Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk  Membuat produk model pengembangan alat bantu Air Barrel Infatable Roller di I Can Gymnastics Club  agar dapat digunakan oleh atlet senam Artistik sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan gerak pada alat lantai dan skill gerak lanjutan, membuat produk model pengembangan alat bantu Air Barrel Infatable Roller di I Can Gymnastics Club dapat digunakan dalam latihan bagi atlet senam Artistik Membuat produk model pengembangan alat bantu biasanya menggunakan  busa didalamnya yang sangat berat menjadi alat bantu Air Barrel Infatable Roller yang sangat ringan dan mudah dibawa kemana saja dapat digunakan untuk rekreasional tahapan untuk dasar fundamental anak-anak terutama pada club. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research  and Development. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat bantu Air Barrel Infatable Roller sangat membantu atlet senam artistik di I Can Gymnastics. Kesimpulan bahwa produk pengembangan alat bantu Air Barrel Infatable Roller dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak bagi atlet senam artistik baik putra maupun putri.   Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Alat Bantu, Air Barrel Infatable Roller, Senam Artistik.   ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study is to create a product model for developing Air Barrel Infatable Roller aids at I Can Gymnastics Club so that they can be used by Artistic Gymnastics athletes as an effort to improve movement skills on floor equipment and advanced movement skills, create a product model for developing Air Barrel Infatable Roller aids at I Can Gymnastics Club that can be used in training for Artistic Gymnastics athletes. Creating a product model for developing aids usually uses foam inside which is very heavy into an Air Barrel Infatable Roller aid that is very light and easy to carry anywhere can be used for recreational stages for children's fundamental basics, especially in clubs. This study uses the Research and Development method. The results of the study indicate that the Air Barrel Infatable Roller aid is very helpful for artistic gymnastics athletes at I Can Gymnastics. The conclusion is that the product development of the Air Barrel Infatable Roller aid can be used to improve movement skills for both male and female artistic gymnastics athletes. Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak indeks massa tubuh terhadap Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah atlet POPB yang berjumlah 39 orang. Dan rencananya penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2024. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan terbalik antara Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai r= -0.559 dengan P>0.05. Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan terbalik antara IMT dengan FMS. semakin tinggi IMT maka FMS nya semakin rendah.   Kata Kunci: Indeks Massa Tubuh, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Pencegahan Cedera   ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of body mass index on Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The research method used was survey research. The population of this study was 39 POPB athletes. And the plan is that this study will be conducted in May-June 2024. The results of this study indicate that there is an inverse relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This is indicated by the value of r = -0.559 with P> 0.05. In conclusion, there is an inverse relationship between BMI and FMS. the higher the BMI, the lower the FMS. Keywords: Body Mass Index, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Injury Prevention
