Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and examine the effect of green intellectual capital and accounting entrepreneurial competency on sustainable performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawang regency. This study uses a quantitative methodology with primary data collection. The population of this study consisted of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. This research focuses on MSMEs in Karawang Regency. This research model uses PLS using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study indicate that green human capital, green structural capital, green relational capital and accounting entrepreneurial competence have a significant positive effect on sustainable performance.

Abstract

Abstract. The joint implementation of One Village One Product (OVOP), stunting prevention, and digital literacy form the integral foundation for advancing the rural economy. With this holistic approach, rural communities can not only improve the production and marketing of local products, but also build healthy and competitive human capital, in line with the adaptation of the healthy and competitive, in line with adapting to the development of the digital era. This effort is not not only a long-term investment for rural progress, but also an important contribution to improving the welfare and to improving the overall welfare and sustainability of the national economy. Program KKN Thematic 3 with the theme "Independent Universities Gotong Royong Membangun Desa (PTMGRD)" is a real step in the synergy of universities in West Java in order to increase the capacity of rural communities for sustainable village development. Abstract

With the increasing need for housing in Karawang, PT. Bangun Karawang Megah saw a promising opportunity and decided to build housing in response to increasing demand. To market this housing project, PT. Bangun Karawang Megah plans a careful promotional strategy. This research aims to find out how promotional costs can increase revenues at PT. Build a Magnificent Karawang. The method uses descriptive qualitative techniques using interview data collection and literature studies related to the research variables. The results that were published based on the interviews that had been conducted were PT. Bangun Karawang Megah uses various platforms to promote its housing such as Instagram, brochures, banners and billboards. The company also provides special service to customers with additional offers in the form of free aluminum frames, washing machines and back covers. The conclusion obtained based on interviews that have been conducted is the importance of promotion via Instagram. Anjar Septianto's involvement as a brand ambassador proves that investment in public figures can provide a 28.49% increase in sales in August, even though the cost of promotion using a brand ambassador is relatively low, only Rp. 2. 500,000, but this promotion proved to be very profitable because it succeeded in increasing revenue from IDR 8,748,000,000 to IDR 20,250,000,000 and this revenue became the highest revenue obtained by the company in 2023.

Abstract

Minat menabung siswa bisa dipengaruhinya oleh berbagai macam faktor seperti halnya uang saku serta gaya hidup. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan teruntuk menguji pengaruh langsung uang saku serta gaya hidup pada minat menabung, serta pengaruh tidak langsung uang saku dan gaya hidup pada minat menabung. Penelitian ini dilakukannya di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Cikampek dengan populasi penelitian ialah keseluruhan dari para siswa SMK yangg ada di Muhammadiyah 2 Cikampek. Sampel dikumpulkannya dengan cara mempergunakan metode Sample Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang berjumlah 86 responden. Data daripada riset maupun penelitian ini melalui instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert, serta lalu diolah dan juga dianalisis dengan mempergunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Dari hasil analisis data penelitian bahwasanya : Tidak adanya korelasi antara variabel uang saku serta gaya hidup berarti hubungan antar variabel tidak saling berhubungan. Adanya pengaruh yang negatif serta juga tidaklah signifikan secara parsial variabel uang saku pada minat menabung. Terdapat juga pengaruh yang positif serta siginifikan secara parsial variabel gaya hidup pada minat menabung. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan antara uang saku serta juga gaya hidup pada minat menabung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat beli orang asing terhadap produk sepatu vans yang berada di sekitar Okayama Jepang. Dengan ditemukannya fenomena dimana orang asing secara signifikan mengikuti budaya jepang dan lifestyle yang sedang trend pada tahun 2022. Fonemena tersebut yaitu mengikuti trend anak-anak muda orang jepang yang memakai sepatu vans dalam aktivitas sehari-harinya. Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus ini menggunakan sudut pandang atas realita para pembeli khususnya orang asing bisa disebut dengan Kualitatif Deskriptif. Penelitian ini dapat mengetahui kejadian-kejadian yang sistematis terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sepatu bermerek vans banyak diminati orang asing. Karena orang asing terpengaruh dan mengikuti lifestyle orang jepang yang selalu memakai sepatu bermerek vans dalam aktivitas sehari-harinya. Selain itu karena pelayanan penjualan produk sepatu bermerek vans sesuai yang diharapkan orang asing menjadikan sebuah kekuatan daya darik bagi perusahaan vans untuk mendapatkan konsumen.

Abstract

Teh Tarik is a drink that is spread across Southeast Asian countries from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Teh Tarik Annura was founded in 2019. The aim of this research is to analyze revenue in increasing business profits received by MSME Teh Tarik Annura. In this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used, namely case studies that used observation, interviews, documentation and literature study methods. From the data that has been calculated, business income and profit during the period in 2023 experienced increases and decreases every month with an average income of IDR. 23,250,000 starting from January to December 2023, and with an average operating profit of Rp. 17,188,750 from January to December 2023. Data shows that in one period in 2023, from the data that has been calculated, revenue and operating profit increased four times, in March-April there was an increase in income of 29%, in May-June experienced an increase of 14%, in August-September there was an increase of 20%, and in November-December there was an increase in revenue of 19%.  Operating profits also experienced an increase. March-April experienced an increase in operating profits of 40%, in May-June there was an increase of 46%, in August-September there was an increase of 20%, and in November-December there was an increase in income of 16%. The results of the research show that if income increases, the operating profit received will increase, and if expenses increase but income is greater, then operating profit will not decrease significantly.

Abstract

An internal control system is needed to ensure that goods are in the warehouse to be sent to consumers. Inventory control should be able to present more accurate information to management so that it can help as a decision-making process. If the inventory control technique is effective and efficient enough, it is necessary to pay attention to the information and data of the company's inventory control system. This study aims to determine how the internal control system of trade goods inventory of PT Fuji kinzoku Indonesia works. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method approach. To obtain this data, researchers conducted interviews with production employees, logistics, and logistics leaders of PT Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia. The analysis technique in this research is through data collection, then data presentation, data analysis, and then drawing conclusions.  The results showed that the problems that occur in the inventory of trade goods are caused by machine trouble so that inventory for shipping is problematic. To overcome this problem, PT Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia holds inventory stock for several shipments so that the shipping process continues to run smoothly. So that the internal control system of inventory shows that the analysis of the internal control system for managing the stock of trade goods of PT Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia has been running effectively. The results of this study indicate that the environmental control component is adequate, risk assessment is adequate, control activities are adequate, information and communication are adequate, and monitoring has been carried out adequately.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest tropical marine country in the world and has the largest biodiversity in the sea. Abundant water resources can be fully optimized to meet human economic needs. The length of the coast of Karawang Regency reaches 84.32KM, which crosses nine districts, including Cilamaya Kulon, Cilamaya Wetan, Tempuran, Pedes, Cilebar, Cibuaya, Tirtajaya, Batujaya, and Pakisjaya. Based on the Regional Autonomy Law, the marine area of Karawang Regency has a limit of 4 miles from the lowest tide, so that the total area of the sea is estimated to be around 621.27KM2. Similarly, it is expected that the potential of ponds as part of the development of water areas, both at sea and on land, can be utilized by pond farmers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of shrimp pond business in the village of Tambak Sumur, located in Tirtajaya District of Karawang Regency (1) and to know how the shrimp pond farmers anticipate a decrease in income in the dry season (2). The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the data collection method used in this study uses primary data, which is obtained through direct interviews with respondents combined with questions. The results of income from 50%-90% indicate a loss or decrease in income that occurs when the prolonged dry season comes, because it is very influential on the growth of shrimp to be sold and each shrimp has a different price (1) and the Shrimp Pond Farmers To anticipate a decrease in income, the Shrimp Pond Farmers will look for shrimp in other places to sell back to the market so that the income of the pond farmers can continue to run (2).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to increase income during the seasonal period at Apri Decoration Wedding Organizer. This research was conducted in October 2022 - November 2023 in Batujaya District with the object being the Apri Decoration Wedding Organizer. Apri Decoration Wedding Organizer offers wedding organizer services to organize various series of wedding events providing special services in the field of marriage. The research method used is the Qualitative Descriptive method. Data collection is done by interview and observation. Based on the results of the study in 2023 the highest income occurred in May-June (Syawal-Dzulhijah) with a percentage of 20.2%, this is due to entering the Islamic month, so there is a lot of demand for the use of Wedding Organizer services.  The highest decrease in revenue was 90.9% in August-September (Muharram-Safar) this is because the Muslim community believes that the month is not to hold a wedding, which is recommended by the Prophet. To anticipate this in order to continue to increase and its income also continues to rise, what Apri Decoration Wedding Organizer does is to give confidence to consumers through payment with a DP (Down Payment) system or down payment first, and it is not determined how much down payment must be paid. Then consumers can also use wedding services in advance without providing payment (debt) or down payment, and make payments if the event has been completed. Based on the results of research on how to increase revenue carried out by Apri Decoration Wedding Organizer in the form of trust, approach, social media such as Facebook which is usually used to share the results of bridal Make Up, bridal fashion collection models. In addition, Apri Decoration Wedding Organizer also collaborates with other parties or third parties such as mediators, and this really helps business owners to continue to earn income when it is not seasonal.

Abstract

One way that can support the company’s operational sustainability is trough promotion. Promotion is a marketing effort made by companies to introduce, convince, and influence consumers to be interested in buying the products or services offered. By promoting the company, the company can increase revenue because it is able to attract consumers to buy the products pffered. The purpose of this study is to understand the various types of promotional costs are able to increase revenue at saung koffie hideung. The method in this research is a qualitative method. This research was conducted in Karawang Regency. The research location is in Tegalwaru Subdistrict, Cintalaksana Village. Information in this study was obtained through primary data collected through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation. Promotion costs can provide good benefits for income, which initially the income received per month was only IDR100.000.000,- but after promoting on social media and the costs incurred were high, the income readhed IDR150.000.000,- or increased by 50% every month, hence the promotion costs. Based on the results and discuccion that saung koffie hideung has carried out various promotions on social media and conducting events at saung koffie hideung. Of the various promotions carried out, the highest promotion was in November-December with each promotional cost incurred of IDR7.450.00 and IDR7.950.00 or up 18% due to using promotioms in the form of instagram social media through the @hallokrw account, using content craetor which is specialized in making advertisements. The way of promotion carried out by saung koffie hideung shows that promotion has a good effect in increasing
