Abstract

Stunting is a growth and development disorder experienced by children due to malnutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. Efforts are needed to reduce the prevalence of stunting. Geographical information systems can be utilized in efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting as a material for consideration in decision making from a regional perspective and as a medium for sharing information about stunting. This mapping system uses the Inkscape application to digitize maps. This study aims to design and build a geographic information system for the distribution of stunting events in Jember Regency. The system development method used was the prototype method. This research produced a geographic information system that can display a map equipped with color gradations as an indicator of the high and low prevalence of stunting in toddlers in Jember Regency and information about stunting.Keywords: geographic information system; stunting; prototypes; Inkscape ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang dialami anak akibat gizi buruk, infeksi berulang, dan stimulasi psikososial yang tidak memadai. Diperlukan upaya untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting. Sistem informasi geografis dapat dimanfaatkan dalam upaya penurunan prevalensi stunting sebagai bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan melalui perspektif kewilayahan dan sebagai media untuk berbagi informasi tentang stunting. Sistem pemetaan ini menggunakan aplikasi Inkscape untuk melakukan digitasi peta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi geografis persebaran kejadian stunting di Kabupaten Jember. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi geografis yang dapat menampilkan peta yang dilengkapi dengan gradasi warna sebagai indikator tinggi rendahnya prevalensi stunting pada balita di Kabupaten Jember dan Informasi mengenai stunting.Kata kunci: sistem informasi geografis; stunting; prototype; Inkscape

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is basically used in various service pro-cesses starting from patient registration to the payment process which is expected to streamline the performance of the hospital and provide credible information for its users. As technology develops, HMIS has been used in various hospitals, one of which is to support all aspects of in-creasing customer satisfaction. RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang has Type A accreditation status which is a teaching and referral hospital in Central Java. Seeing the high activity at RSUP Dr. Kariadi, customer satisfaction is one of the references. Therefore this study focuses on evaluating consumer satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) evaluation model through direct interviews. The four variables used include Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timelines. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 3 dimensional factors that have fulfilled user satisfaction, namely the dimensions of content, accuracy, and format. Even though it is stated that it meets user satisfaction, these dimensions still need to be improved because they still have weaknesses in terms of multiple patient data collection and identification of new patients and old patients. The other two dimensions, namely the dimensions of timeliness and ease of use, are still not sufficient for user satisfaction because of the capabilities of the devices used and the lack of guidance in the system.

Abstract

To understand Arabic, it is necessary to study nahwu theory. Nahwu theory is the study of structure of Arabic sentences. By learning nahwu, being able to distinguish subjects, predicates and objects in sentences. One of the fields in the computer that studies about human language processing is NLP (Natural Language Processing), which is natural human language processing through syntactic analysis of sentences structure. One method to analyzing syntactic of sentences is stemming. One variant of the stemming algorithm is Light Stemming algorithm. Light Stemming algorithm is an algorithm that only removes prefix and sufix. Based on the tests conducted, the light stemming algorithm is able to detect nahwu with an accuracy rate of 82.22%. The 17.78% failure rate occurs because words that do not have an affix will be detected automatically the type is fi’il (verb), even though the fact may be that the type is isim (noun), and the failure of the detection results is also due to not being able to stemming the words that have affix in the middle (infix), because indeed the process of light stemming only eliminates the sufix and prefix.
