Abstract

The general purpose of this research was compare the management of infrastructure and facilities in 02 primary schools and 06 primary schools Pondok Kelapa in the central of Bengkulu. This study uses a comparative approach to qualitative research. Subjects in this study is the principal. Data collection techniques used in this research is by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that both SD discount a lot of similarities in the management of facilities and infrastructure, among others: the planning done by the principal in accordance with the regulations, infrastructure procurement droping from the government, purchases, donations from parents, and make their own, an inventory of school facilities and the infrastructure has been done with the record book in the book inventory of goods, distribution is carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure conducted regularly and incidental.

Abstract

The general purpose of the research is to describe about Innovative Learning Management by  the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teachers and students at the state Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general results of the study show that the Innovative Learning Management by the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu was suitable with the curriculum. The specific results were: 1) Planning was planned successfully; 2) organization was good; 3) Implementation was done perfectly; 4) Evaluation was done continually; 5) The problems in the innovation of English Teaching-Learning Management at Public Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu were about students’ motivation and the facilities at the school.

Abstract

The problem of this research to know inovative atitude and transformational leadership style to creative teacher Senior high vocational school one Ketahun 42 teachers.Sample taken by tecnic correlation counted 42 sampel. This research is analysed with descriptive statistic technique and inferensial to know the direct influence and indirect influence between variabel tested with band analysis. Result of the research  show: (1) They are positive direct  of inovative atitude and to creative teacher (2) They are direct positive influence between transformational leadership trough the teacher creativity of senior high school vokasional one Ketahun (3 They are direct positive between inovative atitude and transformational as together toward the teacher of Senior high school  vocational one Ketahun teachers.

Abstract

The Objektive of this resears is to know the influence of headmasters leadership and organization culture foward teacher is performance at Junior High School in Subdistrik of manna City.The method of this research was qualitative to prone hyphothesis with statistical analiysis. The subjects of this study were teacher of Junior High School in Subdistrict of Manna City. The data ware taken by distributing questionnaire. Then data analysis used quantitative. The result of this study showed that (1) there was a significant corelation between headmaster’s leadership and teacher’s perfomance   (2) there was a significant  correlation between organization culture and teacher’s perfomance and (3) there was a significant correlation simultaneously between headmaster’s leadership and organization culture to teacher performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe how the academic supervision of the headmaster in Senior High School number 1 Lubuklinggau. The specific problems of this research consisted of several questions, how the academic supervision of headmaster in planning, process, evaluation, and the follow up. This study used the qualitative descriptive method. The technique for collecting the data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study showed that the headmaster had done the academic supervision to the teachers by using clinical method by holding class visit, the follow up of the supervision is with make a lesson teacher team for sharing about the teachers documents and how to manage the class better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the non permanent teachers perform at SMPN 12 Ketahun of North Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative and evaluative method. From the result we can conclude that the non permanent teachers at SMPN 12 Ketahun have been able to show good performance. Non permanent teachers at SMPN 12 Ketahun have a complete teaching equipments, learning program, and able to manage a class well. The results also showed that the non permanent teachers performance in assesment is already good. Eight teachers can be categorized as excellent performance since the eight non permanent teachers have been able to compile a syllabus, make lesson plans, implement the learning activites and conduct learning evaluation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the planning of school strategies in improving the teachers’ performance. The subject of this research was the principal and teachers in Public Junior High School 1 Ketahun North Bengkulu. The method of this study was a descriptive qualitative. The data collecting technique was by interview, observation and documentation. The result of this research showed that: 1) The vision and mision team formuled by the environment considering; 2) The arrangement planning used by the several analysis; 3) the school applied the dicipline, good teachers administration and teachers partisipation; 4) The school improved the human resource development by completing the equipment and information technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe management of teaching and learning English to improve writing skill of student at Junior High School 4 of Bengkulu City. The data collected by using instrument such as observation, interview and documentation The result of the research shows that firstly teacher prepares lesson plan based on the syllabus of curriculum 2013. Secondly, teacher implements learning activity to improve writing skill uses scientific approach and discovery learning model. Teacher uses Learning process integrated to other skill such as speaking and reading comprehension, also supporting skill such as grammar and vocabulary. Teacher also improves students’ vocabulary by making a mini dictionary in every meeting, gives motivation and clear instruction about social function, generic structure and language features of a functional text.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what activities are carried out in vocational High School Education Number three South Bengkulu manage educational facilities and infrastructure of the school, ranging from planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and remove the facilities and infrastructure in schools. In conducting this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Data for this study were collected through a series of observation, interviews and documentation. The study concluded that vocational secondary schools number three South Bengkulu has been managing the facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the principles of management in general. Elimination of the educational facilities formed on procedures considered complicated and afraid to risk.

Abstract

The general purpose of the research is to describe about the role of leadership in improving english teacher performances. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principal, english teachers at Junior High Shool Number 2 of South Bengkulu. The techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general result of the study show that the role of school principal in increasing english teacher capability was run well. The specific results were: The process of teaching and learning process by the english teacher was done perfectly, the english teacher competence was increased, the quality of  english teacher work was done continually.
