Abstract

To develop effective techniques for selecting subcontractors, this research set out to determine which factors should take precedence and which alternatives may be useful in terms of BCR, benefits, costs, and risks. Based on the results Project managers, control managers, procurement bureau managers, production managers, finance bureau managers, and employees/staff directly related to procurement activities (i.e., procurement staff) were randomly selected to participate in in-depth interviews and questionnaires to gather data for the study of subcontractor selection criteria in construction services. Analytical Network Process (ANP) using BCR network structure methodology is used to analyze the data in this study. Benefit, Cost, and Risk (BCR) study of the subcontractor selection process yielded the following results: control criteria. As a result, the decision-making process for choosing subcontractors shifts its focus to other technical competency factors, which might provide advantages.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kontraktor klasifikasi menengah ke bawah dihadapakan pada masalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa masalah salah satunya proses perekrutan tidak dilaksanan dengan baik. PT. Pesona Karya Sejahtera merupakan salah satu kontraktor yang memiliki klasifikasi usaha menengah yang sedang berkembang dihadapkan pada permasalahan kualitas sumber daya manusia yaitu penggunaan teknologi Building Information Modelling (BIM). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam memodelkan bangunan gedung dengan menggunakan teknologi BIM. .. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan teknologi BIM kepada 35 karyawan PT. Pesona Karya Sejahtera dan memberikan pendampingan agar karyawan dapat menguasai teknologi BIM. Evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan lembar soal dengan jumlah 10 pertanyaan...Tes awal diperoleh skor rata-rata pengetahuan dari karyawan adalah sebesar 43.91, hasil tersebut termasuk masih kurang. Karyawan masih belum mengenal dan memahami teknologi BIM dengan baik, karena latar belakang pendidikan dari karyawan yang sangat beragam. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan yang baik yaitu meningkat sebesar 56.35%. Peningkatan terbesar berasal dari karyawan yang ditugaskan di bagian teknik dan memiliki latar pendidikan teknik.Abstract: Limited human resources are a concern for medium-sized contractors, and it stems from a number of issues, including improper hiring practices. The medium-sized contractor PT. Pesona Karya Sejahtera is presently developing and facing issues with the caliber of its workforce, especially when it comes to using BIM technology. In order to solve this problem, PT. Pesona Karya Sejahtera trained its staff in BIM technology and offered mentorship to guarantee that they were proficient in it. The evaluation of the training activity is conducted by providing a question sheet with a total of 10 questions. The initial test yielded an average knowledge score of 43.91, which is still within the acceptable range. Because of their varied educational backgrounds, employees are still unfamiliar with and lack a thorough understanding of BIM technology. With a 56.35% rise, the training and mentorship outcomes show a notable improvement. Employees assigned to the engineering department and those with engineering degrees make the biggest improvements.
