Abstract

enelitian terhadap kinerja gugus ini difokuskan pada manajemen gugus yang menurut instrumen dari Direktorat Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, terdiri dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, transparansi dan evaluasi-pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja gugus sekolah melalui Strategic Think, Share & Action (TSA). Pada metode penelitian, sebagai subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan stakeholder yang ada di Gugus Gatutkaca Kecamatan Bagelen. Penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan Siklus I dan II yang masing-masing siklus terdapat alur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli 2017 sampai 30 Desember 2017. Dari hasil siklus I terdapat kenaikan kinerja gugus dari kondisi awal, yaitu dari 33,6 % (katagori kurang) menjadi 46,4 % (katagori cukup). Demikian juga untuk siklus II ada kenaikan dibanding siklus I, dari 46,4 % meningkat menjadi 64,8 % (katagori baik). Penggunaan strategi TSA mampu meningkatkan skor kinerja gugus untuk manajemen gugus dari kondisi awal 33,6 (katagori kurang) menjadi 64,8% (katagori baik). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penghargaan finansial, pengakuan profesional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai Akuntan Publik pada mahasiswa akuntansi di Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa akuntansi aktif dan terdaftar pada website DIKTI dengan jumlah mahasiswa akuntansi sebanyak 2.005 mahasiswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan Rumus Slovin dan didapatkan sebanyak 110 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian bahwa Variabel penghargaan finansial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai akuntan publik. Variabel pengakuan profesional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai akuntan publik. Variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai akuntan publik. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,790 bahwa variabel pemilihan karir sebagai akuntan publik dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel penghargaan finansial, pengakuan profesional dan lingkungan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 79% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Academics include teaching and learning, knowledge, skills and achievements obtained in the field of education. Educational learning tools are a development of educational game tool products (APE). An educational learning tool that aims to improve students' ability to absorb the subjects given at school in order to obtain increased grades in the academic world. SDN III Bluluk Lamongan has the problem of improving the effective teaching process in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning and grades. academics at school. The implementation method used in community service activities this time has 5 stages, the first is the observation method, the second is the introduction method, the third is the learning method, the fourth is the assessment method and the fifth is the sustainability method. The result of the service is an educational learning tool in the form of a modified snakes and ladders game that can improve students' grades and enthusiasm for learning and the role of this educational learning is to help students absorb lessons using a game method that can be played individually or in groups, and can be applied in various subjects.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore, study and analyze the influence of teacher emotional intelligence on teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri Bandar Lampung. This research is quantitative research using the ex post facto method, the data collection technique is a questionnaire through five answer choices and initial testing of research tools, including validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is done using simple linear regression analysis. The total population of this study was 695 teachers, with the sampling technique using the Taro Yamane formula and a sample of 237 teachers was obtained. The study results, in general, indicate a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Taxpayer Compliance as a Taxable Object is Crucial in Enhancing Tax Revenue This is particularly significant at the Primary Tax Office of South Batam City, an industrial region. This study aims to analyze the influence of tax comprehension, tax socialization, and tax services on taxpayer compliance.Testing Criteria The assessment uses the following criteria:Cronbach’s alpha value < 0.6 Poor reliability Cronbach’s alpha value 0.6 - 0.79 Acceptable reliability Cronbach’s alpha value ≥ 0.8 Good reliability Regression Analysis Results Variable X1 (Tax Comprehension) Positive regression coefficient (b = 0.150). Interpretation: A 1-point increase in X1 leads to a 0.150 increase in Y (taxpayer compliance). Variable X2 (Tax Socialization) Positive regression coefficient (b = 0.064).Interpretation: A 1-point increase in X2 leads to a 0.064 increase in Y. Variable X3 (Tax Services): Negative regression coefficient (b = -0.001). Interpretation: A 1-point increase in X3 results in a 0.001 decrease in Y. Abstract

This study examines how social psychology–based leadership education enhances public communication skills among leaders during disaster emergencies and contributes to social conflict mitigation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and focus group discussions involving local disaster management officials, community leaders, humanitarian volunteers, educators, and social psychologists. The findings reveal that integrating social psychology principles into leadership education strengthens leaders’ ability to understand group dynamics, manage public emotions, and deliver empathetic and credible messages. Empathy-driven and socially aware leadership communication proved effective in reducing social tensions and fostering community trust and collaboration during crises. This research contributes to the theoretical development of transformational leadership in disaster contexts and offers practical implications for leadership training institutions and disaster management organizations to design psychosocially grounded leadership education that supports humanitarian coordination and resilience.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang terdiri dari Pencatatan Secara Akuntansi dan Peningkatan Pemasaran Kepada UMKM Aneka Cemilan Endez Mbak Tik. Peramsalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurang memahami laporan keuangan sesuai standar UKM dan belum ada media pemasaran berbasis digital. Kekurangan ini menyebabkan UMKM kesulitan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai UMKM dan menghitung kewajiban perpajakannya serta memasarkan produknya menggunakan media digital. Tindakan pembinaan ini dilakukan dengan mengelola laporan keuangan salah satunya dengan standar keuangan. Selanjutnya kegiatan itu dengan mengumpulkan dokumen fisik untuk dikelola dan mempromosikan produk usaha. Salah satu memasarkan produk dengan digital dapat dikenal orang serta dapat menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dan melaporkn pajak usaha. Tujuan dari pembinaan UMKM ini adalah Mbak Tik dapat menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi dan dapat menggunakan media pemasaran untuk memasarkan produknya serta bisa mengaplikasikan sistem pelaporan pajak UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian UKM sudah mulai beradaptasi pembukuan MYOB, pelaporan pajak dan pemasaran produk berbasis digital dalam kegiatan usaha.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to comprehensively describe the role of academic supervision in improving teacher professionalism at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) in Mesuji District, Lampung Province. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with survey methods to measure the level of influence between the two variables. The population consisted of 173 teachers from various SMKNs in the district, and a sample of 120 teachers was determined using the Taro Yamane formula with proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that assessed indicators of academic supervision—such as planning, implementation, follow-up, and feedback—and aspects of teacher professionalism, including pedagogical competence, discipline, innovation, and responsibility. The collected data were analyzed using prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing through regression analysis. The results reveal that academic supervision has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher professionalism. Effective supervision encourages teachers to reflect on their teaching practices, develop creative learning strategies, and maintain continuous professional growth. Therefore, consistent and constructive academic supervision can be considered a key managerial function for enhancing teacher performance, instructional quality, and ultimately, the overall effectiveness of vocational education in Mesuji District, Lampung.
