Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a holistic strategy crucial for enhancing service quality and organizational performance amidst strategic environmental shifts and digital transformation demands in both public and private sectors. This study critically analyzes the TQM implementation dynamics within Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) and public/private organizations in Indonesia, culminating in precise recommendations for refining Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. In IFIs, TQM is systematically interwoven with the foundational principles of Maqashid Syariah, serving as the ultimate customer-centric service benchmark and ensuring all internal processes are strictly aligned with ethical, spiritual, and social values. Digital innovations, particularly the Core Banking System (CBS) and integrated mobile banking platforms (e.g., BSI Mobile), function as TQM enablers by significantly boosting operational transparency (especially in contract disclosure) and process efficiency, directly improving customer satisfaction. Comprehensive cross-sector analysis (Gojek, BCA, BPJS Kesehatan) reveals that sustained quality integration is fundamentally dependent on three core factors: transformative strategic leadership that embeds a quality-first culture, rapid adaptation to disruptive digital technologies, and unwavering focus on operational excellence and customer orientation. The long-term rigidity and sustainability of TQM are predicated upon robust HRM. This requires value-based recruitment (value-fit), a comprehensive performance appraisal system that rigorously evaluates both process adherence and result achievement, and a systematically integrated reward mechanism to continuously reinforce the organizational quality culture. Utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is essential for monitoring and ensuring quality integrity across all organizational facets.

Abstract

Budaya mutu merupakan fondasi penting dalam mewujudkan keberhasilan suatu lembaga, khususnya di bidang pendidikan dan organisasi. Budaya mutu tidak hanya sebatas pada pencapaian standar, melainkan juga mencakup nilai, sikap, dan perilaku seluruh anggota organisasi dalam menjaga konsistensi kualitas. Pembangunan budaya mutu menuntut adanya komitmen pimpinan, partisipasi aktif semua pihak, serta keberlanjutan sistem manajemen mutu yang terintegrasi. Hal ini sejalan dengan kebutuhan era globalisasi yang menekankan pada daya saing, efektivitas, dan efisiensi lembaga. Membangun budaya mutu berarti menanamkan kesadaran bersama bahwa mutu adalah tanggung jawab kolektif, bukan hanya tugas individu tertentu. Prosesnya melibatkan perencanaan strategis, pengawasan berkelanjutan, serta evaluasi yang transparan dan akuntabel. Dengan demikian, tercipta iklim kerja yang sehat, inovatif, dan produktif. Penanaman budaya mutu sejak dini akan memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kualitas layanan, kepuasan stakeholders, dan keberlanjutan lembaga. Oleh karena itu, sudah saatnya setiap institusi menempatkan budaya mutu sebagai prioritas utama dalam mencapai visi dan misinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas makna sabar dalam hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik yang dikombinasikan dengan metode Grounded Theory yang dikembangkan oleh Strauss dan Glaser. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan menemukan makna sabar secara lebih mendalam sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam hadis-hadis Nabi. Dalam prosesnya, pendekatan tematik digunakan untuk mengelompokkan hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan sabar ke dalam beberapa tema utama. Setelah tema-tema tersebut terbentuk, metode Grounded Theory diterapkan dengan tahapan analisis berupa coding terbuka, coding aksial, dan coding selektif guna mengkaji keterkaitan antarmakna dan menyusun suatu teori atau model pemahaman tentang sabar berdasarkan data hadis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sabar dalam hadis bukan hanya dimaknai sebagai sikap menahan diri, melainkan juga sebagai kekuatan spiritual dan akhlak aktif yang mencerminkan keteguhan hati, ketekunan dalam berbuat baik, serta kemampuan untuk tetap tenang dan percaya kepada Allah dalam berbagai kondisi kehidupan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sabar adalah nilai yang bersifat dinamis dan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepribadian serta ketahanan spiritual seorang Muslim. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang utuh dan mendalam mengenai sabar dalam perspektif Islam, khususnya bagi kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa, agar nilai sabar tidak hanya dimaknai secara pasif, tetapi juga dapat diaplikasikan secara aktif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ilmiah modern seperti Grounded Theory dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai ajaran Islam secara sistematis.

Abstract

Motivasi berprestasi ialah aspek krusial untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten, produktif, dan profesional. Studi ini bermaksud menganalisis aspek-aspek psikologis dan organisasional yang memengaruhi motivasi berprestasi, serta bagaimana motivasi tersebut berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur melalui penelaahan teori-teori motivasi semacam Teori Dua Faktor Herzberg, Expectancy Theory Vroom, serta Teori Motivasi Berprestasi McClelland. Hasil pembahasan memperlihatkan bahwasanya motivasi berprestasi dipengaruhi oleh aspek psikologis berupa kebutuhan dasar, harapan, self-efficacy, dukungan sosial, dan emosi positif, sementara faktor organisasional meliputi budaya organisasi, sistem penghargaan, kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, serta desain pekerjaan yang bermakna. Sinergi kedua faktor tersebut mendorong terbentuknya SDM unggul yang memiliki orientasi mutu, disiplin tinggi, serta kemampuan untuk terus berkembang. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pengelolaan SDM yang komprehensif untuk menciptakan ekosistem kerja yang memfasilitasi motivasi berprestasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an infection that attacks the immune system, specifically white blood cells called CD4 cells. Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is the final stage of HIV infection, which occurs when the immune system is severely damaged by the virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge levels and attitudes toward HIV/AIDS prevention behavior. Method: This study employed a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was obtained through random sampling, with a total of 502 respondents from grade 11 of public high schools in Jambi City. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods using the chi-square test. The research instrument used a structured questionnaire. Results: Of the 502 respondents, 119 students (51.1%) had a moderate to poor level of knowledge, while 170 students (33.9%) had a good level of knowledge. Regarding attitudes, 107 students (21.3%) showed fair to poor attitudes, and 177 students (35.3%) had good attitudes. There was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior among public high school students in Jambi City in 2024 (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The majority of students have less-moderate knowledge, mostly positive attitudes, but good behavior is still low, so educational intervention is needed to improve students' knowledge, attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

Background: Based on WHO data, Indonesia occupies the second highest position in the world  for TB burden. Finding TB cases is the first step in TB control activities. Finding and curing infectious  TB patients can significantly reduce morbidity and mortality due to TB. The high rate of TB case  discovery is related to the achievement of TB suspect discovery. The higher the  achievement of finding TB suspects, it is hoped that the greater number of positive TB cases found will be. Method: This study uses a descriptive method with primary and secondary data collection at the  Rawasari Health Center, Jambi City. The data was processed manually and analyzed the content  with the selected problem solving brainstorming method, then an activity pro posal plan and monitoring and evaluation were carried out. Result: The discovery of TB suspect cases by Rawasari Health Center from Januari to December  2024, with a target of 1.015 people, reached only 255 people (25.1%) and the discovery TB cases with target of 209 people reached only 42 people (20.09%). Of the 40 patient respondents who  visited the Rawasari Community Health Center, Jambi City in December 2024, 27 people (67.5%)  had a good level of knowledge and 31 people (77.5%) had a good level of attitude. Conclusion: In this study, it was found that the priority problem was the lack of discovery of TB cases with the most dominant cause being TB screening is still lacking by officers from various clusters.
