Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of education, training and work performance on the career development of kindergarten teachers in Lasem District, Rembang Regency, both partially and together. The formulation of the problem in this study is how education, training, and work performance towards the career development of kindergarten teachers in Lasem District, Rembang Regency. The type of data in this study is subject data. The source of data in this study is primary data. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The test instruments used by researchers are the reliability and validity tests. This study took a population of all kindergarten teachers in Lasem District with a total of 120 teachers. The number of samples in this study were 120 people and using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that; (1) Education does not have a significant positive effect on career development, (2) Training has no significant positive effect on career development, (3) Work performance has a significant positive effect on career development, (4) Education, training, and work performance simultaneously has a positive positive effect significant. The results of the determination test (Adjusted R2) showed a value of 0.891 which means that the variables of education, training, and work performance could explain the career development variable of 89.1%. The remaining 10.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Keywords : Education, Training, Job Performance, Career Development

Abstract

Research with the title of Efforts to Optimize the Utilization of Local Potential through Gender Integration to Improve the Economy of Coastal Communities in Tireman Rembang Village. The village of Tireman is located along the northern coast but this does not guarantee that the quality of resources is high, this is evident in the low education of housewives. Although the education of women in the coastal areas of Rembang district is categorized as low, it does not prevent them from actively participating in the public sphere. If fish trading activities in the market are categorized as workers outside the home, it can be said that coastal women in Rembang district are more dominant than men, including in terms of meeting household economic needs.The problem of women's roles like this is not considered as the main one. Women's economic activities are considered as a complement that only helps the work of men or husbands. Economic activities for the service of coastal women, especially non-economic institutions but have proven to be very helpful in their economic development. Development of economic institutions like this can be done to the extent that women are involved because of the subject in developing such economic organizations. The participation of the government, men and outsiders in the development of women's economic organizations should only be more 'complementary'. Keywords: gender, coastal communities, economic growth

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan net profit margin dalam memprediksi kondisi financial distresss pada perusahaan di sector pertanian dan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel akhir yang diperoleh sebanyak 40 observasi. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat uji regresi linier berganda yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinieritas,  uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskeditas dan uji normalitas.  Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable current ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memprediksi financial distress, variable return on equity dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negative signifikan dalam memprediksi financial distress pada perusahaan. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan net profit margin mampu menjelaskan financial distress sebesar 70,5%, sedangkan sisanya 29,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang  belum masuk dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci    :   current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin dan financial distress.

Abstract

The development of the business world in Indonesia is currently experiencing a fairly tight competition. And this is a big challenge in the current era of global trade. Businesses that can survive are only those who are responsive in improving quality, efficient and able to anticipate market wants and needs. Therefore it is necessary for employees who have a high level of work productivity so that production can be achieved in accordance with the target. Employees are assets that play an important role in the company, so it is necessary to note the level of education, work experience and incentives that will be given to them. These three things will influence the mindset, attitude and behavior and are believed to influence their productivityThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of education, work experience and incentives on the work productivity of the production employees of CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang dried fish division. For the sample of this study were 30 people who became respondents. The data collection technique in this study was through a questionnaire. While the sampling technique uses cluster sampling and convenience sampling techniques.The variable level of education tcount is smaller than t table (0.813> 1.665) which means the level of education has no significant positive effect on work productivity, work experience of tcount is greater than ttable (3.629> 1.665) which means work experience has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, incentives tcount is greater than t table (2,535> 1,665) which means that incentives have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.Keywords: level of education, work experience, incentives, work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang dengan peningkatan kinerjanya. Kenyataan riil di masyarakat pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang terhambat karena rendahnya tingkat kinerja para karyawannya yang disebabkan banyak faktor. Sehingga penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh peningkatan kinerja terhadap pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang yang dimoderasi oleh variabel kemitraan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mendapat gambaran kongkrit bentuk dan jenis kemitraan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk peningkatan kinerja dalam pengembangan UMKM. Kriteria responden UMKM pengolah ikan di jalur pantura Kabupaten Rembang yaitu Kaliori, Rembang, Lasem, Sluke, Kragan dan Sarang. UMKM pengolah ikan yang memiliki tenaga kerja maksimal 5 orang.Uji instrumen dilakukan pada 30 responden dengan hasil semua instrumen penelitian valid dan reliable. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to prove the effect of compensation, competence and work discipline on job satisfaction of UD employees. Darma Cipta Karya Lasem both partially and together. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of compensation, competence, and work discipline on job satisfaction of UD employees. Darma Cipta Karya Lasem. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The test instruments used by researchers are the reliability and validity tests. This study takes a population of employees of UD. Darma Cipta Karya Lasem, totaling 127 people. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study showed that compensation had no significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction, competence had no significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction and work discipline had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneous test results show that compensation, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant positive effect. Determination test results showed a value of 0.163 which means that the compensation, competency, and work discipline variables were able to explain the job satisfaction variable by 16.3%. The remaining 83.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.Keywords: Compensation, Competence, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu Pendampingan Pengelolaan Dan Pengembangan Pisbol Rizquna Di Desa Punjulharjo Kecamatan Rembang. Identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, pengelolaan usaha masih sangat sederhana, pemasaran yang masih terbatas, strategi pemasaran masih terbatas dan inovasi produk masih terbatas. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan yang ada, maka sangat potensial untuk diadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan sehingga segala permasalahan yang muncul bisa diselesaikan secara baik guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat dan dalam rangka ikut serta memberdayakan ekonomi rakyat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada. Konsep kegiatan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Adapun rancangan pelatihan yang diberikan diantaranya tentang: manajemen pemasaran, manajemen usaha, manajemen keuangan. Metode pendampingan ini tim juga melaksanakan pendampingan akses pasar atau pengembangan media promosi, yang ditujukan untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan UMKM. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah adanya pengakuan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat berupa PIRT dan sertifikat halal.

Abstract

The Influence of Community Mindset Development as an Effort to Optimize the Utilization of Local Potential to Improve the Economy of Small Businesses in Gambiran Village, Pamotan District, while the expected objectives in this study are to analyze and dissect the allocation of economic resources through local potential with local potential in the rural area of Gambiran Village, Rembang Regency. Development that involves local resources and can be enjoyed by local communities is a measure of the success of a locally based economy. The increasing local-based economy does not make local residents merely spectators and observers outside the system, but involves them in the development of the economy itself. This local potential will open up local people's access to technology, markets, knowledge, capital, better management, as well as wider business relationships. Local potential in rural communities is very interesting to study where the majority of business managers are housewives whose knowledge and abilities are limited but can also contribute to the family's economic growth. Keywords: gender integration, local potential, economic improvement

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to prove the influence of organizational culture, work environment, work discipline and career development on employee work performance (Study at DINSOSPPKB Office in Rembang Regency). The type of data used in this study is subject data with primary data sources. Data collection was carried out using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires directly to respondents, namely employees. The population in this study is all employees, amounting to 55 employees and used as a sample of 55 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and data testing is performed with the assistance of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, work environment and work discipline partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance, career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, work environment, work discipline and career development simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee work performance (Study at the DINSOSPPKB office in Rembang Regency). Overall the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 72.6%, while the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Career Development and Work Achievement
