Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is to investigate Promotion Cost Analysis and the location of MSME income on Jalan Kertabumi Karawang. What are the Promotion Costs and Location of MSME players' income on Jalan Kertabumi Karawang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on observations made, there are promotional and location costs that can be utilized by MSME players. The results of this research show that promotional costs and the location of MSME income are on Jalan Kertabumi Karawang. Effective promotional costs can increase customer awareness and interest, and directly influence sales and revenue. Location also plays an important role in MSME income. A strategic location can increase customer accessibility and exposure to a wider market, which can increase sales. There are two methods of promotional costs incurred, namely Online Motorbike Taxi Vouchers and Endorsements. The location on Jalan Kertabumi is a strategic place to set up a business because it is the main access road that is often passed by two-wheeled and four-wheeled drivers. These variables show an increase in the income obtained by MSME players.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounts receivable control of Novotel Karawang Hotel in 2020-2022 and assess the effectiveness of the accounts receivable collection process. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative using the Receivable Turnover (RTO) Ratio, Average Collection Period (ACP) Ratio, Arrears Ratio, and Collection Ratio. RTO analysis shows fluctuations, namely from 9 times in 2020, increasing to 26 times in 2021, then decreasing to 21 times in 2022. This value indicates high effectiveness, exceeding the ratio standard of >3.5. Meanwhile, ACP has increased from 39 days in 2020 to 13 days in 2021, then rose slightly to 16 days in 2022. This receivables collection period is within the effectiveness standard of 12-18 days, indicating an increase in efficiency in receivables collection. The Arrears Ratio also shows a decrease in effectiveness in arrears management, with 35% in 2020, 44% in 2021, and 53% in 2022. The effectiveness level of this ratio ranges from 41%-80%, which indicates less effective.Nonetheless, the management of the collection ratio remains effective, as evidenced by Novotel Karawang hotel's ability to generate revenue from sales. The collection ratio reached 181% in 2020, then dropped to 125% in 2021, and 86% in 2022. All of these values are within the 61%-89% ratio effectiveness level, which is considered effective. Hotel Novotel Karawang needs to continue to improve its accounts receivable management to meet company standards and optimize its processes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of inventory and sales on net profit at CV. Petroasia Jaya Utama. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data from the company's financial reports for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 36 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24 software. The results showed that inventory and sales partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on the company's net profit. The coefficient of determination value of 0.977 indicates that 97.7% of the variation in net profit is influenced by inventory and sales, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. Companies are advised to manage inventory and improve marketing and sales strategies to increase net profits optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Compulsive Buying dan Tren Pembelian iPhone terhadap Pola Pengeluaran Generasi Z di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan deskriptif verifikatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pada 139 responden berusia 18-24 tahun. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Compulsive Buying berada pada kategori tinggi, mencerminkan kecenderungan responden untuk membeli barang tanpa rencana. Tren Pembelian iPhone juga tinggi, ditandai oleh preferensi terhadap eksklusivitas produk Iphone dan pengaruh media sosial. Pola Pengeluaran responden menunjukkan kecenderungan alokasi dana yang tidak stabil, seringkali terpengaruh oleh promosi atau tren mendadak. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara Compulsive Buying dan Tren Pembelian. Secara parsial, Compulsive Buying berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pola Pengeluaran, mengindikasikan bahwa dorongan belanja kompulsif meningkatkan pengeluaran yang tidak direncanakan. Tren Pembelian juga berpengaruh positif signifikan, mencerminkan bahwa preferensi terhadap tren memperkuat pola konsumsi. Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan 64,8% variasi Pola Pengeluaran. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya edukasi keuangan untuk mengurangi perilaku konsumtif di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sistem tabungan sebagai salah satu sumber dana pada Toko Bangunan Pintu Rizki Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik toko dan empat konsumen yang menggunakan sistem tabungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem tabungan telah diterapkan sejak tahun 2017 sebagai solusi bagi konsumen yang ingin membeli bahan bangunan secara bertahap. Sistem ini memberikan fleksibilitas kepada pelanggan untuk menabung tanpa batasan nominal minimum, sehingga memudahkan mereka dalam merencanakan kebutuhan material bangunan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga terbukti mengalami peningkatan jumlah peserta dan nominal tabungan setiap tahunnya, meskipun sempat mengalami penurunan di beberapa periode. Dalam aspek sumber dana, tabungan konsumen menjadi salah satu sumber pendanaan eksternal bagi toko selain modal sendiri dan pinjaman bank. Dana yang terkumpul digunakan untuk pembelian stok, pembayaran operasional, serta investasi aset tetap. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sistem tabungan memberikan manfaat bagi konsumen dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bangunan, sekaligus menjadi sumber pendanaan alternatif bagi toko. Diharapkan, sistem ini dapat terus berkembang dengan adanya inovasi digitalisasi pembukuan.

Abstract

Perikanan Indonesia memiliki potensi terbesar di dunia, baik penangkapan maupun budidaya. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Barat menunjukkan bahwa Karawang menghasilkan sebanyak 21.095 ton ikan bandeng. Berdasarkan data di atas, penelitian ini mengambil di Kabupaten Karawang karena Karawang menghasilkan ikan bandeng terbanyak kedua di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, menghitung, dan menjelaskan (1) bagaiamana hasil usaha tambak ikan bandeng, (2) bagaimana pendapatan petani tambak ikan bandeng di Desa Tanjungpakis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung kepada petani tambak ikan bandeng yang ada di Desa Tanjungpakis Kecamatan Pakisjaya. Hasil penelitian pendapatan total para petani tambak di Desa Tanjungpakis, Kecamatan Pakisjaya sebesar Rp. 887.000.000 pada 2 kali panen dalam 1 tahun dengan luas lahan garapan adalah 86 Ha. Berdasarkan hasil pendapatan para petani tambak menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kerugian atau penurunan pendapatan yang terjadi pada saat musim hujan pada bulan November-Maret, karena musim hujan menentukan kualitas pertumbuhan ikan bandeng yang akan dijual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Self Control and Fanaticism on the Consumptive Behavior of NCT fans in Karawang Regency. The descriptive verification method was used with samples selected randomly through simple random sampling, involving respondents who were NCT fans in Karawang Regency. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with research instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis showed that Financial Self Control was in the very good category, reflected in the respondents' ability to manage finances and postpone non-urgent purchases. Fanaticism showed a very high category, seen from the enthusiasm and strong emotional attachment to NCT. Consumptive Behavior was in the high category, marked by the tendency to buy both official and unofficial merchandise for emotional satisfaction. Correlation analysis revealed no significant relationship between Financial Self Control and Fanaticism, indicating that the two variables run independently. Partially, Financial Self Control was proven to have a significant negative effect on Consumptive Behavior, indicating that the better a person's financial control, the lower their consumptive behavior. While Fanaticism has a significant positive effect, indicating that the higher a person's fanaticism, the higher the tendency to behave consumptively. Simultaneous analysis shows that Financial Self Control and Fanaticism together have a significant influence on Consumptive Behavior. In conclusion, a high level of fanaticism encourages consumptive behavior, while good financial management can reduce it. These two factors together play an important role in shaping the consumption patterns of NCT fans. Practical implications of the study include the importance of financial education for K-Pop fans to prevent excessive consumptive behavior, including financial management training and understanding of priority needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how Car Free Day (CFD) activities can increase the income of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Karangpawitan, Karawang. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique. From a total population of 155 MSME owners, 38 respondents were selected based on specific criteria: they must have been selling in the area for at least two years, were willing to be interviewed, and represented one to two similar types of MSMEs. The research findings show that CFD has a significant impact on increasing MSME income. MSME owners who have other business locations experienced income increases ranging from 25% to 85%, while MSME owners based in Karangpawitan recorded increases of up to 700%. The highest increases occurred in December at 50% and April at 49%, coinciding with year-end holidays and Eid al-Fitr celebrations. Enterprises related to children’s entertainment and culinary sectors experience the most significant growth. This research reveals that CFD not only serves as a public space for social and sports activities but also becomes a strategic opportunity for MSMEs to increase their income and expand their market reach.
