Abstract

This study aims to examine digital transformation and innovation in the management of Islamic education as strategic efforts to prepare the Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing various sources related to the implementation of digital technology and managerial innovation in Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that digitalization of the Islamic Education Management Information System (SIMPI), the utilization of e-learning platforms, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) play vital roles in improving management efficiency, learning quality, and accessibility of education. Additionally, technology-based innovations that strengthen communication among stakeholders and expand educational reach especially in remote areas are essential. However, the implementation of digital transformation faces multiple challenges, such as infrastructural deficiencies, low digital literacy, and unequal access to technology in certain regions. Therefore, ongoing innovation and comprehensive strategies are required to ensure that Islamic education remains relevant, adaptive, and capable of supporting the national vision of Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045.

Abstract

The Differentiated learning is a student-centered learning that can serve as an effective strategy to foster intrapersonal intelligence, ultimately contributing to the development of high-quality human resources through education. Teachers, as facilitators, play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing students' diverse learning needs, including the cultivation of intrapersonal intelligence—an essential component in shaping individual character and personal abilities. This study aims to explore the role of teachers in implementing differentiated learning to enhance students’ intrapersonal intelligence. Utilizing a qualitative research approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis within a vocational high school setting. The findings reveal that teachers who are adept at recognizing each student's unique potential and who create adaptive, responsive learning environments significantly contribute to the development of students' self-awareness, emotional regulation, and decision-making abilities. Furthermore, effective differentiated learning strategies have been shown to inspire students to discover and maximize their potential, thereby supporting the development of human resources who are not only intellectually capable but also possess strong intrapersonal competencies. The researchers also served as facilitators in enhancing teacher competencies in the P4 Central Jakarta program for vocational high school educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning) pada bab Fikih dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Strategi ini diterapkan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan kreatif siswa dalam memahami dan memecahkan masalah yang terkait dengan materi Fikih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus yang melibatkan siklus perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMA Rabiah adawiyah yang dipilih secara purposif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada bab Fikih mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Siswa menjadi lebih terlibat dalam diskusi kelompok, mampu mengidentifikasi masalah, merumuskan solusi, dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan argumen yang logis dan berbasis hukum Islam. Selain itu, strategi ini juga berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan kemampuan mereka dalam menerapkan konsep-konsep Fikih dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru yang berperan sebagai fasilitator juga merasakan manfaat dari penerapan strategi ini, khususnya dalam mendorong interaksi dan kolaborasi antar siswa.

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan keilmuan santri. Namun, tantangan era modern menuntut adanya inovasi dalam strategi pembelajaran agar pesantren tetap relevan tanpa meninggalkan tradisi keilmuannya. Artikel ini membahas strategi pembelajaran integratif yang menggabungkan metode tradisional, seperti sorogan dan bandongan, dengan pendekatan modern berbasis teknologi dan kurikulum adaptif. Penggunaan media digital, e-learning, serta metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) menjadi pelengkap dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di pesantren. Melalui pendekatan ini, santri tidak hanya memahami ilmu agama secara mendalam tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti literasi digital, berpikir kritis, dan kolaborasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dimana data diambil dari hasil observasi,wawancara dan sumber data lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian tradisi dan modernitas dalam pembelajaran pesantren mampu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta memperkuat peran pesantren dalam membangun generasi santri yang siap menghadapi tantangan zaman tanpa kehilangan identitas keislamannya.

Abstract

The leadership model is one of the most important elements and really determines the success of Islamic education management, especially Islamic boarding schools. The right model will encourage leadership effectiveness. There are two models, namely individual leadership and collegial collective. Facts and data show that the individual model often has the potential to give rise to internal conflict and lead to the decline or even extinction of the Islamic boarding school after the founding kiai leaves, especially if the status of the institution has not been endowed and its cadres lack loyalty. The collegial collective leadership model at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG) Ponorogo has proven to be effective in enhancing educational quality based on the values, structure, and culture of the pesantren. This study aims to examine the innovative strategies implemented by Gontor in improving educational quality through a systematic and sustainable collaborative leadership approach. The findings reveal that collective leadership—characterized by the principles of devolution of power, empowerment, shared decision-making, and shared leadership—has fostered a strong organizational culture, high cadre loyalty, and continuity in quality management. Data collection used interview, observation and documentation techniques with descriptive qualitative methods based on literature review and primary documentation.
