Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah serta membuktikan pengaruh pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. BPR BKK Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang. Karyawan sebagai aset penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan organisasi, sedangkan turnover intention menggambarkan sejauh mana seseorang memiliki keinginan secara sukarela mengakhiri masa jabatannya, yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitas operasional perusahaan. Menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. BPR BKK Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,508, yang mengindikasikan bahwa 50,8% variasi perubahan turnover intention dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Analisis parsial melalui uji t mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan kompensasi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi PT. BPR BKK Lasem dalam upaya mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan serta mengurangi potensi terjadinya turnover intention.

Abstract

Astra Rembang Motorcycle Dealer is a retail sales company engaged in the field of motorcycle sales and service (workshop) that specifically serves Astra Honda products. Astra Motorcycle Dealer is an official Honda dealer located at Jl. Dr. Wahidin No. 2B, Rembangan, Tasikagung, Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The Astra Rembang Motorcycle Dealer not only functions as a place to sell vehicles, but can also service motorcycles with all kinds of problems, from minor problems such as oil changes or even serious damage such as engine failure. Problems at the Astra Rembang 2 Motorcycle Dealer relate to the conditions of the employee's work environment. The performance of Astra Rembang 2 Motorcycle Dealer employees in Rembang District was analyzed for the influence of the work environment, work motivation and compensation. The approach used is quantitative. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique from a population of 35 employees. Analysis of data obtained through questionnaires, which measure work environment indicators, work motivation, compensation and employee performance, was carried out using multiple linear regression. It can be concluded that the work environment significantly improves the performance of Astra Rembang 2 Motorcycle Dealer employees, Rembang District. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant influence on the performance of employees at the Astra Rembang 2 Motorcycle Dealer, Rembang District, while employee performance is negatively and significantly influenced by compensation. Partially, as much as 46.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. So, increasing these three variables will strengthen the performance of Astra Rembang 2 Motorcycle Dealer employees, Rembang District.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of internal communication, organizational culture, and loyalty on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Banyumili, Rembang Regency. The study used a quantitative survey-based method involving 90 employees as respondents. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 47 statement items covering four variables. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regressions, supplemented by instrument testing and general assumption testing to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study revealed that internal communication significantly influences employee performance, indicating that a clear flow of information and effective communication patterns support improved work quality. Organizational culture was also proven to have a positive and significant impact, so that ingrained values, rules, and work ethics are able to shape employee attitudes and work actions optimally. Meanwhile, loyalty has a positive, although not significant effect on performance. The R-square value of 0.488 provides evidence that the three variables together explain 48.8% of the difference in employee performance. This study recommends improving communication systems, strengthening organizational culture, and loyalty development strategies to improve employee performance sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Rembang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 38 karyawan, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh di mana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup indikator motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, work life balance dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 64,1% variasi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan work life balance akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
