This study aims to determine the relationship between ethical climate and leadership effectiveness in companies with ethical leadership variables as intervening variables. Ethical leadership is based on the diversity of situations and conditions in the company and personal values within the leader so as to allow conflict or good synergy between employees. The population of this study were all permanent employees under the medical services division, especially the nursing field, totaling 133 employees at the Muhammadiyah University Hospital, Malang. The research variables will be elaborated through a questionnaire which will be distributed to respondents based on the total amount, because all pupulation is used as research objects. Data collected will be processed using the analysis "Partial least square (PLS)". This is because the PLS analysis is able to measure variables that cannot be measured directly but are interrelated. The results showed that the ethical climate and ethical leadership and influence on leadership effectiveness at Malang Muhammadiyah Hospital.Keywords: ethical climate, ethical leadership, effectiveness leadership

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge sharing on innovation and business performance on creative industry-based SMEs in Malang City. Entrepreneurial orientation is very important because the creative industry currently has an important role in building the economy. The type of research used is explanatory research using hypothesis testing and quantitative approaches. The number of samples in this study amounted to 57 respondents who were creative industry-based SMEs in Malang City. The research uses descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge sharing on business performance with innovation capability as a mediating variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on brand image and its impact on Go-Jek customer satisfaction via Go-Ride services. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was UMM students with a sample of UMM students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Department. 100 students were selected by the purposive sampling method while data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that price has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price affects the brand image and brand image affects consumer satisfaction. Indirectly, the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction through brand image.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase intention, service quality on repurchase intention at Café Pesenkopi Malang. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought at a coffee shop using samples is 100 consumers. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and the data collection technique used an online questionnaire through social media. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on repurchase intention, and service quality on repurchase intention. The dominant variable on consumer repurchase intention is product quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance mediated by work stress. The type of research used is a survey research method. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. For the number of questionnaires distributed to employees at BPBD Malang City. Testing the instrument in this study uses validity and reliability tests in which the results of the questionnaire can be said to be valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test in this study are Normal distribution and there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and also the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that workload and work environment affect employee performance through work stress.

Generasi milenial merupakan generasi yang sangat berpengaruh dalam hal penggunaan internet. Generasi tersebut juga menjadi generasi yang paling banyak dan marak dalam berbelanja secara online. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegunaan, estetika, interaksi, dan bauran pemasaran pada perilaku pembelian secara online baik secara parsial maupunsimultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif (explanatory research). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan toko online Shoppe yang berjumlah sebanyak 118 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kegunaan, interaksi, estetika, dan bauran permasaran pada perilaku pembelian online baik secara parsial dan simultan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial yang membeli pada aplikasi shopee merasa sangat mengetahui menggunakan aplikasi shopee dengan berbagai macam fiturnya dan hal tersebut sangat memengaruhi pada perilaku pembelian secara online.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population used is customers who have visited the Janji Jiwa Malang coffee shop. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire, then the data that had been collected were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study were service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Â Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of quality. service to customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Hanasui lipstick products in Malang City. This study uses quantitative research. The population of this study were consumers who had used or bought Hanasui lipstick products in Malang, and the sample was 100 respondents who had bought or used Hanasui lipstick products. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test, using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand awareness has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth and brand awareness simultaneously have an effect on purchasing decisions.

Permasalahan yang kerap dihadapi dunia usaha yaitu kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital sehingga perlu pendampingan agar produk yang diciptakan dapat dipasarkan dengan baik. Penggunaan social media juga masih belum massif digunakan sehingga produk dipasarkan secara tradisional sehingga perlu untuk memanfaatkan pengelolaan sosial media dengan baik. Subak Desa Bengkel merupakan salah satu istilah pengelolaan irigiasi dan pertanian organic yang ada pada Desa Bengkel Kabupaten Tabanan Bali. Subak berfokus pada pengelolaan pengairan yang salah satunya yaitu menghasilkan produk beras sehat dan produk lainnya. Pada perjalanannya belum teroptimalkannya Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan social media marketing. Kendala aksesbilitas dan pemanfaatan menjadi salah satu hal untuk memasarkan produk beras sehat. Perlunya pendampingan tersebut agar dapat memaksimalkan pemasaran produk beras sehat secara optimal. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu melakukan studi mendalam tentang jenis-jenis kebutuhan search engine optimation yang digunakan seperti berita dalam website, informasi digital tentang produk beras sehat, dan pemasaran berita dengan menggunakan software. Pelatihan penggunaan tentang penggunaan search engine optimation, pemaksimalan social media marketing dengan menggunakan berbagai macam media sosial yang ada. Strategi konten marketing perlu juga ada dalam pelaksanaan social media marketing. Hasil yang didapat dalam pendampingan ini yaitu pelaku usaha yang ada pada Subak Bengkel dapat melaksanakan aktifitas search optimation media dan digital marketing dengan baik. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan kata kunci yang mudah sehingga produk unggulan yang ada pada desa tersebut dapat mudah ditemukan. Perlunya evaluasi secara berkala tentang pelaksanaan earch engine optimation dan social media marketing yang telah dibuat dengan memaksimalkan media yang ada. Dampak apabila tidak adanya evaluasi secara berkala dapat tergerus dengan aktifitas sejenis sehingga perlunya pembaharuan. Pembaharuan ataupun update dalam dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal dan target dalam usaha tersebut.
