Abstract

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate how salary, motivation, and leadership style affect production staff' job satisfaction at PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke, Rembang Regency. The 98 workers that made up the manufacturing division of PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke in Rembang Regency were the population utilized in this research. ways for gathering data via a questionnaire. A saturated sample is used in the sampling procedure. techniques for multiple linear regression data analysis. The findings revealed that 1) compensation (X1) had a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount > ttable (5.247 > 1.6612); 2) motivation (X2) has a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount > ttable (4.347 > 1.6612); and 3) leadership style (X3) has no significant negative impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount (-0.674 1.6612). According to the adjusted R2 value of 0.621, differences in remuneration, motivation, and leadership style may account for 62.1% of the variance in work satisfaction among employees in the manufacturing division of PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke, Rembang Regency. While 37.9% of the explanation comes from factors outside the model.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rembang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja mereka. Demografi penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 orang pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. Untuk mewakili populasi, digunakan sampel sebanyak 47 orang. Sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, survei digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. Berdasarkan nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,556, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh gabungan dari lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi menjelaskan 55,6% dari variabilitas yang diamati pada kinerja karyawan. Sisanya, 44,4% dari kinerja karyawan disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The Regional Drinking Water Company of Rembang Regency is a Regional Owned Enterprise that provides drinking water supply facilities in Rembang Regency. Maximum service to the community regarding the availability of drinking water must be balanced with maximum work completion efforts. Therefore, this study wanted to find out how the influence of leadership and compensation on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The population is 109 employees, while the sample used is saturated sampling, because it uses all members of the population as samples. The data source uses primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study indicate that leadership has no significant positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant negative effect on employee performance. Motivation has no significant negative effect on employee performance. Motivation moderates the influence of leadership on employee performance. Motivation does not moderate the effect of compensation on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang berlokasi di Desa Pasar Banggi RT 002 RW 002 Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang mengalami masalah terkait identitas dan legalitas perusahaan. Tujuan Kuliah Kerja Usaha (KKU) adalah untuk membantu UMKM mengatasi masalah tersebut. Melalui pembuatan logo, label, pendaftaran NIB, dan pembuatan Google Maps, KKU mengidentifikasi masalah dan menerapkan program yang dirancang berdasarkan hasilnya. Hasil dari upaya ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM sekarang memiliki logo, label, NIB, dan terdaftar di Google Maps. Ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan daya saing dan profesionalitas bisnis. Program ini membantu usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengatasi masalah identitas dan legalitas.

Abstract

Government institutions such as the Office of the Ministry of Religion must be able to serve the community, especially in the field of religion. The success of this government institution cannot be separated from the role of its employees, namely employee performance. This research was conducted to demonstrate the effects of motivation, work stress and organisational culture on performance of workers at Rembang Regency's Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. In this study, 55 employees of the Rembang Religious Office were involved. Sample: This study used a saturated sample, totalling 55 respondents. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The study has findings: the motivation variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance; the work stress variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance; and the organisational culture variable has a significant influence on employee performance. The determination of variability in the dependent variable, employee performance, can be partially explained by the independent variables, namely motivation, job stress, and organisational culture. Additional independent variables that are not explained in this study, account for 53.8%. These results suggest that the performance of the employees is quite good, but needs to be improved. This finding is expected to be a consideration for related parties in organising internal management so that it can attain the goals that are set.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of entrepreneurial motivation organizational culture, and skills training on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Gedongmulyo Village. The analysis applies multiple linear regression methods. Data were gathered using surveys distributed to 50 MSME respondents in the area. Results reveal that entrepreneurial drive has a notable positive impact on the performance of MSME operators in Gedongmulyo Village. In contrast, organizational culture shows a significant negative (inverse) influence on their performance. Furthermore, skills training is identified as having a meaningful positive effect on MSME operators' performance. Together, entrepreneurial drive, organizational culture, and skills training explain 69% of the variability in MSME performance, with the remaining 31% attributed to other unexplored factors

Tujuan dari penelitian pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi di BPPKAD Kabupaten Rembang ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi di BPPKAD Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini diharapkan diharapkan dapat dijadikan masukan bagi pengembangan dalam bidang sumber daya manusia, yang berkaitan dengan beban kerja, stres kerja, kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi sebagi variabel intervening. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at the An Nawawiyyah Tasikagung Rembang Education Foundation. This study has a population of teachers at the An Nawawiyyah Tasikagung Rembang Education Foundation. The sampling technique uses saturated sample probability. The number of research respondents is forty. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to conduct this analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership and work discipline have a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, but are not significant. The motivation variable has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The Adjusted R Square value of this study is 0.465, or 46.5%, which indicates that the variability of the dependent variable, namely teacher performance, can be explained by independent variables such as leadership, motivation, and work discipline. Other independent variables, which are not explained in this study, cover 53.5% of the total variability

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of motivation, environment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees of PT Astra Motor Rembang 1, Rembang District, Rembang Regency. This study has a population of employees of PT Astra Motor Rembang 1, Rembang Regency. The sampling technique uses saturated probability sampling. This study involved 42 respondents. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that factors such as motivation, work environment, and negative job satisfaction were not significant to employees' desire to leave the company PT Astra Motor Rembang 1, Rembang Regency. The Adjusted R Square value of this study is 0.508, or 50.8 percent, which indicates that the variability of the dependent variable, exchange intention, can be explained by the independent variables, namely motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction, by 50.8 percent. Other independent variables, which are not explained in this study, contribute 49.2 percent.
