Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana pemanfaatan E-Money dan kontrol diri berdampak pada perilaku konsumtif ibu-ibu yang tinggal di perumahan Green Garden Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.00 untuk melakukan analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat sebesar 0,829 antara variabel penggunaan E-Money (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2). Ketika memeriksa pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap perilaku konsumtif (Y), penggunaan E-Money (X1) menunjukkan pengaruh parsial sebesar 0,180, sementara kontrol diri (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh parsial sebesar 0,777. Selain itu, jika dilihat dari pengaruh gabungan antara penggunaan E-Money (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2) terhadap perilaku konsumtif (Y) adalah sebesar 0,867.

Abstract

People's consumptive behavior is strongly influenced by several factors, such as lifestyle and the ease of use of electronic money. This study aims to determine the direct effect of lifestyle and electronic money on consumptive behavior and the indirect effect of lifestyle and electronic money on consumptive behavior. This research was conducted at Al-Jazzera Kondangjaya Housing, Karawang Regency. The number of samples taken was 72, from 246 existing populations. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis using the SPSS 24 application program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found: (1) There is a strong correlation between lifestyle variables (X1) and electronic money (X2) with a positive correlation direction. (2) There is a partial influence of lifestyle variables (X1) on consumptive behavior (Y). (3) There is a partial influence of the electronic money variable (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y). (4) There is a significant simultaneous influence between lifestyle (X1) and electronic money (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y). Keyword: Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumptive Behaviour

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of business capital (X1), labor wages (X2) and length of business (X3) on MSME income (Y) in Majalaya District, Karawang Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive verification method and data were obtained by distributing questionnaires which were distributed to 92 respondents from MSMEs in Majalaya District, Karawang Regency. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and the help of the SPSS application version 24. The results showed that the venture capital variable obtained an average score of 4,36, which was categorized as good, the labor wage variable obtained an average score of 4,03, which was categorized as good, the old variable effort obtains an average score of 4,44, which is categorized as very good while the income variable obtains an average score of 4,23, which is categorized as good. The results of the descriptive test show that the variables of business capital and labor wages do not significantly influence MSME income, the magnitude of the influence of these two variables is 1.06% and 0.23%. While the length of business variable affects MSME income, the magnitude of the influence of the length of business variable on MSME income is 52.76%. However, when testing the hypothesis shows that there is a simultaneous effect of business capital, labor wages and length of business on MSME income. The magnitude of the influence of business capital, labor wages and length of business on MSME income is 54.05%. The influence of other variables outside the model is 45.95%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of a campus on the growth performance of micro, small and medium enterprises on sales results around the campus. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis research. The technique used in this sampling is random sampling, research data collection is carried out by means of the results of interviews and observation techniques on MSME business actors. The number of respondents was 20 MSME business actors. The results of this study indicate that the existence of UBP has prospects in developing a business, increasing business turnover, and generating interest in entrepreneurship around campus. Where there are many types of businesses that can be opened to develop MSME businesses. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how to set the selling price of Taliawang Pak Lalu Grilled Chicken. The method used in this study is direct observation of the object under study and interviews to obtain data on data related to the cost of goods produced and the determination of the selling price of MSME production. The data used are primary and secondary data Data Management Techniques and Data Analysis By calculating the entire cost of production raw materials by including factory overhead costs, labor costs, raw material costs, calculation of cost of goods produced and calculation of selling prices. The results of this study are calculated using the cost plus pricing method in table 12 of cost plus pricing costs in the cost plus pricing method using a 30% mark up, which is Rp. 12,000 with a selling price of Rp. 16,000 so that there is a difference, namely where the selling price set by MSMEs Grilled Chicken Taliwang Pak Lalu is currently higher at Rp. 17,000 per portion, if compared with the selling price based on the cost plus pricing method, which is Rp. 16,000 with a profit achievement of 30%, this can cause a price difference of Rp. 1000. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived effectiveness and perceived benefits on interest in using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a payment transactions tool for 2019-2020 class students at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. In addition, this study also aims to determine the factors that most influence the intention to use QRIS. This study uses a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach, with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling and uses the slovin formula. This research was conducted using a likert scale questionnaire which was distributed via google form to 100 respondents to management student from the 2019-2020 class of Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between variables X1 and X2, X1 and X3, and X2 and X3. Partially, perceived ease of use has no effect and is not significant on interest in using QRIS. Then the perception of effectiveness partially has no effect and is not significant on the intention to use QRIS and the perceived benefits partially have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS. Then simultaneously the variables perceived ease of use, perceived effectiveness, and perceived benefits have a significant influence on interest in using QRIS. Abstract

The need that encourages the community to get money quickly makes the people of Tanjung Village make loans to the emok bank. The purpose of this research is to find out what needs affect the village community in using emok bank services for the people of Tanjung Village. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, field observations and documentation. The results of the study show that the most basic needs for people to borrow from Bank emok include primary and secondary needs where people need food, clothing and shelter as well as secondary needs such as needing home furnishings to support their businesses such as blenders, stoves and other necessities. Another reason that makes people borrow funds from emok banks is supporting needs such as education, health and business capital. Keywords: Needs, Society, Emok bank loans

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Penjualan Tunai dan Penjualan Kredit terhadap Laba Bersih Pada PT. Papan Mas Agung Perumahan Salagedang Regency di Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui proses wawancara dengan bagian kuangan perusahaan, meliputi laporan penjualan tunai dan penjualan kredit, serta laporan laba rugi pada PT. Papan Mas Agung periode 2018-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis normalitas data, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi, kemudian uji regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotetsis yaitu uji parsial (uji T) dan uji simultan (uji F). Hasil dari penelitian dengan alat bantu SPSS, berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, penjualan tunai dan penjualan kredit secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih dengan demikian hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci : Penjualan Tunai, Penjualan Kredit, Laba

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the state of amenities at one of the tourist attractions in the southern area of Karawang Regency, namely Curug Cigentis which is at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana. Amenities consist of health hygiene facilities, security, communications, amusement rides, accommodation, souvenir shop, prayer room, parking area, toilet, restaurant. From several amenity components in this tour, can we determine changes in tourist attractions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where data collection is carried out using interviews with 82 visitors. Business managers and owners at the Curug Cigentis tourist location, and secondary and primary data needed in this research. The results of this research show that the amenities owned and prepared by the management of Curug Cigentis really help tourist activities. Because there is cleanliness, health, security, communication, amusement rides, souvenir shops, prayer rooms, parking lots, toilets, restaurants. However, there are differences in rates for car parking fees, you have to add costs for communication availability by purchasing WiFi, and paying for the swimming pool at the Curug Cigentis tourist location. Meanwhile, MCK is available for free and for food and drink prices there is equal price, if you want to buy it at any stall along Curug Cigentis the price is the same. Good handling of amenities will increase income because visitors will want to visit the tourist location because they feel that supporting facilities are available, providing a sense of security and comfort.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain income, costs and tourist visits in the South Karawang tourist area. This research was carried out using descriptive and verification methods with path analysis. The sample size for this research was 100 respondents. Based on the results of descriptive tests, it is agreed that income and costs influence tourist visits. The results of the verification test show that there is a fairly strong relationship or correlation between income and costs. The income variable has no influence on tourist visits. There is a partial effect of costs on tourist visits which is positive and significant. And there is a simultaneous influence of income and costs on tourist visits in the South Karawang tourist area of ​​64.5% while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
