Abstract

EFFECT OF ADVERSITY INTELLIGENCE TRAINING ON ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION TO STUDENT IN CLASS X SMA NEGERI 8 SURAKARTA Redydian Adhitya Nugraha G0106081 ABSTRACT Each student has the same goal which is successful in his studies. In reaching for success there are barriers that must be traversed, among them is a lazy, not conducive learning ambience, not like a particular subject, and so on. Students are required to attempt to resolve the problems encountered with regard to the barriers. The efforts undertaken this is concrete students efforts to achieve success. Someone who is able to transform obstacles into success opportunities have a higher intelligence adversitas. Individuals who have the intelligence of a high adversity is the individual who is optimistic, think and act in a timely, unable to motivate themselves, dare to take risks, and future-oriented. This research aims to determine the influence of adversity intelligence training against an accomplished student motivation in class X in SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta. This research uses the technique of matching by comparing scores between the subjects group motivation accomplished control and experimental groups. Group experiment in this study were given preferential treatment in the form of training of intelligence adversity during a meeting with twice the time 240 minutes. Training provided by the two facilitators and three cofacilitator with method presentation and video footage as well as training materials have been compiled by researchers in the module. Data retrieval is performed using the Achievement Motivation Scale with the value of the validity 0,391 to 0,844 and reliability value 0,952. Based on the hypothesis test by Independent Sample T Test obtained value t count bigger than t table (3.447> 2.035) and P values ​​less than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05) and hypotheses test by Paired Sample T Test obtained value of t count bigger than t table (3.241> 2.120) and P values ​​less than 0.05 (0.005 <0.05) so that adversity intelligence training has an influence in improving student achievement motivation in class X in SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta.     Key words: Training adversity intelligence, achievement motivation

Abstract

This literature review aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education policies from early childhood education to higher education in Indonesia. Articles were selected through a screening process from 2015-2022. The review was conducted on an online database found on Google Scholar. There were 9 articles reviewed based on the inclusion criteria. Based on the results of the literature review,   it was found that inclusive education is an innovative and strategic educational approach to expand access to education for all children with special needs at all levels of education. The inclusive education model has been supported by stakeholders, but in practice there are still various barriers that come from teachers, schools, parents, special education experts and the government. However, the evaluation of inclusive education revealed positive impacts such as increased public awareness and understanding of inclusive education, government efforts to increase the number of educators and improve their quality, and improved accessibility of public facilities for people with disabilities. Recommendations are also provided, especially regarding regulations governing the improvement of educators' competencies, socialization for subject teachers, community support and arrangements for funding the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mahasiswa tunanetra dan tunarungu di kelas inklusif perguruan tinggi (PT) memiliki berbagai permasalahan. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan pada mahasiswa disabilitas Program Studi Pendidikan Luar Biasa Universitas Sebelas Maret (Prodi PLB UNS) penempuh mata kuliah Metode Penelitian, ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa tunanetra dan tunarungu mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep dasar dalam mata kuliah Metode Penelitian. Mahasiswa tunanetra dan tunarungu membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhannya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis android berupa aplikasi Quanti-R, sebagai teknologi bantu bagi mahasiswa tunanetra dan tunarungu. Aplikasi Quanti-R berisi materi, video, dan kuis terkait materi rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dalam mata kuliah Metode Penelitian, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini mengikuti model Research & Development (R&D), dengan langkah penelitian meliputi 1) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kebutuhan; 2) melakukan penilaian kebutuhan; 3) menganalisis data penilaian kebutuhan; 4) mengembangkan prototipe; 5) validasi produk dengan ahli dan pengguna; dan 6) revisi produk. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 validator ahli mencakup ahli dalam ketunanetraan, ketunarunguan, metode penelitian, media pembelajaran, dan bahasa; serta 7 pengguna, yaitu 1 mahasiswa tunanetra dan 6 mahasiswa tunarungu. Instrumen validasi yang digunakan terdiri dari instrumen penilaian ahli dan evaluasi pengguna. Validasi dilanjutkan dengan diskusi kelompok terarah pada para ahli dan pengguna. Berdasarkan penghitungan CVI, hasil validasi ahli bergerak antara 0,8 hingga 1, sementara hasil validasi pengguna bergerak antara 0,86 hingga 1. Dengan demikian, aplikasi Quanti-R dianggap valid, baik oleh ahli maupun pengguna sebagai media pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa tunanetra dan tunarungu dalam mata kuliah Metode Penelitian. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang inklusif dan inovatif yang mendukung pembelajaran mahasiswa disabilitas di kelas inklusif.

Abstract

Keberadaan jurnal ilmiah tidak hanya sebagai media komunikasi dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan wujud pertanggungjawaban peneliti, namun juga sebagai representasi dan eksistensi dari institusi akademik atau organisasi profesi yang menerbitkannya. Untuk itu kualitas jurnal perlu menjadi perhatian utama agar mampu bersaing dalam dunia publikasi ilmiah, tak terkecuali Journal of Disability yang diterbitkan Pusat Studi Difabilitas LPPM UNS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weaknesses), kesempatan (opportunity), dan ancaman (threats) yang dimiliki Journal of Disability dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing jurnal dalam kancah nasional dan internasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui Analisis SWOT. Pengumpulan data dengan cara dokumentasi dan wawancara pada tiga orang perintis dan pengelola jurnal. Pengolahan data dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan hasil analisis disajikan dalam Matrik SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan JoD masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan dari segi manajemen dan substansinya. Namun di sisi lain, JoD memiliki kekuatan dan potensi untuk berkembang. Untuk itu, penguatan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan jurnal menjadi langkah utama dan strategis dalam upaya meningkatkan potensi Journal of Disability agar mampu bersaing dengan jurnal-jurnal lain yang memiliki scope yang relatif sama dan telah terindex, baik nasional maupun internasional.
