Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat internasional merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang strategis dalam mendukung internasionalisasi pendidikan dan penguatan literasi global masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan dampak kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional melalui seminar hybrid berbasis mirroring class dalam rangka Festival Budaya Indonesia–Rusia. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 21 Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan narasumber dari Indonesia dan Rusia serta peserta yang berasal dari mahasiswa, pelajar sekolah menengah, guru, akademisi, dan masyarakat umum. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif yang memadukan seminar hybrid (luring dan daring) dengan mirroring class untuk mendorong pembelajaran dua arah dan dialog lintas budaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan catatan diskusi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model seminar hybrid berbasis mirroring class mampu memperluas akses partisipasi masyarakat, meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta, serta memperkuat pemahaman lintas budaya dan lintas bahasa. Selain berdampak secara akademik, kegiatan ini juga berfungsi sebagai sarana diplomasi budaya berbasis pendidikan yang inklusif dan partisipatif. Kegiatan ini berpotensi menjadi model pengabdian masyarakat internasional yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital.

Abstract

In the midst of the dark image of village funds due to the corruption of the village head, there is a lamp in the south of Bali. Kutuh Village, which was once poor and arid, has now become an independent village thanks to village funds from the government. Kutuh Village has received village funds of around IDR 3.5 billion. The village budget management sector was recorded as the largest contributor to state losses in 2018. The biggest challenge in managing Village Funds comes from the uniqueness of the village government system in Bali with the concept of dualism of power: official villages and traditional villages, in the development of culturally-inspired Balinese tourism. this study aims to capture how local wisdom in the field of tourism in Kutuh Village, especially as a means of mitigating fraud in managing village funds. This study uses normative and empirical juridical research. Opportunities for fraud are mitigated by implementing local wisdom which is still very much embedded in the daily life of the people of Kutuh Village, which is based on the principle: from by Krama and for karma (citizens), with the ultimate goal of strengthening traditional institutions and religious traditions with wisdom local in it in order to realize prosperity and harmony between elements in accordance with the philosophy of trihita karana and in essence this is the mandate of giving village funds.

Abstract

Anyone who has ever dealt with a case in court will immediately feel and know that judicial corruption exists and is a reality that even tends to increase and become bolder. A series of empirical cases involving judges in the vortex of judicial corruption. Judicial corruption in judicial institutions to date has fundamentally and will continue to threaten the existence of law in society and the Indonesian rule of law because judges are one of the law enforcers. the purpose of this study is to analyze efforts to prevent and overcome juridical corruption. This research is included in a qualitative approach using secondary data. The results of the study state that efforts to prevent judicial corruption by judicial institutions are carried out by optimizing information technology in court administration which is the principle of transparency of good governance, while efforts to handle it through increasing the institutional capacity of the Judicial Commission strengthen by adding authority to the prevention aspect of supervision of judges' behavior through improving the system and organization within the judicial institution which is the principle of government effectiveness. The Judicial Commission is a watchdog institution that acts as a catalyst institutionally and organizationally.
