Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of marine tourism objects in Pariaman City in terms of attractions, amenities, accommodation, and accessibility aspects in the period 2003-2008, 2008-2013, 2013-2018, 2018-2020. This type of research is classified as Mix Methods. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is a quantitative approach.The subjects in this study were taken using accident sampling technique. The number of subjects as many as 24 people, namely the Head of the Development of Destinations and Tourism Attractions in Kota Pariaman, managers, communities and traders around tourist objects and tourists. The results of this study are: the development of marine tourism objects in Kota Pariaman based on the aspects of tourist attractions, tourism accommodation, and tourism amenities in the period 2003-2008, 2008-2013, 2013-2018 and 2018-2020 has increased in each period. However, based on the aspect of tourism accessibility in the period 2003-2008, 2008-2013, 2013-2018, and 2018-2020, based on the condition of the road surface in good, moderate, damaged and heavily damaged conditions in each period it fluctuates.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and information about the relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes, the relationship between learning habits and learning outcomes, the relationship between learning interest and learning habits with the Geography learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam. This research uses descriptive correlation method. The study population was all students of class XI SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, totaling 120 students. The sample determined by the Proportional Random Sampling technique represents 40% of the 120 population, so the sample is 48 students. The data were analyzed using three steps, namely: (1) Descriptive analysis which aims to see the average (mean), standard deviation and percentage, and (2) Test requirements analysis in the form of normality, homogeneity and multicollinearity tests (3) inferential analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant and positive relationship between student interest in learning and learning outcomes of Geography class XI students of SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, categorized as strong with a contribution of 57.2%. (2) There is a significant and positive relationship between the students' study habits and the Geography learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, categorized as strong with a contribution of 47.0%. (4) There is a significant and positive relationship between students' interest and study habits with the Geography learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, categorized as very strong with a contribution of 64.7%. Abstract

This study aims to find information and find out about (1) the factors that cause children to drop out of school in Mungo Village, Luak District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province. (2) The impact of dropping out of school on the lives of school dropouts. (3) Efforts to deal with the occurrence of children dropping out of school in Mungo Village. The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 55 school dropouts who were in Mungo Village. The sampling technique is the total sampling technique by taking the entire population for the sample. The data collection technique uses the questionnaire filling method. Then for the data analysis technique using the percentage descriptive formula. The results of this study indicate that (1) the factors causing children dropping out of school in Mungo Village are the lack of interest in learning (51%), economic limitations (20%), family environmental factors or broken home (4%), environmental factors. social factors (11%), school environmental factors (9%), health (3%), and young marriage factors (2%). Meanwhile, the most dominant factor is the lack of interest in children's learning. (2) The impact of dropping out of school on the child's life has positive impacts and there are negative impacts. (3) Efforts to overcome this are by establishing package schools, providing assistance and socializing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan tentang (1)Jenis prasarana pendidikan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Siantar Selatan (2)Pemetaan prasarana pendidikan di Kecamatan Siantar Selatan dan (3)Mengapa di Kelurahan Simalungun dan Kelurahan Aek Nauli tidak terdapat prasarana pendidikan SMP dan SLTA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis SIG menggunakan Buffer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey lapangan, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : (1)Jenis prasarana pendidikan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Siantar Selatan antara lain yaitu 17 PAUD/TK, 13 SD, 8 SMP dan 14 SLTA (2)Persebaran prasarana pendidikan di Kecamatan Siantar Selatan tersebar tidak merata. (3)Pada Kelurahan Simalungun dan Kelurahan Aek Nauli tidak terdapat prasarana pendidikan SMP dan SLTA dikarenakan pada Kelurahan Simalungun prasarana pendidikan SMP dan SLTA sudah termasuk dalam jangkauan Kelurahan Karo. Sedangkan pada Kelurahan Aek Nauli dikarenakan tidak tersedianya lahan kosong dan belum sesuai dengan syarat didirikannya prasarana pendidikan SMP dan SLTA dimana pada Kelurahan Aek Nauli dilalui oleh sungai besar yaitu sungai Bah Bolon. Serta terdapat kurangnya penyaluran dana anggaran pendidikan oleh pemerintah pusat kepada pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the perceptions of class XI students about teacher skills; (1) opening and closing lessons, (2) asking questions, (3) giving reinforcement, (4) managing classes, (5) variations (methods), (6) explaining material, and (7) guiding groups. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants were 6 students who were determined using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display, and data verification. The findings of the study showed: (1) the perceptions of class XI IS students at SMAN 1 Koto XI Tarusan in opening and closing lessons, students were happy with the way the teacher did, (2) students' questioning skills, if no students asked then the teacher continued the lesson, (3) teaching skills in providing reinforcement, the teacher providing reinforcement, (4) teaching skills in managing the class that the teacher does as well as possible, (5) skills in making variations, the teacher uses media in the form of printed books and Geography LKS, (6) teaching skills in explaining the lesson that the teacher explains the lesson orally and in writing, (7) teaching skills in guiding small group discussions the teacher has carried out the task well, the teacher focuses students on the discussion theme.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe (1) geography learning activities in class XI students with specialization groups and cross-interest groups at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, (2) differences in student geography learning activities between class XI specialization groups and cross-interest groups at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris . This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using observation sheets. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Independent Sample T-Test. The results of the study showed: (1) the geography learning activities of class XI specialization group students were in the medium category (67.05%) and the geography learning activities for class XI the cross-interest group were in the high category (70.26%), (2) the level of activity specialization group learning is lower than the cross-interest group and shows a sig value of 0.404. This means that there is no significant difference in Geography learning activities between class XI students in the specialization group with cross-interest groups at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is a positive and significant influence of academic self-efficacy on the learning outcomes of geography phase F of SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The location of the study was at SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The research period was April 22 to May 22. The population in this study were students of phase F who taught geography subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The number of samples was 97 people using the total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, surveys, and documentation records. The data analysis procedure technique in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, normality tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that 1) There is a significant relationship between academic self-efficacy and student learning outcomses at phase F of SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti, Pesisir Selatan Regency as indicated by a significant correlation level value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This means that the academic self-efficacy variable has an effect on the learning outcome variable. 2) The academic self-efficacy of students in phase F of SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti Pesisir Selatan as a whole is in the low classification, which can be seen from the pie chart and the academic self- efficacy percentage table. 3) The learning outcomes of students in phase F of SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti as a whole are in the context of the less group, based on the calculation of the pie chart and the Learning Outcome Criteria (KKTP) table set by the school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat pengaruh hasil belajar dengan metode kontekstual (CTL). Penelitian ini penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian kelas X yang terdaftar TP 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Hasil uji normalitas pre_test Asiymp. Sig(2-Tailed)=0,148>0,05 dan 0,154>0,05. Hasil pre_test uji homogenitas=0,590>0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti “ada pengaruh metode kontekstual (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi” dilihat dari nilai T hitung sebesar = 4,126 dan T tabel sebesar =2,048 dengan taraf signifikan ? 0,05 dan n = 30 – 1 = 29. Berdasarkan hal di atas nilai T hitung=4,126>2,048 T tabel. Karena nilai koefisien regresi bernilai positif (+) yaitu 0,386 maka bisa disimpulka metode kontekstual (CTL) (X) berpengaruh positif pada hasil belajar (Y).

Abstract

The development of human life in the 21st century requires teachers to be more creative in designing learning that is more interesting, challenging and impressive. Interesting learning is learning that is presented with the teacher's brilliant ideas in the form of methods, media and learning resources. Challenging learning can be defined as learning that is able to develop students' reasoning, critical thinking and analytical skills. Meanwhile, impressive learning is learning that is framed by example, character and universal human values. The GEOSMART approach was developed as an alternative solution to the problem of Geography learning which is still teacher-centred, has minimal student involvement and limited use of technology. There are five elements in the GEOSMART approach, namely, 1) scientific, 2) measurable, 3) applicable, 4) reasoning and 5) technology. Development is carried out using the Plomp model. The results of validation by experts show that the development product is in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the practicality test results show that the development product is in the very practical category. The results of effectiveness tests based on the results of experimental research in seven schools in West Sumatra show that the GeoSMART approach can improve student learning outcomes, especially student involvement in learning and critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi taman wisata di lihat dari atraksi wisata, amenitas, aksesibilitas dan potensi tapak Taman Wisata Aroma Pecco di Kecamatan Kayu Aro Barat Kabupaten Kerinci. Jenis penelitian yakni deskriptif kualitatif.Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Desa Bento, staff dari Dinas Pemuda Olahraga Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kerinci dan pengunjung Taman Wisata.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan matching (pencocokan). Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) atraksi wisata sebagian besar masih mengandalkan dari alam 2) Amenitas masih kurang 3) Aksesibilitas mudah di jangkau 4) Potensi tapak taman wisata yaitu flying fox, rumah pohon, bola air, tempat bersepeda, tempat pemancingan, warung/rumah makan, toko souvenir, toko makanan khas daerah, pusat pemantau, tempat sewa sepeda, dan nama taman.
