Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine if the independent variable of user experience affects the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty, which is mediated through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This is a quantitative study with a sample size of 100 respondents based on Hair's Theory in the research population consisting of customers who use the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application. Hypothesis testing demonstrates that user experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a sig. value 0.000<0.005 and a t value of 13.003. Furthermore, the user experience variable is recognized to have a positive and significant on customer loyalty with a sig. value 0.001<0.005 and a t value of 3.554. Then it was discovered that customer satisfaction had a positive and significant on the customer loyalty variable, with a sig. value 0.000<0.05 and a t value of 4.436. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction has been shown to significantly and positively mediate the influence of the link between user experience and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. the existing population is employees of the Banyuasin Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), totaling 56 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. So that will be used as samples in this study are all of the population taken, namely all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, totaling 56 people. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Banyuasin Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination, it can be concluded that there is 66.9% influence produced by the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Organisational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of leadership and work ethic on employee motivation at PT Suryaindah Wiraperkasa, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang. The object of this research is all employees of PT Suryaindah Wiraperkasa, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang as many as 40 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 26. Based on the results of data analysis obtained Leadership and Work Ethic have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Based on the results of data analysis, there is an influence of leadership and work ethic on employee motivation at PT Suryaindah Wiraperkasa, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and the role of leadership on knowledge sharing at PT. Develop. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool in collecting basic data. This research was conducted at PT. Thriveni with a total of 54 respondents. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the investigation show that partially Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing. The Role of Leadership has a positive effect on Knowledge Sharing. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Leadership Role have a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Halal Label and Brand Image on Wardah Product Purchasing Decisions (Case Study in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics, UIGM Palembang). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample consists of 226 students who are calculated using the Slovin formula. And taking the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis through the support of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24 program. Based on the results of the t-test Halal Label (X1) and Brand Image (X2) have a respective significance level of 0.00 <0, 05, which means that the two variables influence the purchase decision. The calculation of the f test proves that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant level with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of E-Marketing Mix on Purchase Decisions in E-Commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada). This research is a descriptive quantitative research. There were 433 samples in the study using the slovin formula. The sample technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. Based on the research data the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient test obtained the final equation, namely Y = 1.490 + 0.563X1+ 0.279X2 +0.708X3+ 0.615X4 +0.018X5 +0.134X6 +0.798 X7 + e. Based on the results of the t test or partially where Product (X1) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Price (X2) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Place (X3) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Promotion (X4) Process ( X5) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 People (X6) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Physical Evidence (X7) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that it can be said that the variable independent significant effect on the dependent variable. the variables studied have an influence on purchasing decisions. the results of the F test can be said to be 0.000 <0.05, which means Ho.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentive policies and work motivation on employee loyalty at The Arista Hotel Palembang In this study, respondents' data collection filled out a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of The Arista Hotel in the Southern Sumatra Region totaling 84 non-permanent employees. Incentive policy (X1) in the test results on employee loyalty (Y) obtained a tcount value of 0.15 smaller than the t table value of 1.989 and a significance value of -0.874 greater than the alpha value of 5% or 0.05, so the conclusion is that the effect of incentive policy (X1) has no significant effect on employee loyalty (Y). Motivation (X2) in the test results on employee performance (Y) it is known that the t value of 6.795 is greater than the t table value of 1.989 and the significance value of 0.000 is less than the alpha value of 5% or 0.05 so the conclusion is that work motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee loyalty (Y). While the F test shows that all models tested on the variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable with a value at sig less than 0.05, so all independent factors affect the dependent variable. As well as simultaneously, that 62.4% of employee loyalty indicators are influenced by incentives and work motivation only, while 37.6% is influenced by factors not taken into account in this study.
