Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang berlokasi di Desa Pasar Banggi RT 002 RW 002 Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang mengalami masalah terkait identitas dan legalitas perusahaan. Tujuan Kuliah Kerja Usaha (KKU) adalah untuk membantu UMKM mengatasi masalah tersebut. Melalui pembuatan logo, label, pendaftaran NIB, dan pembuatan Google Maps, KKU mengidentifikasi masalah dan menerapkan program yang dirancang berdasarkan hasilnya. Hasil dari upaya ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM sekarang memiliki logo, label, NIB, dan terdaftar di Google Maps. Ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan daya saing dan profesionalitas bisnis. Program ini membantu usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengatasi masalah identitas dan legalitas.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at the An Nawawiyyah Tasikagung Rembang Education Foundation. This study has a population of teachers at the An Nawawiyyah Tasikagung Rembang Education Foundation. The sampling technique uses saturated sample probability. The number of research respondents is forty. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to conduct this analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership and work discipline have a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, but are not significant. The motivation variable has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The Adjusted R Square value of this study is 0.465, or 46.5%, which indicates that the variability of the dependent variable, namely teacher performance, can be explained by independent variables such as leadership, motivation, and work discipline. Other independent variables, which are not explained in this study, cover 53.5% of the total variability

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of motivation, environment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees of PT Astra Motor Rembang 1, Rembang District, Rembang Regency. This study has a population of employees of PT Astra Motor Rembang 1, Rembang Regency. The sampling technique uses saturated probability sampling. This study involved 42 respondents. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that factors such as motivation, work environment, and negative job satisfaction were not significant to employees' desire to leave the company PT Astra Motor Rembang 1, Rembang Regency. The Adjusted R Square value of this study is 0.508, or 50.8 percent, which indicates that the variability of the dependent variable, exchange intention, can be explained by the independent variables, namely motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction, by 50.8 percent. Other independent variables, which are not explained in this study, contribute 49.2 percent.

Abstract

Worker motivation and the quality of their work environment are the focus of this study on the influence of the Rembang Regency Communication and Informatics Office on productivity. The participants in this study were people who work at the Rembang Regency Communication and Informatics Office. We used saturated probability sampling for our sampling. The sample size for this study was 62 people. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that although work environment variables did not have a significant impact on employee performance, motivation had a significant impact. The Adjusted R Square value of this study was 0.347, or 34.7%, which indicates that the variability of the dependent variable—the independent variable that includes motivation and work environment—was 34.7% responsible for employee performance. Other independent variables, which were not explained in this study, reached 65.3% of the total..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kompetensi kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai medis UPT Puskesmas Rembang 1 Kabupaten Rembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 pegawai. Sampel Teknik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) variabel kompetensi kerja berbengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai medis UPT Puskesmas Rembang 1 Kabupaten Rembang, 2) variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai medis UPT Puskesmas Rembang 1 Kabupaten Rembang, 3) variabel motivasi kerja berbengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pehgawai medis UPT Puskesmas Rembang 1 Kabupaten Rembang. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,701 sebagaimana variabilitas variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang meliputi kompetensi kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja sebesar 70,1% sedangkan 29,9% dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of field work practice, self efficacy, and learning outcomes on students' work readiness in the motorcycle business engineering department at SMK Umar Fatah Rembang. The study took place at SMK Umar Fatah in August 2024. The population that became the focus of this study were students from the motorbike business engineering department at the school. The sample taken consisted of 132 students, with the sample selection method using purposive sampling based on two criteria, namely class XII students majoring in motorcycle business engineering at SMK Umar Fatah Rembang for the 2024/2025 school year and students who have participated in field work practices. Using 2 instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was carried out through the application of multiple linear regression with the results of the t or partial test and the determination test or R2. The research findings show that field work practice has a significant positive effect on student work readiness, while self efficacy shows an insignificant positive effect, and learning outcomes have a significant positive effect on student work readiness. The adjusted R2 value of 0.540 indicates that 54% of students' work readiness can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 46% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency. The purpose of this study is to prove: (1) the direct effect of compensation on performance, (2) the direct effect of motivation on performance, (3) the indirect effect of compensation through job satisfaction on performance, (4) the indirect effect of motivation through job satisfaction on performance. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency totaling 52 people with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used path analysis using the Amos program. The results of this study are: (1) compensation has a significant positive effect on the performance of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency, (2) motivation has a significant negative effect on the performance of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Planning. Spatial in Rembang Regency, (3) compensation has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency, (4) motivation has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction of daily workers off the shoulder of the Department of Road Public Works and Spatial Planning of Rembang Regency.

Abstract

Government institutions such as the Office of the Ministry of Religion must be able to serve the community, especially in the field of religion. The success of this government institution cannot be separated from the role of its employees, namely employee performance. This research was conducted to demonstrate the effects of motivation, work stress and organisational culture on performance of workers at Rembang Regency's Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. In this study, 55 employees of the Rembang Religious Office were involved. Sample: This study used a saturated sample, totalling 55 respondents. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The study has findings: the motivation variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance; the work stress variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance; and the organisational culture variable has a significant influence on employee performance. The determination of variability in the dependent variable, employee performance, can be partially explained by the independent variables, namely motivation, job stress, and organisational culture. Additional independent variables that are not explained in this study, account for 53.8%. These results suggest that the performance of the employees is quite good, but needs to be improved. This finding is expected to be a consideration for related parties in organising internal management so that it can attain the goals that are set.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of medical staff at UPT Puskesmas Rembang 1. There are 3 factors analyzed including work competence, workload, and work motivation as independent variables. The population in this study was 71 medical staff. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 71 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.701 as the variability of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, can be explained by independent variables including work competence, workload, and work motivation by 70.1% while 29.9% is explained by variations in other variables not explained in this study. The results of this study indicate that work competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of medical staff, workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of medical staff, work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of medical staff.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini permasalahan yang diteliti adalah mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sinergi MItra Operasi Rembang Bagian Office. Tujuan mengapa peneliti mengambil judul tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar variabel-variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pada penelitian ini metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah total sampling sebagai metode penelitian. Dengan menggunakan metode ini peneliti menetapkan kriteria responden yang dapat menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua yang menjadi populasi penelitian. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 23 dengan nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 59,2. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, komunikasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.
