Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia merupakan salah satu prioritas dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Salah satunya adalah Usaha Konteng Kacang Sari di Desa Tamblang yang sudah ada sejak tahun 1967 hingga saat ini. Namun, UMKM ini menghadapi beberapa permasalahan diantaranya rendahnya standar kebersihan selama proses produksi, kurangnya penggunanaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) oleh karyawan, serta label kemasan yang kurang menarik dan informatif. Melalui kegiatan masyarakat, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan Manajemen Produksi dengan pelatihan dan pembinaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan standar kebersihan selama proses produksi dan peningkatan daya tarik produk melalui label kemasan yang telah diperbarui.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational performance. A quantitative research approach was used, as the study involves numerical data and statistical analysis. The population consists of all employees of the Bali Province Regional Tax and Retribution Services UPTD in Buleleng Regency. The sample of 90 respondents was selected using proportional random sampling. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires measured on a Likert scale, while secondary data were obtained from books, journals, theses, and other relevant documents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), specifically the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, a variance-based SEM method. The findings reveal that: (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly affects organizational performance, (3) organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant influence on organizational performance, and (4) organizational commitment also indirectly influences organizational performance positively and significantly through organizational citizenship behavior. These results highlight the critical role of organizational commitment in enhancing both employee behavior and overall performance. Future research could explore additional factors influencing organizational performance, such as leadership style, job satisfaction, and workplace culture, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kami dalam menerapkan ilmu yang dipelajari sekaligus membantu Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan. UMKM Dodol Riska Khas Desa Penglatan di Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali, adalah salah satu usaha yang menjadi objek , dengan fokus pada produksi dodol tradisional menggunakan bahan lokal. Meski telah berdiri sejak 2008 dan memiliki produk dengan keunikan tersendiri, UMKM ini menghadapi kendala signifikan dalam aspek pemasaran, produksi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Pemasaran produk masih terbatas pada pasar tradisional lokal, tanpa pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Dalam hal produksi, proses manual menyebabkan keterbatasan skala produksi dan inkonsistensi kualitas produk. Sementara itu, masalah pada SDM meliputi kurangnya keterampilan manajerial yang menghambat pengelolaan operasional usaha secara efisien. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup penerapan strategi digital marketing, pengenalan teknologi sederhana untuk produksi, serta pelatihan keterampilan manajerial dan operasional bagi tenaga kerja. Implementasi solusi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, daya saing, dan perkembangan UMKM, memberikan manfaat ganda baik bagi UMKM maupun kami yang terlibat dalam pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to Improve Employee Performance reviewed from the Perspectives of Performance Allowances, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar. This study used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in the structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) was based on variance or component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. All relationships examined showed positive and significant results. For this reason, in its realization, the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar were expected to be able to improve the performance of the Employees with the Performance Allowances. The realization of employee performance, this is also the impact of the existence of Work Motivation, Performance Allowances, and Work Discipline that will have an impact on improving employee performance in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine how to build quality of human resources through job skill based on “Pageh, Puguh, lan Jengah” at the Village Credit Institute (LPD) in Buleleng Regency. Through testing several relationships to determine the improvement in the quality of human resources in the LPD.This research used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) variance-based or component based SEM, called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. The sample used 60 people with a t-table value for a significant level of α=0.05 of 1.96. All of the relationships showed positive and significant results. From the results of this research it is known that through the implementation of job skill based on “Pageh, Puguh, lan Jengah” is able to improve the quality of human resources that impacts on improving the performance of the employee in LPD of Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership of Asta Brata of the Chief Village and Leader Member Exchange was able to influence the performance of village apparatus in Buleleng Regency. This study used an associative quantitative method. The data analysis technique used in this study is a variance-based structural equation modelling (SEM) or component based SEM, which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. All the relationships studied showed positive and significant results. In its realization, Asta Brata’s leadership is able to improve the performance of village apparatus. Likewise, the Leader Member Exchange is able to increase the Performance of Village apparatus. The indicators that show the highest score are Kwera Brata and Loyalty, the combination of these indicators is a strong benchmark in improving the performance of village apparatus in Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how women’s entrepreneurial motivation influences the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bali, with a particular focus on the mediating effects of human resource competencies, entrepreneurial mindset, and work-life balance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 115 women entrepreneurs through a structured questionnaire. The sample size was determined by multiplying the number of research indicators by five, following SEM-PLS methodological standards. The results reveal that women’s entrepreneurial motivation significantly improves MSME performance when mediated by enhanced human resource competencies and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset. However, work-life balance does not show a significant mediating effect. These findings highlight that internal factors such as motivation, competence, and mindset are more critical to business success than external life-management factors. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and development institutions to design empowerment programs emphasizing competency development and mindset transformation to strengthen the sustainability and competitiveness of women-led MSMEs.

Abstract

Productivity in the world of work is very important, because with workproductivity it is expected that work will be carried out effectively and efficiently. This studyaims to determine the work productivity of employees assessed from the perspective of skills,experience, attitudes and work performance at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) Se.district. Buleleng. The population in this study was 100 employees and used a saturatedsample technique so that the number of samples was 100 employees. Based on the results ofthe study, the results obtained that work skills had a positive and significant effect on workperformance of 0.306. Work Skills have a significant and positive effect on work productivityof 0.259. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on work performance of 0.485.Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity of 0.267. WorkAttitude has a positive and significant effect on work performance of 0.172. Work Attitudehas a negative effect on Work Productivity of -0.184 so it is rejected. Work Performance issignificant and has a positive effect on Work Productivity of 0.52

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel yang diteliti. Dalam menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan program SEM berbasis varians atau berbasis Komponen yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Visual versi 3.0. Penggunaan sampel sebanyak 102 pegawai dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam pelatihan ini. Pada alat ukur SEM-PLS terdapat dua metode pengujian yaitu evaluasi outer model (bagian luar) dan inner model (bagian dalam) serta pengujian hipotesis. berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan data terdapat 3 hubungan dalam penelitian, diantaranya: terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara efektivitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pengembangan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Efektivitas Kerja. dan terakhir variabel Pengembangan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil konstanta sebesar 4,637 koefisien variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,722, koefisien variabel lingkungan kerja 0,349, dan koefisien variabel karakteristik individu sebesar 0,269. Sementara dari hasil uji model diperoleh hasil uji-t variabel komitmen organisasi dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, variabel lingkungan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,044 dan variabel karakteristik individu dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,034, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sama halnya dengan hasil uji model simultan yang memperoleh nilai uji F dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 sehingga disimpulkan variabel komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan
