which aims to improve students' ability to understand and implement the Ability test according to test norms. The activity was carried out for two days at the multipurpose building of Universitas Samudra with 30 participants from FKIP UNSAM Physical Education Students. The results of the individual ability test showed that 13 participants (43.3%) obtained the Very Good category, 14 participants (46.7%) in the Good category, and 3 participants (10%) in the Adequate category. These results show that in theory and practice Physical Education Students are able to conduct tests and implement ability tests in schools as a provision for PLP and prospective teachers who have competence.

Abstract

Determining the learning model in teaching and learning activities will help students succeed, especially in physical education lessons. A Teacher is demanded to choose the right learning model according to the needs field need suitable for a pupil's characteristic. This research aims to find out determine differences between the learning model of inquiry and direct instruction on learning outcomes of discus throw. The subject of the study is students of grade ninth in State Junior High School three Pekanbaru. The research method is an experiment in which each group is fifteen students in inquiry learning models and indirect instruction models. The in research was t, the instrument discus throw, which consists of holding the discus, approaching, throwing, and following through. The T-test is an analysis technique of the data in this study by presenting two different learning groups. The result of the use of products learning outcomes of discus throwing on students of grade ninth at state junior high school three Pekanbaru by implementing inquiry learning models and direct instruction in learning of discus throw. The inquiry learning model in this study showed better results than direct instruction. The gain of students' average value contributed 13.5, whereas the average value of students in direct instruction was 12.0. Therefore, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model is better to be implemented for the learning of physical education, especially on discus throw lesson than the implementation of direct instruction in State Junior High School three Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Effective management allows teachers to see and handle student learning problems. This study aimed to determine the physical education management of elementary school teachers in Central Java and its predictors. This research is quantitative with data description and correlation. Using purposive sampling, the total number of respondents was 50 physical education teachers at the elementary level in Central Java. The data was processed using descriptive statistics, data normality, and correlation. The subjects studied had a minimum teaching experience of 1 year. Data collection techniques include instruments and observation by physical education teachers. The instruments included planning, implementation, and evaluation of physical education management. The questionnaire uses a scale of 1-4. In terms of age and length of teaching, researchers used correlation analysis. Correlation data were processed using SPSS Version 21. The management of physical education in Central Java is in the "good" category. Physical education management includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Length of teaching and age are not predictors in physical education management. Most physical education teachers are linear and have at least a bachelor's degree. Further studies are needed involving many teachers and other variables to determine predictors. The results of this study contribute consideration, support, and contribution of ideas to stakeholders to improve the quality of physical education. The role of management is crucial in enhancing teachers’ ability to achieve educational goals in general.
