Abstract

The use of technology automatically makes it easy to convey information. In this research, the use of technology can be done by using interactive animation to convey knowledge about ASEAN countries. The problem is that conventional methods are still used, namely only using books as a way of delivering learning material. Therefore, a learning medium is made using interactive animation, as a support in the delivery of learning material so that students are more enthusiastic about learning. The purpose of making this learning media is to help students get to know more deeply about ASEAN countries developed with Adobe Flash Professional CC 2015. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method with six stages, namely: Concept, Design. (Design), Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The result of this research is an application to introduce ASEAN countries which is equipped with materials, games, videos and quizzes to train students' abilities. Keywords: ASEAN, Interactive Animation, History, MDLC Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi secara otomatis memberi kemudahan dalam penyampaian sebuah informasi. Dalam penelitian ini pemanfaatan teknologi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan animasi interaktif untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan tentang negara-negara ASEAN. Permasalahan yang ada adalah masih digunakan metode konvensional yaitu hanya menggunakan buku sebagai salah satu cara penyampaian materi pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, di buatlah suatu media pembelajaran dengan mengunakan animasi interaktif, sebagai pendukung dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran agar siswa lebih semangat untuk belajar. Tujuan dari pembuatan media pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu siswa lebih mengenal secara dalam mengenai negara-negara ASEAN yang dikembangkan dengan Adobe Flash Profesional CC 2015. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dengan enam tahapan yaitu: Konsep (Concept), Perancangan (Design), Pengumpulan Bahan (Material Collecting), Pembuatan (Assembly), Pengujian (Testing), dan Distribusi (Distribution). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi pengenalan negara-negara ASEAN yang dilengkapi dengan materi, permainan, video dan kuis untuk melatih kemampuan siswa. Abstract

Abstract School administration payments as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process, administrative payments that are still manual must be supported by a computerized system. The research method I use is a data collection technique consisting of observation, interviews and literature study, while the software development method is the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of software requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and support. The author builds a school administration payment information system using the Java NetBeans IDE 8.1 programming language. By building a computerized system, it is hoped that it will be able to produce more precise and accurate information to help minimize errors. Information systems can run well with the support of technology, work procedures and good human resources Keywords: Information System, Payment, Waterfall Abstrak Pembayaran administrasi sekolah sebagai sarana penunjang berjalannya proses belajar – mengajar, pembayaran administrasi yang masih manual harus didukung dengan system yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu teknik dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka sedangkan metode pengembangan software adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall terdiri dari analisis untuk kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi pembayaran administrasi sekolah menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan membangun sistem terkomputerisasi diharapkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat guna membantu meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan. Sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan dukungan teknologi, prosedur kerja dan sumber daya manusia yang baik. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pembayaran, Waterfall

Abstract

The use of technology in companies can encourage performance and ease in evaluating employee performance. The performance monitoring mechanism that still uses a manual system, usually the HRD section receives the progress of the employee's work based on the recording in a spreadsheet such as excell. An excel file containing job updates for each employee becomes a reference as a monitoring parameter for employee work. This makes the work difficult to monitor so that HRD and Directors can find it difficult to assess employee performance. The development of the selected monitoring system is based on the website. With a website-based system, it can make the monitoring process effective and efficient because each employee can directly enter the work process he does directly into the system, and the HRD department can monitor the completion of employee work in real time, thus the Director can assess employee performance more objectively. and with the system as well as the performance monitoring report produced, it can minimize human errors..   Keywords: ODOO, ERP, Monitoring, Performance, SCRUM.   Abstrak   Penggunaan teknologi pada perusahaan dapat mendorong kinerja dan kemudahan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan. Mekanisme monitoring kinerja yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, biasanya bagian HRD  menerima progres pekerjaan karyawan berdasarkan pencatatan dalam lembar kerja spreed sheet seperti excell. File excel yang berisi update pekerjaan masing-masing karyawan menjadi acuan untuk sebagai parameter monitoring terhadap pekerjaan karyawan. Hal ini menjadikan pekerjaan sulit dimonitoring sehingga HRD dan Direktur dapat kesulitan dalam menilai kinerja karyawan. Pembangunan sistem monitoring yang dipilih bebasis website. Dengan sistem berbasis website dapat membuat proses monitoring menjadi efektif dan efisien karena setiap karyawan dapat secara langsung mengisikan proses pekerjaan yang dilakukannya secara langsung kedalam sistem, dan bagian HRD dapat memonitor penyelesaian pekerjaan karyawan secara real time, dengan demikian Direktur dapat menilai kinerja karyawan secara lebih objektif dan dengan sistem juga laporan monitoring kinerja yang dihasilkan dapat meminimalisir adanya human error.   Kata kunci: ERP, Kinerja, Monitoring, ODOO, SCRUM.

Abstract

Currently, technology can affect services in any field, both in areas such as salon services and sales of clothing products. How to plan a marketing strategy using the web based on service transaction data and products that are most often chosen by customers. Therefore, an information system for determining frequency patterns is needed using the website-based Apriori Algorithm method. The results of research on salons based on the type of beauty treatment obtained for the type of treatment with a minimum confidence = 70%, the first confidence value is 63% if the customer chooses to wash (shampoo), the customer chooses scissors, the second the confidence value is 100%, if the customer chooses to blow then chooses also cut, and the third confidence value is 86% if the customer chooses creambath then the customer chooses to cut too. Meanwhile at the shop clothes determining the frequency pattern of types of clothes with a minimum value of confidence = 70% so that the results include if a customer buys a veil, the customer buys a robe with a confidence value of 71.43% and if a customer buys khimar then the customer will also buy a robe with a confidence value of 78, 57%. With these results salon and clothing store owners can determine marketing strategies by providing the right product and service recommendations to customers. Keywords: Apriori Algorithm, Beauty Care, Recommendations, Sales   Abstrak Saat ini teknologi dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan dalam bidang apapun seperti jasa salon maupun penjualan produk pakaian. Bagaimana merencanakan strategi pemasaran menggunakan web berdasarkan data transaksi layanan dan produk yang paling sering dipilih oleh pelanggan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi penentuan pola frekuensi menggunakan metode Algoritma Apriori berbasis website. Hasil penelitian pada salon berdasarkan jenis perawatan kecantikan diperoleh untuk jenis perawatan dengan minimum confidence=70% yang pertama nilai confidence sebesar 63% jika pelanggan memilih cuci (keramas) maka pelanggan memilih gunting, yang kedua nilai confidence sebesar 100% jika pelanggan memilih blow maka memilih digunting juga, dan yang ketiga nilai confidence 86% jika pelanggan memilih creambath maka pelanggan memilih digunting juga. Sedangkan pada toko pakaian penentuan pola frekuensi jenis baju dengan nilai minimum confidence= 70% sehingga mendapatkan hasil diantaranya jika pelanggan membeli kerudung maka pelanggan membeli gamis dengan nilai confidence sebesar 71,43%  dan  jika  pelanggan  membeli  khimar maka pelanggan juga akan membeli gamis dengan nilai confidence sebesar 78,57%. Dengan hasil tersebut pemilik salon dan toko pakaian dapat menentukan strategi pemasaran dengan memberikan rekomendasi jasa dan produk yang tepat kepada pelanggan. Abstract

Futsal and badminton are sports enjoyed by various groups of children, adolescents and adults. Apart from the comfortable and good field conditions, the ease factor in finding sports field information can be an advantage. In the Silma Sport Center information system for storing and managing field data and members still use it in the form of notes, information for tenants must go directly to the place and book the field. In this research, a website information system was built with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The results of the research are in the form of a website by implementing Acquire that provides easy access to information, enhances good service, and retains listening to customers so that it can help Silma Sport Center in providing services for tenants.. Keywords: CRM, Rentals, Sports Field   Abstrak Futsal dan Bulutangkis merupakan olahraga di gemari berbagai kalangan anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa. Selain dari kondisi lapangan yang nyaman dan baik, faktor kemudahan dalam mencari informasi lapangan olahraga bisa menjadi sebuah keunggulan. Pada sistem informasi Silma Sport Center penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data lapangan serta member masih menggunakan berupa catatan, informasi untuk penyewa harus mendatangi langsung ketempat dan booking lapangan. Abstract

Water is the main human need in daily life. Every house has a storage container (water tank). Water that is stored for a long period of time can change the quality of the water in the water tank. Therefore, the aim of the research is to make it easier to control water in water tanks by using an Arduino-based circuit so that water storage remains clean and does not cause disease. The research uses the Prototype methodology for system development including needs analysis, system design, implementation and system testing. The Arduino-based water turbidity monitoring system is designed with a 16x2 i2c LCD module. The results of research on an Arduino-based water turbidity monitoring system make it easier to control water in water tanks. This system also helps to determine the condition of the water tank, where generally controlling water turbidity and checking water quality is still done manually.

Abstract

The research on automatic trash bins aims to create an innovative solution for maintaining environmental cleanliness by designing an Arduino-based trash bin. This automatic trash bin is expected to reduce the negative impact of a dirty environment on human health and surrounding cleanliness. The trash bin consists of two main components: hardware and software. The hardware includes an ultrasonic sensor that detects objects at a certain distance and a servo motor that operates the lid of the trash bin. The software uses Arduino IDE to control and manage the functions of the hardware. This research employs a Prototype method, which allows for better control over the design and development process. With this method, researchers can quickly iterate and make improvements based on testing results and feedback. The results show that the automatic trash bin functions as expected. When the ultrasonic sensor detects an object at a distance of 20 cm, the Arduino instructs the servo motor to automatically open the trash bin lid. Conversely, if the object is no longer detected, the lid will close again. The implementation of this Arduino-based automatic trash bin is expected to be an effective step in creating a cleane.
