Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk dan mengetahui kelayakan media powerpoint interaktif berbasis android untuk melatihkan literasi ICT siswa SMA pada materi gelombang cahaya. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3D yaitu define, design, dan development. Pada tahap define dilakukan studi literatur, perancangan  instrumen untuk tahap define,  analisis  RPP, analisis media pembelajaran powerpoint, dan analisis kebutuhan awal pengembangan. Tahap  design  terdiri dari rancangan desain media interaktif dan rancangan instrumen untuk mengevaluasi media interaktif. Tahap development terdiri daripengembangan instrumen untuk mengevaluasi media interaktif, validasi ahli terhadap produk serta revisi berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji keterbacaan  produk. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli pada 8 aspek media interaktif  diperoleh ; 1)persentase skor rata-rata pada aspek isi/materi adalah 84,37% dengan interpretasi sangat layak, 2) aspek interaksi pengguna sebesar 87,50% dengan interpretasi sangat layak, 3) aspek individual/mandiri sebesar 100%  dengan interpretasi sangat layak, 4) aspek umpan balik sebesar 87,50%  dengan interpretasi sangat layak, 5) aspek tipografi sebesar 75% dengan interpretasi layak, 6) aspek layout sebesar 81,25% dengan interpretasi sangat layak, 7) aspek bahasa sebesar 84,37% dengan interpretasi sangat layak, dan 8) aspek literasi ict sebesar 85,23% dengan interpretasi sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 84,64% dengan interpretasi sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji keterbacaan produk oleh guru dan siswa pada 7 aspek yaitu ; 1) aspek isi/materi, 2) aspek interaksi pengguna,  3) aspek individual/mandiri, 4) aspek umpan balik, 5) aspek tipografi, 6) aspek layout, dan 7) aspek bahasa diperoleh persentase keseluruhan skor rata-rata oleh guru sebesar 93,75% dengan interpretasi sangat layak dan oleh siswa sebesar 85,25% dengan interpretasi sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media interaktif  yang dikembangkan “sangat layak” untuk dilanjutkan  pada tahap uji coba lapangan.Kata kunci: Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Powerpoint, Media Interaktif, Literasi ICT, Gelombang Cahaya ABSTRACTThis research and development aim to produce products and determine the feasibility of interactive PowerPoint media based on Android to train high school students' ICT literacy on lightwave material. The development model used in this research is a 4D development model which is modified into 3D, namely define, design, and development. At the define stage, literature study, instrument design for the define stage, RPP analysis, PowerPoint learning media analysis, and initial needs analysis were carried out. The design phase consists of interactive media design and instrument design to evaluate interactive media. The development stage consists of developing instruments to evaluate interactive media, expert validation of the product and revisions based on the results of expert validation, and product readability tests. Based on the results of expert validation on 8 aspects of interactive media obtained; 1) the percentage of the average score on the content/material aspect is 84.37% with a very decent interpretation, 2) the user interaction aspect is 87.50% with a very decent interpretation, 3) the individual/independent aspect is 100% with a very decent interpretation, 4) feedback aspect is 87.50% with a very decent interpretation, 5) typography aspect is 75% with a decent interpretation, 6) layout aspect is 81.25% with a very decent interpretation, 7) language aspect is 84.37% with a very decent interpretation, and 8) ICT literacy aspect of 85.23% with a very decent interpretation. Based on these results obtained an overall average value of 84.64% with a very feasible interpretation. Based on the results of the product readability test by teachers and students on 7 aspects, namely; 1) content/material aspects, 2) user interaction aspects, 3) individual/independent aspects, 4) feedback aspects, 5) typographical aspects, 6) layout aspects, and 7) language aspects, the percentage of the overall average score obtained by the teacher by 93.75% with a very proper interpretation and by students by 85.25% with a very proper interpretation. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the interactive media developed is "very feasible" to be continued at the field trial stage.Keywords: Research and Development, PowerPoint, Interactive Media, ICT Literacy, Light Wave

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran terpadu dapat dikaitkan dengan tema yang menrik dan kontekstual. Proses pembelajaran terpadu dapat menghasilkan motivasi belajar. Bedasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara guru IPA di SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu yaitu pembelajaran IPA belum diajarkan secara terpadu. Oleh karena itu perlu suatu implementasi model pembelajaran yang mampu mengaitkan konsep IPA melalui tema-tema yang menarik yaitu model pembelajaran IPA terpadu tipe webbed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan penguasaan konsep siswa SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu tipe webbed pada konsep pelangi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi antara motivasi belajar dan penguasaan konsep yaitu 0,001 dan koefisien kerelasi yaitu 0,62 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel dengan derajat hubungannya yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan penguasaan konsep siswa SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu tipe webbed pada konsep pelangi dengan kategori tinggi. Kata kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Penguasaan Konsep, Webbed ABSTRACT Integrated learning can be linked to interesting and contextual themes. The integrated learning process can produce learning motivation. Based on the results of observations and interviews with science teachers in Junior High School 9 Bengkulu, science learning has not been taught in an integrated manner. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a learning model that is able to link science concepts through interesting themes, namely the webbed type integrated science learning model. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and students’ mastery of concepts in Junior High School 9 Bengkulu in webbed type integrated science learning on the rainbow concept. The method in this research is pre-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest design. The results of data analysis show that the significance value between learning motivation and mastery of concepts is 0, 001 and the correlation coefficient is 0.62, which means that there is a significant relationship between the two variables with a high degree of relationship. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and students’ mastery of concepts in Junior High School 9 Bengkulu in webbed type integrated science learning on the rainbow concept with a high category. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-LKPD berbasis discovery learning berbantuan virtual laboratory PhET pada materi kalor untuk SMP kelas VII. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) model 4-D, dengan pembatasan isi pada tahap develop yaitu uji penggunaan produk secara terbatas oleh peserta didik, sedangkan tahap disseminate yaitu penyebaran hasil penelitian yang dipublikasi dalam jurnal ilmiah dan sosial media berupa link. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan angket yang diberikan kepada guru dan peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi ahli dan angket respon peserta didik untuk mengetahui kelayakan serta respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD yang dikembangkan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Validasi produk E-LKPD dilakukan oleh 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media dan 2 praktisi. Uji penggunaan E-LKPD dilakukan di SMPN 1 Kota Bengkulu dengan subyek penelitian yang terdiri dari 20 peserta didik kelas VII. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar 0,97 dalam kategori validitas tinggi. Sedangkan respon peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar E-LKPD diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 94,32% dalam kategori sangat baik. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak oleh tim ahli dan mendapat respon positif dari peserta didik untuk dilanjutkan dalam uji coba skala luas untuk melihat efektivitas produk. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce an E-LKPD based on discovery learning assisted by a virtual laboratory PhET on heat material for VII grade of Junior High School (SMP). The research’s type applied is a 4-D model of Research and Development, with content restrictions at the develop stage, namely testing the use of products on a limited basis by students, while the disseminate stage is the dissemination of research results published in scientific journals and social media in the form of links. Data collection techniques used were in the form of interviews and questionnaires given to teachers and students. The instrument for data collection were experts’ validation sheets and students’ response questionnaires to determine the feasibility and also student responses to the developed E-LKPD. The data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. E-LKPD product validation was carried out by 2 material experts, 2 media experts and 2 practitioners. The test on the use of E-LKPD was carried out at SMPN 1 Bengkulu City with research subjects consisting of 20 students from VII grade. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the developed E-LKPD has obtained an average rating of 0.97 in the high validity category. Meanwhile, the students' responses to the E-LKPD teaching materials obtained an average percentage of 94.32% in the very good category. The conclusions of the results in this study have indicated that the developed E-LKPD was declared feasible by a team of experts and have received a positive response from students to be continued in a large-scale trial to evaluate the effectiveness of the product. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku saku kura-kura Sumatera yang layak dan baik untuk peserta didik. Pengambilan data kura kura Sumatera dilakukan di area konservasi kura kura Universitas Bengkulu dan sumber belajar ilmu hayati (SBIH). Media pembelajaran buku saku yang disusun terkait Kompetensi dasar (KD) 3.2 Mengklasifikasikan makhluk hidup dan benda berdasarkan karakteristik yang diamati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat 10 spesies kura kura Sumatera hasil dari klasifikasi dan karakteristik yaitu: Kura Batok/ (Caura amboinensis), Kura Duri/ (Heosemysspinosa), Kura Ceper/ (Notochelys platyota), Kura pipi putih/(Siebenrockiella crassiocollis), Kura Baning Coklat/ (Manouria emy)s, Kura Daun/ (Cyclemys dentata), Kura Byuku/ (Orlitia borneensis), Kura Raksasa Cantor/ (Pelochelys cantorii), Labi hutan/ (Dogania subplana), Labi Bulus/ (Amyda cartilagenia). Uji kelayakan media pembelajaran berupa buku saku ini di dilakukan oleh validator ahli materi dan ahli media, ahli validator materi menilai sangat valid (0,87%) dan ahli validator media menilai sangat valid (0,9,5). Dengan uji keterbacaan terhadap 11 peserta didik di SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut, media pembelajaran buku saku yang dikembangkan ini sangat valid. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a suitable and good Sumatran tortoise pocket book product for students. Data collection for Sumatran tortoises was carried out at the Bengkulu University turtle conservation area and life science learning resource (SBIH). Pocket book learning media arranged related (KD) 3.2 Classifying living things and objects based on the observed characteristics. The feasibility test of the learning media in the form of a pocket book was carried out by material expert validators and media experts, material validator experts rated it very valid (0.87%) and media validator experts rated it very valid (0.9,5). With a readability test on 11 students at SMPN 13 Bengkulu City. Based on the validation results, the developed pocket book learning media is very valid. Abstract

ABSTRAK Metode Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap bahan ajar Handout berbasis model pembelajaran kontekstual dan kooperatif (KOKO) pada materi sistem organisasi kehidupan. Model analisis kebutuhan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan membagikan lembar instrumen angket kebutuhan kepada siswa kelas VII dan kepada guru IPA SMPN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Selanjutnya menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangaan terhadap bahan ajar Handout materi Sistem Organisasi Kehidupan dan mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan pengembangan Handout materi ajar sistem Organisasi Kehidupan berbasis pembelajaran KOKO (Kontekstual dan Kooperatif) diperoleh hasil rata-rata tanggapan 20 siswa dari kebutuhan siswa sebesar 78%. Kemudian berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan guru terhadap kebutuhan akan pengembangan bahan ajar Handout yaitu diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 90%. Kata kunci : Analisis Kebutuhan, Handout, Pembelajaran KOKO ABSTRACT This analysis aims to determine the needs of students and teachers for the Handout teaching materials based on the contextual and cooperative learning model (KOKO) on the material organization of life systems. The needs analysis model used in this study was to distribute needs questionnaires to seventh grade students and to science teachers at SMPN 1 Bengkulu City. Furthermore, analyzing the need for development of teaching materials Handout material on the Organization of Life System and publishing scientific articles in national journals. Based on the results of the needs analysis of the development of handouts for teaching materials for the Life Organization system based on KOKO (Contextual and Cooperative) learning, it was found that the average response of 20 students from student needs was 78%. Then based on the analysis of teacher needs on the need for the development of Handout teaching materials, the average result is 90%. Keywords : Handout, KOKO Learning, Needs Analysis

Abstract

Dynamic electricity material is material that requires more understanding so that the learning process can run well, in need of a media that is able to encourage and assist the student learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of teachers and students for the design of learning multimedia for the science learning process of dynamic electricity material at SMPN 29 Kaur. This study is a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach.. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique method and a sample of 32 respondents were students and science teachers. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis provided, it was found that 100% of teachers and 95% of students supported the design of learning multimedia as a learning resource for dynamic electricity material

Abstract

One form of technological development in field of education is the creation of various Android-based learning media. The purpose of this study was to develop Android-based Thermochemical (TMC) learning media assisted by Smart Apps Creator to improve student s’ learning outcomes in thermochemical material. The development in this study was carried out with a 4-D design, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the study show that TMC learning media is very feasible to use based on the validation results two validators,namely material experts and media experts. The learning media validation score by material experts was 75 in "Very Eligible" category, while the validation results by media experts were 56 in "Very Eligible" category. The results of the media feasibility assessment by students showed that they were in the "Very feasible" category with conversion value of 35.32. Student responses to the media are in the agree category with conversion value of 4.21. Student learning outcomes after using the TMC learning media also experienced an increase based on a comparison between student pretest and posttest scores. The average score of students' pretest before using TMC media was 54.46 while the average posttest score of students after using TMC media was 82.74. The results of the student pretest and posttest gain test have score of 0.62 in the "Moderate" category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Pembelajaran IPA dapat dikaitkan dengan konten etnosains. Pembelajaran dengan konten etnosains ini dapat membuat ketertarikan siswa, meningkatkan hasil belajar, serta melestarikan kearifan lokal di Bengkulu. Kearifan lokal tersebut berupa rumah adat tahan gempa yaitu Rumah Rejang yang terletak di Lebong – Bengkulu. Pada saat gempa, rumah Rejang memiliki keseimbangan dari gaya-gaya yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA konsep gaya dan kategori peningkatannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yaitu pre-eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest-postest. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa data yang didapat di lapangan dan perhitungan dengan rumus uji paired sample t-test yaitu sig 0,00 < 0,05 yang berarti pembelajaran dengan penggunaan etnosains meningkat secara signifikan. Selanjunya, peningkatan hasil belajar dengan penggunaan etnosains dilihat dari N Gain Score yaitu sebesar 0,58 yang berada pada kategori “sedang” yang berarti terdapat peningkatan yang cukup efektif sesudah penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA pada konsep gaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA konsep gaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa di SMP Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu.   Kata kunci: Konsep Gaya, Etnosains, Rumah Rejang   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after the use of etnoscience in science learning force and motion concept to increase students outcomes and the category of improvement. The method used in this study is quantitative, namely pre-eksperiment using a one group pretest-postest design. Collecting data through the instrument of learning outcomes test in the form of multiple choice aimed at 32 students in grades VII-8 in junior high school in four cities of Bengkulu. The instrument of the question has been tested for validity by three expert.then the questions were tested on 31 students (empirical validity). Criteria based on the validity index, it was found that rcount 0,579 > rtabel 0,335, then the question is valid. As for the reliability index criteria that alpha r11 0,84 > 0,70 which means the instrument is about the reliability. This study found that the instrument used to measure student learning outcomes was valid and reliable. Also, good discrimination and moderate difficulty. Furthermore, data analysis in this study is divided into 3 techniques, namely: first is descriptive analysis, second is inferential analysis, and third is N Gain. The results showed that the data obtained in the field and calculated using the paired sample t-test formula, namely sig 0,00 < 0,05, which means that learning by using ethnoscience has increased significantly. Furthermore, the increase in learning outcomes with the use of ethnoscience is seen from the n Gain Score, which is in the “medium” category, which means that there is a fairly effective increase after the use of    ethnoscience learning force and motion concept. So, the use of ethnoscience learning force and motion concept can improve students science learning outcomes at State Junior High School 04 Bengkulu city.    Keywords: Concept Force annd motion, Ethnoscience, Rejang House

Abstract

The diversity of plants that exist on the banks of the Rindu Hati River is overgrown with plants, one of which is a tree-loving plant that has an important role in the river ecosystem and has the potential to mitigate disasters. This study aims to identify Disaster Mitigation Oriented Tree-Habitus Plants on the Rindu Hati Riverbanks which can be used as teaching materials in the form of Learning Unit Books (BUP) to increase understanding of natural science concepts and disaster awareness. Determining the research location using purposive sampling technique and inventory of tree plants using the quadratic method with an area measuring 20 mx 20 m at the tree level, 10 mx 10 m at the pole level, and 5 mx 5 m at the sapling level. Found 18 plant species from 13 families with a total of 137 individuals. These plants have disaster mitigation potential with a diversity index at the tree level reaching 2.674 in the medium category, the pole level reaching 2.432 in the medium category and the sapling level reaching 1.791 in the medium category. Based on these findings, a BUP can be made which can facilitate students in learning about information on tree-loving plants as disaster mitigation.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop CPS learning media based on the Intelligent Tutoring System to improve the HOTS abilities of Science Education Students, especially on the Colligative Properties of Solutions material. The method used in this research was research and development with 4D method, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. In the definition stage, learning objectives were formulated. The design stage was carried out by designing learning media, while at the development stage, learning media were validated by media experts and material experts, the dissemination stage was carried out via YouTube and Unib e-learning. The results of the research show that the learning media validation scores by material experts and media experts were at 73 and 55 in the "Very Appropriate" category, respectively. The results of students' assessment of the feasibility of learning media were in the "Very feasible" category with conversion score of 34.94. Student responses to CPS learning media showed a mean score of 252.8 with conversion value of 4.23 in the "strongly agree" category. Student HOTS in this study was measured using pretest and posttest questions which had been prepared using HOTS indicator. Based on the evaluation results, it is known that the average student pretest score was 53.38 and the student posttest was 81.98. Meanwhile, the N-Gain value is 0.61 in the "Medium" category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the CPS learning media developed was very suitable for use in supporting the learning process and can increase the HOTS of science education students.
